Modern Italian cuisine with a creative touch. Quality, fresh and seasonal ingredients. All the food has been excellent and so has the service. Good value for money.

The best restaurant of the 4 days we have been in Rome. A quiet and uncrowded place where you can enjoy original and different Italian dishes. We ordered an artichoke Risone, pasta with anchovies and pork with apple. Everything was simply incredible! It has been a long time since I ate so well.

So My boyfriend and I went for dinner. The staff were very friendly because we arrived before our reservation and they still managed to seat us. However, the service was very rushed and hectic, despite the small number of tables and the place not being full. No one introduced us to what we were drinking, no one really took a minute to actually present the menu. The dishes weren't bad; we had the tartare (excellent meat) and the cuttlefish as appetizers, and for main courses, the beef diaphragm (which was really good) and the pork neck cbt, which I found a bit dry. For the price, the dishes weren't bad, but the service unfortunately left a bit to be desired. Little attention and a lot of hecticness... the atmosphere suffered. The place is nice, though.

Yet you always go to Ai Piani with the certainty of a wonderful evening. An authentic and excellent selection of seafood, solid traditional cuisine, superb signature dishes, exquisite side dishes, a wine list designed by those who know how to drink, by connoisseurs (and not just to put on a show). Even the desserts are a treat. The staff is courteous and friendly. In short, you can be a restaurant for the wealthy while still offering refined sincerity and a certain quality, even after many years of success. Long live Ai Piani.

The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, the kind that makes you feel right at home, perfect for both a quiet dinner and an evening with friends. The staff is knowledgeable, always smiling, and attentive without being intrusive—which really makes the difference. You can see the top management by the owner Leo, who is truly refined and highly competent. But the real highlight is the food: everything is incredibly fresh and meticulously prepared. You can taste the quality of the ingredients, and every dish is prepared with passion. Authentic flavors and a presentation that takes you on a wonderful culinary journey 😊 Excellent value for money, especially considering the overall experience.
