It's always a pleasure to come back, excellent food cooked to perfection, typical Roman tavern, quiet place, I recommend everyone to try it

I decided to dine here for a dinner but I didn’t have a reservation and thankfully they still managed to accommodate me for an indoor table for an hour. For vegetarians, they only offer one dish called Cacio e Pepe. I found it okay, it was a bit too salty for my liking, possibly due to the natural salty taste of the cheese that goes into Cacio Pepe. I also ordered the Tiramisu, based on positive reviews on Google Maps. However, I didn’t enjoy it as much as other people. To me it tasted more like sweet cream with some crunchy bits. Tiramisu here costs €8. Later that evening, I met a local Roman friend who advised me to avoid paying more than €5 for Tiramisu in the future! While the ambiance was pleasant & the restaurant was filled with local people dining there & they accommodated me without a reservation, I didn’t feel welcomed during my time there. It’s said that people remember how someone makes them feel, and this place made me feel like a burden. It’s possible that this wasn’t intentional, but it left me feeling regretful about my choice to dine there.

Great place for dinner in Rome, many locals here and really tasty, home cooked food. The oxtail is highly recommended.

I went there for lunch with friends, we ate cacio e pepe and then patate cafone, and I have to say that everything was very good.

Not much "AMATRICIANA" and sour tomato sauce. Everything else was delicious. Excellent service and very polite staff.

Excellent traditional Roman dishes. I tried the alternative gricia of the day with pears and can only compliment it. I'll definitely be back!!

The stewed oxtail and stewed veal here are delicious. I'll definitely come back to eat here next time I'm in Rome!

It's my favorite Roman trattoria, both for the excellent flavors, the very kind staff, and the attention to gluten-free options (my girlfriend is celiac and Lasolfa is one of the few places where she feels truly welcomed every time she comes).

Excellent homemade Italian food. My son says the carbonara is spectacular. And the gluten-free carbonara is amazing. Highly recommended.
