We were completely satisfied with Il Calascione restaurant, a charming location in the historic center of Arsoli. The atmosphere is family-friendly, with fast service and friendly staff, but above all, the dishes are exquisite! Local ingredients, excellent appetizers, and delicious first courses. We'll definitely be returning! Thanks to the owner for recommending beautiful places to visit in the area, especially the village of Cervara di Roma, which is spectacular!

Everything was perfect. We walked in and the owner had already set the table after I'd called ahead to check if there were any seats.
We arrived and everything was ready. The first courses we ordered arrived very quickly and were delicious. The arrosticini were equally exceptional! The owner who served us was extremely kind and even explained how they make their own handmade pasta.
And indeed, when you eat it, you can truly savor the artisanal flavor of real pasta!

Upon entering, it's a very rustic place. The owner is a kind and friendly person. The dishes are plentiful and local. The handmade pasta is a plus. Everything from appetizer to dessert is delicious!

Everything was very good, with excellent ingredients. The first courses and tiramisu were special. The staff was kind and helpful. Prices were average, considering the quality of the food, it was well spent. I'll be back.

Discovered by chance while searching online, this small but welcoming restaurant is located in the Arsoli square. It offers homemade pasta and quality meat, delicious arrosticini, and delicious desserts. The prices are average. We'll be back.

What a cute and welcoming place! I tried both the first course (homemade pasta with wild boar sauce) and the second course (skewers and sausages), both of which I found delicious.
P.S. The sautéed chicory was so good.
