The freshly released piping hot red pizza with a hint of spiciness and something incomparable The location takes its time but is compensated by the service and the quality of the product. Unbeatable as a pizza by the slice.

31/05/2025: Pleasant, quiet and welcoming place. The owners were excellent hosts welcoming us with warmth and courtesy. We had dinner and chose to eat meat, following the advice of the meat expert who fully satisfied us. High quality and perfect cooking. Excellent value for money. A place suitable for everyone, families with children, couples etc. We will definitely return and recommend everyone to go and visit them, it is worth it and you will not regret it.

27/05/2025: Consigliato da colleghi che abitano molto lontano da questo fantastico ritrovo del gusto...ho scoperto di avere dietro casa.. una realtà da 10 e più lode.. La gentilezza dei due proprietari... fratelli... Silvia in sala fa gli onori di casa...e Christian che doma il bracere con assoluta competenza... Appena si legge il menù.. si capisce subito che ci si prepara per momenti di assoluta delizia... e dopo aver provato più di una loro specialità consigliata.. ho alzato la paletta con il classico 10 che riservi per i migliori... E' inutile elencarvi le specialità.. ma se pensate di avere già un ristorante dove pensate di poter mangiare i primi più buoni sulla faccia della terra... preparatevi ad andare allora in orbita e cambiare pianeta con quelli proposti qui.. Secondi alla brace e crudi.. di alto livello... e poi una cantina di vini adeguata a momenti cosi speciali... Pane.. contorni e dolci... non hanno meno importanza e seguono l'alto livello proposto.. Consiglio un vino Cacchione Dop... Divina Provvidenza del quale lascio foto.. Veramente complimenti... impegno da premiare...

11/05/2025: It's rare to find a place where everything you eat is excellent from start to finish. When you add to this attentive, courteous and friendly service and a quiet and intimate atmosphere, then it comes naturally to you to reward all of this and leave a review that testifies to the passion put into this restaurant. However, since I also like to give a contribution that can advise on how to improve further, I also say this: the prices are 10-15% too high in my opinion, so I would act on those or increase the quantities a little.

09/06/2025: Of my two visits to Rome, this restaurant treated us like royalty, offering one of the best dinners with spectacular views of the Roman Colosseum. The service was incredible. You must make a reservation in advance to enjoy the second-level terrace and the experience. I can tell you that the staff and food were among the best in Rome. 100% recommended, and we will return in the future. The meat dishes and seafood risotto were incredible. The lamb chops were out of this world. Thank you for your attention on our anniversary. The prices were quite reasonable.

27/05/2025: This is the best place I ate in ages. I’ve been traveling Europe for a month, and out of all the cities and countries I’ve been to, this is the best meal I’ve had. The pasta was amazing, maybe the best dish of pasta I’ve had in my 21 years of life. The service was excellent, really made me feel welcomed and at home. I got the Amatricinia pasta and the meatballs. Could not recommend this place more.

15/06/2025: Pro: - Personale gentile e attento - Tempo di attesa ragionevole - Gestione intelligente degli spazi - Cucina discreta Contro: - rapporto qualità prezzo negativo. Le porzioni sono troppo piccole rispetto al prezzo dei piatti. - Le bruschette con burro e alici del cantabrico vengono preparate in questo ristorante con il pane per i tramezzini, e per giunta neanche abbrustolito o tostato. Per quelle che sono di fatto 4 tartine, 12 euro è un po’ troppo… - Se un piatto non è più’ disponibile, perché proporlo e prendere la comanda per poi dovere tornare con la coda tra le gambe e proporre qualcos’altro? A maggiore ragione se si tratta di un semifreddo che puo’ essere tranquillamente conservato e non dovrebbe essere soggetto a questi problemi di disponibilità. Che amarezza! - Il tiramisù viene servito in un barattolino di vetro... Peccato che la prima parte sia solida e la seconda liquida (un po’ come se fosse zabaione).

24/05/2025: I have never been to this restaurant and for me it was a real discovery: the appetizer was nothing short of fantastic, the first courses fabulous, the service excellent; sensational location, comfortable and well-kept. Very kind and helpful staff for every situation. Highly recommended

22/05/2025: Roberto has an amazing restaurant! The food is a culinary experience and every bite was a delight! It was our last meal in Italy after 3 weeks and we truly enjoyed! Roberto is professional and friendly and takes care of the tourists walking in as well as the local Italians!

21/05/2025: The best restaurant we have dined at. Michelin Star very old circa 1720 with breathtaking views from the Tce. What more can I say it was perfect in every way and is a must to visit if you’re at Tivoli or Hadrian’s Palace. The drivers cannot go into the old village so a short walk is required 10 min the driver will wait outside the town. Probs not suitable for disabled of inferm peeps as the streets can be steep. That is an experience in its self as the surrounding community is very old. The Resturant is on the site of the Tivoli Roman Forum. And of courses the foods was perfect.

21/05/2025: My family and I went here to have lunch because we wanted to enjoy the views. We asked to sit outside and they said we couldn’t, but the next 4 parties that walked in after us were seated outside. We had actually been to the restaurant before and had such a nice experience previously. For appetizers we got the croquettes and the zucchini flower which were both delicious and came out quickly. After that, things went completely downhill. We ordered all our food and proceeded to wait over 45 minutes between our appetizers and entrees. We asked the waiter to check on our food because many tables that were seated after us were receiving their dishes. When our plates eventually came, there was no apology and they shoved the dishes in front of us and walked away. The general demeanor of the staff was incredibly rude. It was clear they were much nicer to the locals. We will not be returning.
