The absolute experience! Very delicate, refined and unique flavors… service is seamless and impeccable! No words!

The food isn't tasty, just plain bad. Only people who've never had anything better than a McDonald's burger might like it. It's unclear why it's got a target star. The service is excellent.

A classic Michelin restaurant with delicious food, beautiful and creative dishes, excellent service at the highest levels, and a wonderful and festive atmosphere. It is highly recommended to celebrate an event there, as we did.

An incredible experience, worth the trip to experience Angelo Troiani's restaurant and cuisine. Passion, innovation, research, and tradition come together in his dishes. One of the biggest surprises were the sauces and reductions; a small amount creates an explosion of flavor in the mouth, as does every bite. Dishes are fun to try and interactive. At the end of the dinner, the chef stops by to greet everyone at the table, listening to guests' preferences and feedback, and answering any questions. I appreciated it! Compared to other experiences at Michelin-starred restaurants, every dish here left its mark.

We have been to quite a few one star and two star Michelin restaurants around the world but after finishing our meal at Il Convivo Troiani I would have to say that this is one of the finest dinning experiences we have EVER had. The interior is cozy and welcoming and we'll laid out. The team of people taking care of us worked like a fine tuned machine. Every action was perfectly timed and orchestrated with precision and care. This was one impressive team. Each serving was conceived to perfection and had unique flavors. The ingredients were creative and artfully plated. The portions were perfect. It goes without saying that we would come back here in a heartbeat. If you are looking for a fine Michelin restaurant experience in Rome, this wonderful establishment is a must.

We visited just before Christmas and, having been to a few Michelin starred restaurants, this is easily one of our favourites. The hospitality was amazing, warm, friendly, and made us feel really looked after. The ambience was lovely too: quiet, relaxed, and it felt quite private, which made the experience even more enjoyable. One standout dish for me was the Ajo Ojo, an explosion of flavours and absolutely delicious. I also had the best white wine I’ve ever tasted, Gorgona. An incredible experience all round.

Great experience. We had a 7-course menu with 3 wine pairings. Everything was perfect. What can I say? An experience worth trying.

Delicious dishes. Refined pairings. High-quality ingredients. Attentive but never intrusive service. Don't be fooled by the portion size. With the nine-course tasting menu, we struggled to finish the amatriciana. I recommend pairing three wines, especially the one pictured. Excellent experience, even my girlfriend enjoyed it.
