10/08/2024: The ambiance is fantastic and except for our group, it is all Italians! So not a bunch of tourists ruining the real Roman Trattoria experience. I would recommend this restaurant highly.
10/08/2024: Typical restaurant with Roman cuisine, we ate very well, excellent mezzemaniche with oxtail.
They also accommodated for gluten-free by making a fantastic carbonara.
Tender and tasty porchetta.
Fair prices for the quality of the food.
One star less for service only due to the excessive price of draft beer, a simple Ichnusa from 0.30 to €7 is too much. One star less for the environment due to the bathroom on the floor below.
Highly recommended.

03/09/2024: We were recommended by our Hotel to have a meal at this Restaurant and we are so thankful. We both enjoyed our meals and dessert. The staff were friendly and made us so welcome. One not to be missed if you are visiting Rome.
02/09/2024: Vicino al Pantheon un ristorante di qualità, che non offe piatti della tradizione romana ma che è bilanciato, ben strutturato nei piatti e nelle proposte di terra e di mare. Servizio attento e cortese. Discreto rapporto tra qualità e prezzo.

26/07/2024: Siamo stati molte volte negli ultimi anni , questa volta hanno cambiato in cucina il personale con risultati mediocri.
Il prezzo però è rimasto invariato .
Peccato perché si mangiava davvero bene .
Per il resto location e personale di sala all’altezza.

16/07/2024: Grazie a Massimo e ad Andrea per la vostra continua ricerca di materie prime di qualità eccellente e per l’attenzione ad una cucina gluten free buonissima, visto l’utilizzo di piatti realizzati da voi e non industriali, come gli gnocconi di patate e pomodoro fresco, davvero buoni. Carta dei vini molto, molto interessante, forse l’unico ristorante in zona ad averne una così ampia, con più di cento etichette non scontate. Tornare da voi è sempre un’esperienza bellissima.

02/09/2024: The atmosphere, customer service, and food at Tribeca were outstanding! Umberto gave us excellent suggestions on the dishes and vine! He and Pietro made us feel so welcomed, and our dinner was so enjoyable that we couldn't resist coming back to Tribeca the following and last day of our visit to Rome.
This was a great experience!

25/08/2024: We came a bit early, we were the fist couple arrived that evening, the host and staff were very friendly, Amazing seafood, highly recommended the tuna tartar, Eski oyster, grilled fish. Also very fresh scampi. The staff recommend a very good taste wine at reasonable price . The best Italian seafood restaurant in Rome!

15/08/2024: Soy un apasionado de las tablas de quesos y las he probado en diversos lugares de Roma, España y Francia, y no he encontrado ninguna como al de Essenza; además de la calidad excelente; te dan una explicación de cada queso, que en ningún otro lugar te la ofrecen.

03/04/2024: Absolutely recommend this place, we did pasta making and wine tasting, a little town tour and tour of their wine cave was included. Value for money. Loved it!! Highly recommend. The pasta we made was delicious!!! Wine soo good. Welcoming friendly staff/family. Deffinately do it again. Xx
