02/05/2026: The food is really, really good, from the typical appetizers to the swordfish. You can reorder both, so the €38 menu is worth it. I recommend trying a little bit of everything and then reordering if necessary, because even the unknown dishes are really good. The prices are a bit high for desserts and drinks, but you're paying for the experience and the location. A restaurant worth visiting at least once in your life.

20/04/2026: Nice and tasty Brazilian restaurant, with a set menu for both appetizers and meat, which comes straight from the grill! I think they should bring the meat shortly after the appetizers because they double as side dishes, with rice, beans, vegetables, cassava, salad, bananas, etc., so you can eat a full meal without filling up on appetizers, which are always filling and then, by the time the meat arrives, are almost gone. Obviously, you can adjust your meal by eating a small portion of the appetizer and asking them to bring the meat first, otherwise, too much time passes and you fill up on the appetizer while waiting for the main course, which is the various types of meat. We had wine and two capers, €55 each; the set meat menu was €38 each.

11/05/2026: A wonderful discovery in Rome. We've been there three times already. Flávio is fantastic at explaining the special dishes and wines to us in English. His personal style and exceptional service are truly unique. A huge compliment to the kitchen! The dishes are superb. We simply can't help ourselves—we'll be back!

09/05/2026: We've been to this place before without reviewing it, so we could let the experience sink in. Now we're back, and the time has come. The place is spacious and welcoming (with outdoor tables, too), in a semi-industrial style, with the usual modular iron-wood tables and comfortable 1950s-style chairs. The friendly welcome, officiated by the co-owner and head waiter (the other one helms the kitchen), is enhanced by the complimentary table service of excellent unsalted chips and a couple of fingers of prosecco. The service is simple, yet friendly, courteous, and extremely precise, with short wait times and a perfect flow of dishes. The cuisine is high-quality, in terms of invention, cooking, and quality of ingredients: standouts include the tasty and light fried anchovies, the regal sea bass tartare with mint and mango, where the aromas remain vivid without overpowering the raw flavor, the baby octopus with purple potatoes, bathed in a rarely balanced Luciana sauce, and the homemade fettuccine with shrimp and asparagus, with a well-crafted sauce without indulging in the usual creamy sauces. The portions are always generous, but not cloying. The desserts also deserve a mention: try a magnificent zuppa inglese (real) with zabaglione instead of cream, and a delicate lemon parfait with an elegant garnish of raspberry sauce. It's worth noting that, in addition to the pasta, the bread is also excellent and homemade. The wine list is very high-quality, but the restaurant also serves as a wine bar. The price is very fair, especially considering the excellent quality-to-quantity ratio. Try it again and again to discover the full range of options.

29/04/2026: We went today, Wednesday. The atmosphere was family-friendly and very clean. The service was fast and attentive. The food, from the appetizer to the house dessert, was superb. The bill was very fair. Thanks Rosy, we'll definitely be back soon. Highly recommended.

21/04/2026: Fantastic experience at this little trattoria located in Capranica Prenestina. Owner Rosy makes her guests feel like family. The food is divine, from the generous appetizers to the truly succulent first courses. We weren't able to try the second courses because we were so full. The only downside is having to wait at least a month for a table on weekends. Guess why?

21/04/2026: Gegè is my go-to place when I want something tasty and delicious. The fried foods are superb, and the pizza is truly delicious, well-seasoned and filling. I highly recommend it!

As I was just passing through, I went back several times, which I normally never do. I highly recommend it. Even for people who don’t eat meat, the choice is very wide. 03/11/2025: Had a nice evening. Weather was good and I really enjoyed the pasta I ordered. The food is costly but since it tasted good - I didn’t mind the pricing. I would have given half a point extra - but the turn off was the desperation of the staff to try and get you to get the expensive product. As a restauranteur myself - I always tell my team to avoid this. Never try and sell an expensive dish. See what the customer wants and what they will enjoy the most. An upscale space like this should serve bread with they pasta so we can lap the sauce but no. The guy constantly was trying to sell the most expensive wine or bread - so if they didn’t do that - would have been more genuine. Otherwise food was very good.

02/11/2025: Delicious food and excellent service! We booked a table in advance since this place is very popular, and we felt well taken care of throughout the whole evening. I ordered the lobster pasta and it was amazing, though I wish there had been a bit more lobster considering the price. Overall, a great experience!

17/09/2025: This place is phenomenal! Angelo who owns it was so helpful and kind. The Roma and the Tricolore were 10/10, especially the Roma sandwich which was one of the best sandwiches i’ve had all over Italy. Please go here!!

07/05/2026: Quality and courtesy. It was crowded, and we had to wait a long time despite our reservation, but it was worth it. The staff was kind enough to offer us an aperitif while we waited, and they even offered us a bottle of wine. These gestures are unusual and always pleasant. We started with a mixed appetizer, from cured meats and cheeses to a delicious porchetta (we even asked for seconds), hot and cold dishes that we shared, and very good wine. We continued our lunch with a first course, even though we were already quite full from the appetizer, we had to order them!!! Gricia, cacio e pepe, and tagliatelle with wild boar... all delicious. Recommended if you're in the area.

04/05/2026: Typical fraschette atmosphere, small and quaint. Good and plentiful food. Good service, especially on the day we were there, May 1st; they even found us a seat.... The only downside is the clarity of the prices. There's no menu with the cost of the food, and everything is explained verbally.... And you end up with a somewhat hefty bill....

04/04/2026: I'd say it was an excellent experience. The three of us dined (my wife, my son, and I). My son and I tried the tasting menu (seafood), and my wife ordered the meat dishes à la carte. Attentive service, with prompt and timely service. Quality and sophistication, with just the right quantities. An experience worth repeating; you can see the commitment to offering something new and complete (without overdoing the pairings), and above all, at the right price! A rarity in the area... 22/03/2026: My husband and I attended a private cooking class at Patty Bistrot last week and couldn't have asked for anything better. The restaurant offers traditional yet extremely refined cuisine, and learning directly from the Chef was a privilege. The class was not only interesting and useful, but also incredibly fun. We didn't just prepare delicious dishes, we learned real techniques and tricks of the trade. The atmosphere was relaxed and family-like, thanks in part to the Chef, an extremely knowledgeable and friendly person. The icing on the cake? We enjoyed our creations in a private room at the end of the class. A very positive experience that I recommend to anyone looking for something special. We'll definitely be back.

08/10/2025: Excellent food, but the place is too cramped with too many tables. If you sit at the 8jiz8ali tables, you'll freeze to death, as the door constantly has to be opened and closed. They do takeout. Table service is much faster.

06/05/2026: I was passing through Rome and we stopped for dinner at this restaurant. The atmosphere was very refined yet warm. The service was impeccable. The food was absolutely top-notch, delicious and of a high standard. I really have to compliment the chef, who outdid himself. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend it if you're in the area.
