I found a rare and pleasant formal and substantial correctness, which is increasingly difficult to find today. Special mention for Alexandra and Giulio; they are species in "endangered"...!!! Local located in Viale del Verano, San Lorenzo district. Considering that we are not exactly among the most elegant neighborhoods in Rome, the owners' work in embellishing the place is particularly appreciated, with beautiful bamboo plants that act as a screen and a retractable roof that make the restaurant beautiful. Compliments. The food is of an excellent standard, fresh fish and treated very well by the chef. The desserts are also very good. So what's missing to get to 5 stars? In my opinion there are some necessary improvements (for a place of this level) in the service which is very friendly and fast, but with some incomprehensible distractions. Still, a place worth trying. Prices obviously not low but certainly in line with the quality.

On Sunday for lunch, we let ourselves be advised and we choose ourselves: as a result we were satisfied with the dishes and the restaurant's service, we will certainly return.

I discovered this place by chance and I admit that I was very impressed. The quality of the food is unquestionable, as is the value for money, but in my opinion the real difference is made by the staff, welcoming, attentive, very professional. Compliments!!

Yesterday I went with some friends for an aperitif, well the place is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the waiter who served us is called Giulio, he's fantastic, he showed great professionalism, even the very professional girl, unfortunately I don't know her name. I would like to say that thanks to you too that the place gains value.

A shame! I was convinced I would receive a rich aperitif and instead I was disappointed by the quantity... I advise the manager to enrich the offer and especially enrich the dishes. However, the lady was really kind and the place was very nice, even if the area is dark, gloomy and facing fast roads. In conclusion, they need to improve on quantities and I recommend a sign on opening hours. Aperitif menu at €15

Ho avuto il piacere di visitare il locale in due occasioni, in quanto ero alla ricerca di un locale dove poter trascorrere una bella festa di laurea in intimità tra amici. La prima volta che ho visitato il locale per un aperitivo con i colleghi ho ricevuto un'ottima impressione sia dell'ambiente molto curato sia della disponibilità del servizio di sala. Con la modica cifra di 15€ a persona abbiamo preso cinque assaggini di pesce crudo e un bicchiere di vino. Considerando la qualità del pesce abbiamo giudicato il prezzo molto onesto. Una settimana dopo sono tornato con amici e colleghi in occasione della mia festa di laurea. Mi aspettavo una serata all'insegna dell'eleganza e del divertimento. Per l'occasione avevo scelto un menù da 22€ a persona. Siamo stati disposti su due tavoli quadrati con sedie intorno che, nonostante lo spazio disponibile, mi è stato ripetuto più volte che non potevano essere uniti. Ho passato la serata saltando da un tavolo ad un altro per non lasciare gli invitati in disparte. L'arredamento dei tavoli mi è sembrato molto povero (delle posate al centro del tavolo e una candela). Per una festa mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di più. Gli aperitivi e il drink sono stati serviti velocemente ma non sono mancati i problemi. L'aperitivo di pesce crudo era poco bilanciato rispetto agli aperitivi di pesce cotto e di fritti. Sostanzialmente chi sceglieva gli assaggi di pesce crudo mangiava poco; chi prendeva gli assaggi di pesce cotto mangiava abbastanza; chi prendeva gli assaggi di fritti mangiava troppo. C'era poco equilibrio tra le portate sostanzialmente. Per quanto riguarda il seguito, il nostro menù prevedeva anche un assaggio di un "mezzo primo piatto" a scelta tra cinque primi piatti della classica cucina romana, che improvvisamente e per cause a noi non note si sono ridotti a due scelte. Inoltre, il c.d. mezzo primo piatto non è altro che un assaggio di 30g di pasta. In fase di prenotazione avevo esplicitamente richiesto di non ridurre questo mezzo primo piatto ad una forchettata di assaggio. Nonostante l'ottimo livello del piatto, la porzione era ai limiti della sopportazione. Ovviamente dopo una somministrazione così riduttiva è logico avere fame. La struttura nel complesso elegante e semplice ha reso piacevole la permanenza nel locale. Peccato per la quantità delle portate e per il prezzo troppo elevato.
