10/04/2025: High quality venue, everything exceptional, very kind staff, original and delicious food. Of course, the very high quality of both the food and the service has its price, which I think is fair for what is offered and for similar places, but above average I had a wonderful evening but it is to be considered as a great event that can only be done, within my pocket, every now and then.

30/03/2025: Do you remember the trattorias of our fathers? The ones where you eat well, accompanying everything with a good glass of wine and chatting both with the other diners and with the waiters? Here... this restaurant is a leap into times gone by. I absolutely recommend it.

07/04/2025: Il posto è molto carino e la proposta è davvero interessante, pochi piatti ma ben fatti (secondo me avere pochi piatti sul menù è sinonimo di maggior qualità) che seguono la stagionalità, il che è sempre ottimo. Una volta accomodati, i camerieri sono pronti a rispondere a tutte le domande e dalla cucina arriva un assaggio nell'attesa degli ordini che, a mio avviso, non è nemmeno stata troppo lunga considerando che il posto era strapieno. L'antipasto di fegato di maiale era strepitoso, le porzioni mi sono sembrate giuste e in generale quel che ho mangiato aveva un ottimo sapore. Unica pecca: i vini e i liquori hanno un prezzo troppo alto che portano su di un bel po' il conto. In generale, è un posto che consiglierei e sicuramente tornerò.

19/04/2025: I went there for dinner with my wife and a couple of friends on Friday during the evening in which they offer a fish menu. Excellent experience and attention to the customer, meeting the needs of those with allergies and intolerances by proposing alternatives and following the requests step by step. Kind and proactive waiting staff. Abundant menu and all of high quality presented impeccably. Appetizers: 1 bruschetta salmon and rocket; 1 bruschetta puntarelle, anchovies and burrata; fried anchovies, seafood salad and mussel sauté First course: spaghetti with clams cooked excellently and well seasoned Second course: abundant fried fish, not greasy and crunchy and as an alternative grilled prawns Dessert: panna cotta Water all at a price of € 28 per person which with the addition of half a liter of house pecorino wine comes to less than € 30 Highly recommended and worth trying again also for the meat given the presence of a pretty good brazier Thanks to the staff for the excellent evening

16/04/2025: Perhaps at first glance the diner might be disappointed by the simple furnishings and the not very refined setting but already the burning fire of the pizza oven and the bright wood embers of the grill will convince you to sit down and be served by efficient and polite waiters. The supplì are excellent, the carbonara is very tasty and the cacio e pepe richly stuffed with pecorino cheese is exceptional. The Roman artichoke served on bruschetta is fantastic. All accompanied by artisan bread that is very pleasant on the palate. Leave the super-tourist center of Rome and head to the outskirts in search of the real taste of Roman cuisine.

19/03/2025: Cafe Gotico is a hidden gem! The food was incredible — the original carbonara, cacio e pepe, and arrabbiata were all perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The coffee was top-notch, and the service was outstanding, with the staff going out of their way to make us feel welcome. To top it off, there’s a sweet, beautiful dog that adds an extra layer of charm to the already fantastic atmosphere. Highly recommend this spot for amazing food, great coffee, and wonderful service!

21/03/2025: Really very good. Magnificent place on the Via dei Laghi, very accessible to everyone. It's really true, you don't need to be old to make a good cacio e pepe and yet in this restaurant I found the essence of home. Excellent and very friendly staff. Advised.

26/03/2025: Beautiful disco-pub near La Sapienza. I visited this place for a graduation ceremony. The place is laid onto two floors: On the ground floor there is the disco-zone, an improper and small room where it is possible to go clubbing. The place is equipped with some small couches around miniscule tables that allow people to sit and drink peacefully. Both floors are provided with counters to serve drink. The second floor looks more like a dining zone where it is possible to stay for meals, aperitif, afterhour or afterdinner. This room is also connected to a narrow terrace which is frequently used as a smoking area, since it's forbidden smoking inside except for electronical devices. The upsides are its closeness to the university, as a matter of fact many students reserve a table there to celebrate; and the variety of activities that the place offers combining clubbing and dining without affecting one or the other activity, thanks to the 2 floor disposition. The downsides are the poorness of the meal portion, i was personally disappointed when the waiter delivered us a single bowl of pasta that was supposed to be for 5 people, and the cost of some goods: the single shot starts from 5€, the most affordable bottle of wine (capacity 750ml) is 25€. Despite that I understand that the location of the place requires to adjust the prices making them more costly than other places.

24/03/2025: We decided to celebrate an important birthday here. The expectations were high, but the result was even higher! From the extremely attentive and kind service to the location with attention to the smallest details, everything was perfect, not to mention the rich and delicious buffet. A perfect evening, full of music and fun. We can't wait to spend time together again at The Apartment!

13/04/2025: We come often, for more than 4 years now, and every time there is something new. You may say, but what can you do with skewers besides meat? Well, come to Try it and you will find out! Cheeses, cured meats, vegetables, artichokes, buffalo mozzarella, Apulian bombette, potatoes, dates, fruit, sweets. Unexpected and great tasting combinations. You would never stop "trying" what Leo and his fantastic staff can offer you. There is no shortage of wine, beers, bubbles and spirits. Cozy atmosphere. Ample parking. A top evening!!

07/04/2025: Excellent alternative if you prefer to eat some meat in Fiumicino. An innovative, very convivial place and above all excellent quality meat. The extremely courteous staff puts you very at ease, without being intrusive, guides you in choosing the dishes to try.
