My absolute favorite pizzeria in Rome! I've tried several different flavors and they're all delicious. The dough is superb, a mix between Roman and Neapolitan pizza; soft yet crispy! The toppings are all delicious and plentiful! The fried foods are also delicious...the supplì are a real treat! The atmosphere is also very pleasant, as is the service! I discovered San Lollo by chance, but since then it's become my go-to place when I'm craving pizza!! Try it and you won't be disappointed...Highly recommended!!

Beautiful location in one of Rome's most beautiful neighborhoods, for me. Excellent fried food, light pizza dough, and a truly delicious matriciana. Even with nine of us, we were comfortable and well-served. If it weren't for a group of screaming children (I had them too 🙄), everything would have been perfect.

Che Pasta!

26/04/2026: It's great for both eating and taking home. It's sold by the kilo. You can buy half-kilogram packages and make it at home. Always fresh. No pasaran 🚩
