This was the absolute best pasta we had during our whole stay in Italy! The Carbonara was the best I ever had with very tasty bacon slices, just the right amount of cheese and perfect consistency.
The Ravioli Cacio Pepe with Black Truffle was super delicious and it had a very generous amount of truffles which was shaved on top upon serving by the actual owner, Simona, who was a very gracious host.
For starters, the carciofi (artichokes) alla giudea and fried fiore di zucca was very good.
For dessert, the homemade Tiramisu was also the best I had during our entire trip.
This will be my first stop the next time we go back to Rome!👍👍😊😊

Best meal we had in Rome! Service and food was great. Definitely recommend trying the fried artichokes, even if you don't like artichokes! Would go back next visit!

Wonderful experience! Restaurant is family owned and husband is the chef while the wife does everything else. Food was delicious and of course cooked to order. Bread was amazing and the fresh dessert was the best of our trip! High recommend this non-touristy restaurant for a delicious meal. The restaurant is small and she was turning people away - be sure to make a reservation.

Amazing pasta and the best service. They make you feel like family and a nice escape from the more touristy restaurants. The prices are fantastic with big portions. You can try two pastas which is what we did and the Amatriciana was divine. Gnocchi too - enormous dish. The starters and desserts were also amazing!! I will be back this weekend just to see the woman who I believe owns the place and is the sweetest person alive.

This is a very out of way little restaurant, It was recommended to me by a close friend who visits Rome often. I owe him a bottle of great wine. We were in Italy for 12 days, and this is the place by far that we had the best meal. My wife orders the prawn risotto, I had the seabass. Both meals were exceptional, buy my wife risotto was incredible. Simona is the owner, server, food is served a leisurely passe, wine was delightful, and must get the Lemonchello shot at the end. PLEASE, if you go to Rome, stop and see Simona, will be one of the best meals of your life.
