The most authentic food and the greatest service. Simona and her family have created a beautiful dining atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The restaurant is so beautifully decorated, we highly recommend to anyone visiting Roma.

Precise, unpretentious, straight to the point, and most importantly, absolutely delicious. We had the ossobuco and the truffle risotto—true heaven. The food is of a very high standard and incredibly tasty. The service is excellent, warm, and welcoming. It deserves a million stars, not just five. Thank you for an amazing experience.

The best meal we had during our two week honeymoon across Italy - we loved it so much we came a second time on our last night of the trip! Would recommend making a reservation (I emailed) if possible, as it can fill up quick.

Wonderful dinner experience. It was difficult to find an open restaurant for dinner on a Monday over a holiday weekend, but I am glad we found this place. Food was excellent and the service was warm and honestly had us smiling all night. Thank you for an amazing experience on our stay in Rome!

This was the best food we’ve had in rome! We went two times, and everything tasted amazing. The Ravioli with spinach deserves a special shoutout!!! Besides the amazing food, the lady of the restaurant was very very sweet!!!

If you're looking for a truly family-run restaurant, this is it. The owners are a husband and wife team, he in the kitchen and she in the dining room. They're both truly delightful, just like the dishes they serve, and they're always incredibly friendly. Definitely worth a try!

If I could, I'd give it more stars. The place is small and intimate. All the first courses are handmade and delicious! The entire menu is exquisite and made with extreme care. Simona, the best!

Wow. I love this place. This spot was good off the bat. I noticed that there is a woman working here with her son helping her buss tables and serve. She was very welcoming super kind and not to mention you just want to give her a big hug type of lady. First I got the bread, which, is some of the best bread I’ve ever tasted. Baked homemade in the back by her mother, and came out while it was still warm made with cheese in it. Omg don’t even get me started this will be in my dreams. Then the house salad was very original and every bite tasteful, throughly enjoyed. And finally the pesto fettucine with shrimp which was also shocker phenomenal and homemade. So glad I found this place and came here has great food and a very homey feel.

It's the perfect place for a romantic dinner or a complete escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The Taste The cuisine is a celebration of local flavors, but with a surprising touch of creativity. • First Courses: Homemade pasta with the aroma of tradition. I highly recommend the dishes with truffles or local mushrooms: intense flavors and top-quality ingredients. • Second Courses: Perfectly cooked meat, tender and flavorful. • Desserts: A divine conclusion. 05/05/2026: We came to this place almost disoriented, knowing nothing about the place and the truly remarkable culinary experience it offers. The owners immediately put us at ease, treating us like we were at home. We even arrived outside of normal hours, and instead of turning us away, they were so kind and courteous that they even explained the wonderful legends of Cacata to us. What can we say, aside from their great courtesy, they are, above all, great chefs and expert restaurateurs. We ate wild boar and a veal cheek marinated and cooked for 20 hours, so tender and truly delicious. We will definitely be back; they have become our favorites.
