05/10/2025: I really have to compliment you! The croissants and parcels are truly divine! The pizza is nothing short of spectacular! For us celiacs, it's a must-try! I've been going there for several months now! I highly recommend it to everyone! Congratulations! The staff is nothing short of incredibly kind and attentive! I adore you! 04/10/2025: It was nice to be able to eat anything on display! The cakes were nice, especially the filled cannelloni, but savoury wasn’t great. The rice balls were dry and the pizza slices weren’t very nice. Service was not very friendly and coffee was average. Glad we tried it, but wouldn’t return - we found a nicer gluten free bakery in Rome (with much nicer service).

13/06/2026: I visited here on my holiday, the day was hot, we walked a lot, we got very hungry. I was impressed by the kitchen, it was very tasty, we ordered many dishes, and the wine, which turned out to be very tasty, white and red. We will definitely come back. Thank you to them for the good vibes.

12/06/2026: Our negative experience is in contrast to several other recent reviews. Two dined - one ordered filet and other ordered veal filet with red wine reduction. Was surprised that the two menu items were meat only - no sides which were available at extra cost. Both ordered cooked medium. First filet arrived burned on bottom - second was fine ( beef was substituted since they had run out of veal) but the sauce seemed to be overly thickened with an agent that made it 'gloppy' rather than a simple reduction. Salad arrived plain - needed to request oil & vinegar. Pasta arrived butter only - needed to request parmesan ( at an Italian restaurant for pasta ? ). Service was not great. Ex bottled water was delivered but not opened and poured. Venue itself is quaint. Bottom line - there are many other places you might consider first.

02/07/2026: A guarantee of the variety and quality of the raw materials, the knowledge of the staff, and an incomparable atmosphere. All those varieties of teas, herbal teas, coffees, aromas, and spices make the place iconic. The manager has immense knowledge and is extremely helpful and transparent with customers. Biblioteq is much more than a shop; it's a place where you can travel the world amidst unimaginable flavors and aromas.

26/06/2026: lovely vibe, wide selection of teas. i went in looking for a non-caffeinated tea and there were over 20 flavours available, each around 6 euros for a 70g packet. the packet labels also state the ingredients, whether it’s non caffeinated, and other benefits as well. the staff were polite and helped me find what i was looking for, recommend!

05/02/2026: The staff were very rude. I asked for help to figure out which pizza was which, and a guy wearing glasses was extremely rude and not helpful at all. We ended up leaving without buying any food. The atmosphere also didn’t look clean. I would ignore this place.

22/03/2026: A truly delightful, accidental discovery thanks to The Fork. I booked for lunch as I was in the Trastevere area. The restaurant is small but new and well-maintained. It's spotlessly clean. The beef carpaccio with puntarelle and tuna sauce was delicious, and the cacio e pepe was also very good. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area.

09/07/2026: The food is really great! This should have a higher rating! A very simple yet efficient and delicious restaurant. They served seafood, no pork or beef, but the food is excellently great!

19/05/2026: Great people and great food. Seemed to be a lot of locals enjoying lunch there too which is always a good sign. Highly recommend if near the Colosseum. P.S. the name is a portmanteau of 'gluttonous' and 'colosseum' in Italian!

26/09/2025: There is a cinnamon-flavored dark chocolate, and another flavor is figs with walnuts, which is super delicious. Even the cookies are delicious.

13/06/2026: You can enjoy a delicious meal at a good price. In particular, the chicken dish, which I hadn't expected, wasn't salty and was really tasty!!
