A refined restaurant in Anguillara Sabazia, just steps from the port, with a veranda overlooking Lake Bracciano. I recommend starting the meal with an excellent glass of Prosecco from the Sutto winery, served at the perfect temperature, accompanied by their fantastic, fragrant bread, made exclusively for them and served fresh from the oven. Follow with the Benedetto Cavalieri spaghetti with clams and perfectly creamed bottarga! The sea bass fillet in "acqua pazza" (crazy water) and the Roman-style artichoke, with that perfect hint of mint, overlooked by many lazy and superficial restaurateurs, are also unforgettable. The owner, Mr. Diego, has created an excellent wine list, always ready to suggest the perfect pairing for your food. Lastly, a special mention goes to the highly knowledgeable waiters, always polite and attentive, but not intrusive!

A delightful discovery. It was our first time at this restaurant and it certainly won't be our last! The food is excellent, and the location is enchanting. A special mention goes to Alice, the restaurant manager, who welcomed us and looked after us throughout the dinner. She was incredibly sweet and professional. Highly recommended, a truly pleasant experience!

I was pleasantly satisfied, they also have half portions, for me and my wife it was the best, excellent tonnarelli with artichoke cream and pecorino cheese, delicious lupini gnocchi, good fried food and ribs, special babà and millefeuille, excellent service

We celebrated my daughter's eighteenth birthday. The venue was stunning, overlooking the lake, making it all so romantic. The staff was welcoming and extremely professional, accommodating our every request. A special mention goes to Diego, the dedicated owner, full of ideas and always ready to help. His immediate empathy made everyone feel right at home. If you're looking for an elegant and welcoming venue, Chalet del Lago won't disappoint.

We chose Chalet del Lago for our wedding reception, and everything was perfect. The food was one of our strong points: unique and refined dishes, meticulously crafted, beautifully presented, and thoroughly enjoyed by all our guests. The location is stunning both day and night, with a breathtaking view and a simple, elegant decor. The service deserves a special mention: the staff was always present but never intrusive, attentive to timing, to the guests' requests, and especially to my needs. In the days leading up to the wedding, they patiently assisted me, answering every question and constantly reassuring me. On the day of the event, I felt truly supported, never "left alone," not even for a moment. I received so many compliments from friends and family. A sincere thank you to Diego for his availability, attention, and the passion with which he looked after us. A place I will always hold in my heart.
