23/09/2025: The restaurant has a touristy feel. Unfortunately, I didn't find any quality in the dishes I ate. The mozzarella is the standard kind you find at the supermarket. The prosciutto is also of modest quality. Even the tiramisu reminded me of the one from the refrigerated section of the supermarket. It has that sweet flavor that doesn't let you taste the coffee. One of the worst tiramisu I've ever had in a restaurant. Fettuccine with tomato sauce was even too ordinary. No wow factor. The grilled meat was good. But perhaps it's better to get a Florentine steak, which is actually a half Florentine. And anyway, I've had much better meat at other restaurants. The moral of the story is that perhaps a tourist might enjoy it, but a more discerning customer might be disappointed. It's a shame because the restaurant is large inside and has a beautiful fireplace that should be better utilized with more types of meat.

22/09/2025: A historic restaurant in Tivoli. I went there for dinner with friends but wasn't very impressed, perhaps because I had fairly high expectations. I ordered the amatriciana, which, however, lacked character, although it's still a good dish. The mixed grilled meats were good, but not quite excellent. The quality-price ratio was average for this type of restaurant, perhaps just a little overpriced for the quality and quantity offered. It's definitely a reliable restaurant, but I expected something better.

02/10/2025: Personally, I'm a panzerotti lover, and after years of my Apulian girlfriend stubbornly refusing to make them for me, I decided to do it myself and found this place. Both she and I were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the panzerotti and the kindness of the owner, who waited for us after closing time.

08/12/2025: The place really needs a name change: calling itself a trattoria creates a completely different expectation than what you actually get. The portions aren't trattoria-like, nor are the prices, and just the exterior gives the illusion of entering a simple, down-to-earth place. The food is certainly good, well-cooked, and of high quality, but the prices are significantly higher than average, especially considering the quantities served. The worst thing, however, is the coffee: €4 for a nearly undrinkable coffee is truly shocking. In many places, it's even free, but here they serve it to you in a spectacular mug... only to find out when you're checking out that they didn't even sell you the cup! What I find unacceptable is the lack of clarity and lack of customer service. In a place that calls itself a "trattoria," if I ask for coffee, I expect a normal product and a normal price: it would have been enough to let you know in advance that it was a special coffee and that it cost €4. When I pointed out that the price was excessive, I was told that "they usually bring the menu to be transparent." It's a shame that this wasn't done with us. And despite the report, no action, no attention: total disregard for the customer. And this is precisely the main reason why I wouldn't return or recommend it: not for the food, but for the lack of clarity and care toward those who enter.

14/12/2025: You won with the Christmas atmosphere, well done! Family dinner, excellent carbonara, you can taste the guanciale and then comes the egg, paccheri anduja and guanciale excellent, saltimbocca alla romana really good! We wanted to eat Roman cuisine and we were not disappointed. For desserts: tiramisu, an explosion of flavors very balanced but the ladyfinger was what really kicked it up a notch, the Zuppa Inglese, again, well balanced especially with the alchermes, well done! Well trained staff, very friendly owner. Keep up the good work.

07/12/2025: As soon as we arrived, we were immersed in the atmosphere of a typical family-run Roman trattoria, where hospitality and friendliness make the difference. The food, along with excellent, quality food, beautifully presented and recommended, is also excellent. We will definitely recommend it to friends passing through, as we did.

07/12/2025: After a concert at Palazzo Ripetta, my husband and I ended up at this restaurant, convinced by the good reviews. We left deeply disappointed; we ate little and poorly, and the prices were exorbitant for the terrible quality. The place is so small that the neighbor next door often hit me with his arm. We spent €120 for nothing. I had an appetizer of three (badly) fried shrimp wrapped in a small zucchini flower (€20) and a nearly empty parcel with three clams, two cherry tomatoes, and a small piece of fish (€40). My husband had a small piece of grilled octopus as an appetizer (but it was just a tentacle) and a small plate of pasta with overcooked sauce, burrata, and cold shrimp from the refrigerator, which also took the heat out of the pasta. I never write negative reviews, but I felt compelled to advise anyone against this place.

14/10/2025: The place is very nice. Aside from a wait that was almost unreasonable, given that the place was empty and we had a reservation, we were welcomed in. They set up tables for us that were close together but separated to facilitate the flow. We even had to wait a few minutes to order. We mainly ordered sandwiches and beer. The beer was very good, and everyone loved the sandwiches, which were freshly prepared. I must say that mine, despite being topped with jalapeños, wasn't too spicy, and I actually appreciated the flavor of all the ingredients. Aside from a bit of a wait at the beginning, the service was smooth and without too much of a wait. The 3 for service is mainly due to the initial wait. Everything else is a 4/5.

07/12/2025: We stayed at the Agriturismo Torre Flavia Relais and had a truly wonderful experience. The atmosphere is familiar and welcoming, and you can immediately sense the care and passion of the staff. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable; the tranquility of the place allows you to completely relax. The service is impeccable: kindness, helpfulness, and attention to detail from start to finish. The location is excellent, surrounded by greenery yet convenient for everything you need. A perfect place to unwind and feel at home. We'll definitely be back!

18/12/2025: We came for dinner a few nights ago. The place is really welcoming and very popular. Despite the crowded atmosphere, we were able to get seated immediately, and the service was quick and impeccable. The wait after ordering was really short. The staff is quick and helpful. We were served by Giacomo, who was super nice and kind. The dishes were very tasty; we ordered the cacio e pepe, which is served in a small pan, and a plate of Roman-style salti in bocca, all accompanied by delicious focaccia and a side of chicory. The portions are just right and the prices are affordable. The atmosphere we experienced throughout the evening was pleasant and warm. If you're in Rome, take a stroll through this place; it's worth it.
