We went for lunch. A restaurant overlooking the Tiberina River with a medium-sized indoor parking lot on a dirt road. The restaurant has two indoor dining rooms and an outdoor area with tables. The outdoor area also includes a playground that needs updating (uneven flooring), unkempt landscaping, and a general state of disrepair. The interior is well-kept and well-decorated. The restaurant wasn't crowded, with quick and friendly service. We had an appetizer of two cacio e pepe, two glasses of wine, and two tasting coffees for €68. Frankly, it's too expensive for the amount and quality of food we ate. The meat is probably more focused, but for now, I can only say I'm dissatisfied. You can eat better and more in the area.

I'm not arguing with the quality, which is certainly good, but precisely because it's good, an extra 10 or 20 grams of pasta wouldn't hurt and certainly wouldn't significantly impact the restaurant's margin, but would actually have a positive effect on the customer.

I frequent the pantry for both meat and pizza. In the last two months, I've had pizza there three times. The quality is second to none. You can taste the true flavors of what you're eating. Manager Stefano is knowledgeable on all fronts and can offer advice on everything, and he's always attentive to the customer. The price is worth it; from appetizer to dessert, it's a succession of delicious dishes. The pizza chef is also very friendly and very good at his job, putting true passion into it. Even in the restaurant, they use only premium meats and top-quality cured meats.

One of the best meats in recent years! Tasty, perfectly cooked, and served by a truly knowledgeable and passionate staff. The cured meats for the appetizers, along with the cheeses, were superb! The €4 coffee could have been cheaper.

This is a unique place with authentic Italian cuisine. After the contrasting experiences of Rome, we stumbled upon this spot for lunch by chance. The moment we stepped inside, we knew it would be an unforgettable experience. A cozy atmosphere, clean tablecloths, and friendly staff. We were served by a charming Italian woman who understood us perfectly despite the language barrier. The other young waitress was also very attentive and friendly. The Italian cuisine is incredibly delicious and of the highest quality. Before cooking the meat, they weighed it, showed it to us, and gave us a separate bill. We had previously selected our desired cut of meat from the refrigerator. You get the feeling that the food is prepared with high-quality ingredients by professionals who truly understand their craft. This is essentially an Italian art form with a centuries-old history. Here, food possesses a magical power. It lifts your spirits. Troubles are forgotten. We are so glad we were here and would love to return.

It was a wonderful coincidence to stumble upon this place on our way to Rome from Tuscany. The waitresses, despite not speaking English or Spanish, provided excellent service. We had a spectacular lasagna, as well as several other pasta dishes that were simply divine. I hope to return sometime.
