A nice place, booked a bit with my eyes closed, not knowing the area. We didn't make a wrong choice, however: the bread was phenomenal, which for me is always an indication of quality. And also the buffalo and the gricia. We didn't eat anything else, but the wine was also excellent

Discovered by chance on a sunny Sunday in October, after several attempts to make a reservation in other restaurants which were all full. Well I have to say we were lucky, or rather very lucky, to have found this jewel in Fiano Romano. The restaurant is run by a couple, he in the dining room and she in the kitchen and you can immediately see that there is a lot of professionalism behind it. We had several appetizers and some excellent pastas off the menu, everything was perfect and the portions were really generous. For second my mother was obsessed with the lamb and in the end we all threw ourselves on the baked lamb, cooked to perfection. We didn't want desserts because we were really full to bursting. But then the owner told us that his lady in the kitchen is Sardinian, that they have myrtle cream, tiramisu with homemade ladyfingers, chilli chocolate cake and how could we say no? Very good. The bill was honest, taking into account how much and what we ate. You pay for quality and here you pay the right amount. We will return because the menu is full of interesting stuff!

Family-run place where husband and wife run the room and the kitchen with love and respect for the raw materials and the customer, perhaps the waiting times are a little longer than others but the wait is worth it. The place is a mix between a trattoria with the flavors of the past and the modernity of the dishes, plus it is very well furnished. Honest prices, it's not expensive at all and this is definitely another strong point. Advised

What can I say, it's like feeling at home!! Traditional dishes of Roman cuisine, attention to the raw materials, homemade bread and pizza with refined flours, excellent selection of wines and beer and excellent pizza with low glycemic content flour. . . . Our favorite restaurant!!!

Good but I expected better... It's certainly not a place where you eat badly, but honestly speaking it's not a place I would willingly return to, mostly due to the prices, because you can't pay 7 euros for a Roman artichoke! We took: an appetizer with ham and mozzarella, two Roman artichokes, a tagliatelle with wild boar, a gricia, a tiramisu, a bottle of wine and a bottle of water, paying almost 100 euros. The owner is very nice and kind, the dishes are good but not exceptional, very much like a simple trattoria, they do not reflect the actual cost which is already a restaurant of a certain level...

Small place found by chance, the restaurant was full for a table of at least 80 people and the other tables were also all booked. The owner and his two sons who acted as waiters were, in my opinion, very good at managing the endless courses of the table and above all of the other guests! He told us we would have to wait, but that wasn't the case! We had a good mixed appetizer of cured meats with delicious buffalo mozzarella, and an excellent pizza (compliments to the chef!)! Recommended for the friendliness and goodness of the dishes! Well done

Accolti dal proprietario che ci ha elencato e spiegato tutto ciò che c’era sul menu e non solo. Ho mangiato una carbonara eccezionale, un guanciale croccante e una crema di uovo perfetta. Consiglio a chi piace il frutto, il filetto di baccalà. Fatto in casa e gigantesco. Buonissimo !

Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante. Ambiente accogliente. Molto buoni gli antipasti misti. Molto buoni I primi piatti. Ottima la trippa. Porzioni abbondanti. Molto buono il servizio ai tavoli. Parcheggi nelle vie adiacenti.
