I tried a porchetta sandwich that was simply spectacular: flavorful, well-seasoned, tender, and delicious, served in a rich and satisfying bun. One of those simple yet well-made dishes that makes you want to return. To finish, a delicious chocolate pasticciotto: fragrant, indulgent, with a creamy filling, perfect for a sweet end to the meal.
