We have eaten a great antipasto and some exquisite first dishes, and a creamy sbriciolata after the meal. The only thing that left us a bit bitter, is that the waiter brought to us another antipasto without asking anything, and we thought it was a freebe from the restaurant, instead we found it in the bill.

Historic restaurant in Tivoli. Very good service, helpful and friendly staff. We had homemade cacio e pepe pasta, generous portions and excellent execution. Reasonable prices, I recommend it.

I've been coming to Tivoli all my life, but I've never been there. Drawn by the smell of grilled meat, I went in. There was the last table for two available. They seated us. The waiters were kind, polite, and elegant. The owner, a big, friendly man, was the host. The place was casual yet elegant, the food excellent, with gorgeous tablecloths. The lamb and chicory were top notch. Next time, I'll try the first courses, because they were truly inviting. I'll be back soon. Congratulations to everyone.

They seated us and we ordered a cacio e pepe and two amatriciana pastas. The quality of the pasta was evident; it's handmade. The waiters were very friendly, and there was also a wide selection of meats. I recommend it and would gladly return.
