Officina Burger 'n' Beer In Roma

I heard that what I consider to be the best burger joint and craft beer bar in Pigneto, Officina Burger'n'Beer, had grown and become TIMELESS by moving to Via Alberto da Giussano, and I immediately returned! Generally, when a place expands, there's always a loss in quality or attention to detail, but here the leap forward is impressive: as soon as I entered, I was amazed by the splendid vintage speakeasy-style lounge, meticulously designed down to the smallest details but with the same welcoming atmosphere as always. The menu has improved even further: in addition to their legendary Grass Fed burgers and historic pub-style craft beers, they now offer incredible club sandwiches, slow-cooked meats, and incredible artisanal fried foods (the meatballs with marinated chicken and confit peppers are my favorite, and the fish & chips are excellent!). Plus, it's now also perfect as a cocktail bar (very basic list) for aperitifs or after-dinner drinks, with an excellent selection of gins, spirits, wines, and artisanal liqueurs. Finally, the music playing is always really cool, so what can I say? They're still among the best in Rome. Bravo! Bravo! P.S. Kudos to the owner, Andrea, who continues to be there with the same enthusiasm, always behind the taps and making sure everything runs smoothly, despite the passing of a few years.

I came here for the first time thanks to a friend's recommendation. The atmosphere was fantastic and welcoming, thanks in part to the owner Andrea. The food was excellent, from appetizers to burgers. The selection of craft beers was excellent. Definitely worth a try.

Spectacular. The food is divine, accompanied by music fit for true connoisseurs. Are you in Pigneto or New York? It's up to you. And at the end of the meal, the spirits lead you to lysergic dreams. And then that pipe outside...

I went to a restaurant with my girlfriend looking for a gluten-free option at a good price. We found this restaurant, and the food was divine. I had a burrata, mortadella, and truffle sandwich, which was out of this world, while my girlfriend had a salad. We were pleased with both the flavor and the quantity. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Timeless is a unique place, very welcoming and well-kept, but above all, excellent food and drinks for all tastes! I recommend the fried meatballs and pulled pork shoulder... a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

It's one of the pubs we always love to return to, and as usual, it didn't disappoint. This time we had the cheese bacon burgers, pork knuckle, and sweet potatoes: everything was truly excellent! The burgers were tasty and well-made, the pork knuckle was incredibly tender, and the sweet potatoes were truly delicious. The service is also always top-notch: the staff is friendly, attentive, and fast, which helps make the experience even more enjoyable. A place where you eat well and always feel at ease. We'll definitely keep coming back!
