11/12/2025: I discovered this pizzeria thanks to my roommate, and I can't help but be forever grateful for introducing me to this fantastic place! Up until now, I've only ever ordered the red pan pizza, the one with just the sauce, and I want to share the deliciousness of the sauce and the oil added at the very end, which gives it that essential kick. Not to mention how crispy the dough is... The owner is kind, friendly, and incredibly talented! This pizza has won my heart! I highly recommend it.

03/12/2025: An hour and a half to receive cold, now inedible pizza and fried foods. Unfortunately, it's not even the first time, but it will certainly be the last.

13/09/2025: Given the reviews, I was hoping for better, but unfortunately, it wasn't. Anyway, the food wasn't bad. I had vegan chocolate, coffee, pistachio, and alchermes zabaglione. All the products were perfectly adequate, except for one, but they lacked a certain oomph—let's say ethereal. The flavors were decently made from an ice cream standpoint, although the use of neutral flavors was perhaps excessive; more precisely, they were very fluffy, bordering on "fluffy." I found some impurities in the chocolate, I believe, due to the neutral flavor not having completely dissolved during preparation. The best experience was with the coffee and pistachio. The alchermes zabaglione flavor is incomprehensible... besides, zabaglione is a mixture where, in addition to egg yolk and sugar, there's always a WINE, from Marsala to other fortified and/or passito wines, never a LIQUEUR or a distillate. In these cases, it's better to use the definition "cream of..." In short, I didn't like it, even though I'm a friend of alchermes, since zuppa inglese is one of my favorite desserts. I'll definitely be back to try all the flavors and get a more complete idea.

13/11/2025: What a wonderful and creative experience this is, incredible! Can’t say enough about it, just so full of masterful work and thought provoking imagery. Colors and visuals are amazing. The visit just makes you feel good. I highly recommend it. It will make your day! Don’t forget to grab a coffee and cake before you leave. This cafe is part of the exhibit. Such fun.

18/10/2025: We discovered Vin Allegro in Trastevere near our accommodations, and our golf cart tour guide later recommended it too! The appetizers and wine were excellent, and our server Eleanora made the experience especially enjoyable with her kind and attentive service. Lovely atmosphere—we’ll definitely return when we’re back in Rome!

17/10/2025: Enjoyed a lovely dinner with great service in this wonderful escape from the crowds, constant noise and adolescent graffiti.

09/12/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance and were amazed by its warm atmosphere and authentic food, dishes paired with homemade olive oil. The staff were professional and welcoming, and the owner was very friendly. We returned with the whole family, who enjoyed the pasta dishes like buttero and chickpea soup, as well as the delicious rustic cake, which was kindly provided.

18/11/2025: A must-visit for that sudden pizza craving, or even a pizza slice of your choice to enjoy at home with friends. The staff is incredibly friendly and courteous, and the pizza is delicious. They also do home delivery. Great prices, so go and enjoy a snack! I highly recommend it.

07/12/2025: Amazing food. Totally mind blowing experience on what was for me, a very special occasion. Each dish was easily some of the best food I have ever eaten. The textures, flavors, and presentation were all quite immaculate, served by prompt, polite, but not pushy waiters. This was something that I initially felt a little nervous about because I very rarely eat at fine dining establishments. I was a little worried we would not be welcome or that I would feel out of place, but the waiters helped us understand exactly what we were eating, how to eat it, and generally made the experience amazing. The ambiance was also quite perfect. Very dimly lit but with lights shining directly into the table to highlight the food we were eating and create a little bubble around the moment. It all felt quite like a dream. I only have two complaints. First, and this is quite minor, is that with the caviar dish the two of us were served an odd number of pieces of bread, which made it somewhat awkward as one of us would have to eat one more/less. Not a huge deal but something I think could be noted by a restaurant of this caliber. Similarly, and more importantly was the glass cheesecake dish. I dined here in December and while the dish was excellently crafted, I wondered why we were seeing berries (now more than two months out of season) on the dessert. I can’t blame the restaurant for the berries being fairly wilted and flavorless, but I can certainly wonder why we were not seeing more seasonal flavors incorporated into our dish. We are in the heart of citrus season in a citrus region, after all! This was actually very surprising to me and definitely lowered my respect just a little bit for the establishment. However, the dish was still obviously very skillfully made and yummy nonetheless. I can’t give the experience anything other than five stars. Bravo.

08/12/2025: The coffee and cappuccinos aren't good. I used to come here only because there are plenty of tables and I can study without being a nuisance, but today, even though half the place was empty and I'd just arrived, I was told I had to leave. If you don't want smart workers, you should let them know before seating them. The place is dark and noisy (music blaring).

18/11/2025: I love fish. I just want to make that clear. I even love fish more than most. That said, having 10+ fish dishes, including welcome dishes and pasta made with fish eggs instead of chicken, was just far too much. Not nearly enough variety, very one-level, one-flavor. We could not finish the tasting menu. That said, the service was impeccable and the decor and atmosphere were top notch.
