12/12/2025: Very large and crowded trattoria, typical Bolognese food and good, fast and attentive service.

11/12/2025: The crescentine with cured meats and cheeses were excellent; I wasn't entirely satisfied with the lasagna (the pastry was a bit overcooked and the béchamel sauce was a bit runny).

07/12/2025: Trattoria Da Vito certainly needs no introduction: it's been a fixture in the city's history and restaurant scene for decades. More than fair prices and generous wine, as is tradition. I'd also like to add a positive note about the quick, friendly, and affable Pakistani gentleman who served us.

25/11/2025: We had a really great time! We've just left the restaurant feeling super satisfied. We ordered: cacio e ovo meatballs (amazing), two first courses, and arrosticini. The place is beautiful, and the owners are truly wonderful and super friendly people. Highly recommended!

23/11/2025: I will never return to this restaurant again after the misogynistic and sexist comments of a man who worked there. He said some very serious things that I won't write about. I'll just say that after a while, he continued with jokes like "shut up, you're a woman and have no say in the matter," he even threw a piece of cloth at me, adding "clean up." He probably thought he was being funny, but it was clear he was trying to humiliate me with his attitude, as he continued making jokes despite my obvious and manifest annoyance. I don't think anything else needs to be said. I advise anyone with the (basic) sensitivity to understand that these things are unacceptable to choose another restaurant.

07/12/2025: It's a wine bar, and the food is secondary to the wine, which has a wide selection but is reasonably priced. Although the menu has expanded over time, it's not a full meal. The place is, however, charmingly intimate and very quiet.

08/10/2025: Incorrect, I called and asked for the price of a bottle. They gave me 200 and told me to call back, after which, by the time I completed the purchase, the price had magically changed to 400. That's not how it's done.

20/10/2025: Nice coffee/bakery shop. Good prices for cappucino for example.

18/10/2025: Be careful when ordering cakes. I ordered one for 8 people, and from the weight I realized it was for 10 (which I hadn't been told), and obviously I had to order it because otherwise I would have been left without it. So specify the weight you want and not the number of people, because they're being clever. I probably paid about €8 more... Another thing: once at the restaurant I realized they hadn't given me a receipt but a pre-bill. Luckily, they didn't ask for it, but check that too, especially since you pay VAT.

02/12/2025: There were 15 of us, and we ate divinely. We were served promptly, and the staff were very friendly. The atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly, and the kids had a great time. Thank you.

08/11/2025: Delicious crescentine and tigelle, as well as first courses and salads. Friendly service despite the fact that it's always very busy. There's usually a bit of a wait, especially on weekends. Reservations are much better.

15/11/2025: The service from the waiters was terrible; they were rude. We had high expectations, but as soon as we arrived, absolutely every single one of them was rude, acting as if serving customers was a favor. Save yourself the trouble. I think there are good places on every corner, and this one is just a place with a bad reputation.

15/11/2025: Everything was very good, and the staff were friendly. The prices were reasonable for the location, but the portions were a bit small and sometimes a bit sloppy.

14/12/2025: A 5-star restaurant, the food is divine, the service is perfect. I even brought some very distinguished friends from Bologna, but unfortunately I gave them a 1-star rating due to a lack of privacy. Because the fact that I, and especially members of my family, are stopped in the street and even called on the phone because I'm a "former plumber," now a transgender woman by right common to the entire Western bloc, with the relevant official documents from an Italian state hospital declaring my condition and that they will soon issue me a female identity card, I'm going to eat pizza there seems excessive to me. I've always been treated very well at the restaurant. Mrs. Linda is a very pleasant and kind person, and I'm sorry to write this today, thinking of her whom I liked so much. I'm a person like any other, extremely dignified, very elegant, distinguished, polite, and respectful. I believe that being transgender today isn't just a local scoop. I also understand that the town is a place of gossip and inferior cultural information about the city, but I still wish not to be mentioned. 06/12/2025: A place where you can rediscover the warmth of a simple, traditional setting. Homemade pasta with wonderful fillings and magnificent borlenghi. Excellent service, very kind and fast staff.

16/12/2025: Another great gastronomic experience in the Bologna area: an appetizer (which was actually a main course, but was shamelessly passed off as such) with fried crescentine (not greasy) and a large selection of cured meats (including those from Romagna) and various pickles. The meal continued with tagliatelle all'ortica (nettle tagliatelle) with Parma ham, truly unique and delicious. The final touch was a petroniana (truly excellent) and zuppa inglese (trifle), a fitting conclusion to an excellent dinner on a business trip. Service was a bit slow, but extremely kind and friendly. The price was commensurate with the (extremely high) quality of the dishes. We'll definitely be returning.

08/11/2025: Everything was delicious, especially the handmade tortellini. The staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was well-kept. Definitely worth trying again.
