The dishes were excellent, although objectively a bit pricey. The croutons that were supposed to accompany the stew were actually a slice of toast cut in half. The service was nonexistent: we waited 45 minutes for the first course without any explanation or even something to eat to while away the time. The place was small and very noisy.

A rustic yet authentic location, just a few kilometers from Bologna.
The menu offers a distinctly Emilia-Romagna feel, with a strong focus on gluten-free optionsโfresh gluten-free pasta and truly exceptional cutlets.
Attentive and friendly service.
The only downside was some ants crawling on the walls and table, but these things happen. We'll definitely return.

A thoughtful menu with plenty of choices for all tastes. Excellent pairings, delicate yet bold flavors. The non-menu fried vegetables were a pleasant surprise: dry, delicate, and light! The citrus-flavored passatelli with crumble were a delight. The wine cellar is well-stocked with excellent local products. The โฌ4 cover charge is perhaps a bit pricey. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Another great gastronomic experience in the Bologna area: an appetizer (which was actually a main course, but was shamelessly passed off as such) with fried crescentine (not greasy) and a large selection of cured meats (including those from Romagna) and various pickles. The meal continued with tagliatelle all'ortica (nettle tagliatelle) with Parma ham, truly unique and delicious. The final touch was a petroniana (truly excellent) and zuppa inglese (trifle), a fitting conclusion to an excellent dinner on a business trip. Service was a bit slow, but extremely kind and friendly. The price was commensurate with the (extremely high) quality of the dishes. We'll definitely be returning.
