FIRST TIME IN THIS PLACE, VERY GOOD APPETIZER, NON-GREASY FRIED GNOCCO, GOOD TIGELLE ACCOMPANIED BY GOOD SALAMI AND GIARDINIERA. THE MEAT IS TENDER, WELL-COOKED, TOP. GOOD DESSERTS. WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN TO TRY OTHER DISHES.

Six years ago, my review was quite negative. Today, December 23, 2025, the quality has reached another level thanks to the chef and waitresses. The pappardella with wild boar was truly a precious delicacy. Thank you.

Hotel Ristorante Musolesi

10/04/2026: A wonderful experience at this small, family-run hotel, where Mrs. Malchia and her daughter Paola warmly and courteously host travelers on their journey. The cuisine was exceptional in both quality and quantity. We'd return even just for lunch; it's worth the trip.
08/04/2026: Excellent hotel on the Via degli Dei. Very good food. Old rooms.

19/03/2026: It's a restaurant open only at lunchtime, popular with workers. It's a simple and unpretentious place, but in its simplicity, it offers truly delicious dishes, clearly made with love, not for profit. Even the bulk wine, which I'm often afraid of, is decent and easy to drink. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because the place, which has deliberately remained stuck in the 1960s and 1970s, is a good choice. As for the food, 5 stars.
