Sunday lunch dedicated to Borlengo! Excellent!! And where else...if not at the Borlengo Trattoria...in Serravalle! They also have traditional first and second courses...and gnocco and tigelle...the service is fast, but when it's busy, there's a bit of a wait...and it's always busy...better to book!

The pasta was overcooked (2 out of 2 first courses). The main courses were decent, but the tagliata was a bit tough and overcooked. The borlenghi, a typical local dish, were good, but not something you'd want to come here on purpose, in my opinion... well...

My partner and I ate borlenghi for the first time, and what can I say... amazing! Not only the borlenghi, but also the first and second courses deserve a special mention. Top location, impeccable service, and more than fair prices, especially considering the quality and quantity of what we ate and drank. I'll definitely be back with friends. A 10 out of 10 💥

Fabulous hillside setting, perfect lighting for privacy, top-quality first and second courses, superb tagliatelle... impeccable service. And what's more, it's often accompanied by quality, soft music. 💪 One of my favorite places ❤️

Nice place, but unfortunately our experience wasn't the best. We went with a group of friends (there were 12 of us) and had a long wait for our food. Evidently, there were some issues in the kitchen. The food was good, but the service definitely needs improvement.

They didn't serve borlenghi for lunch, but the tortelloni were excellent, as was the rest. It's a very simple place, a real trattoria! Beautiful!

Everything in this trattoria overlooking the hills is delicious. Their specialty is borlenghi, always cooked to perfection, and the desserts are exceptional. The staff is all very friendly. The place is clean and intimate. Highly recommended.
