22/05/2026: We found this place almost by chance to satisfy our craving for red meat, and it turned out to be a wonderful discovery. We ordered the mixed grill with rib-eye steak for two to share (€55) and were truly impressed: the rib-eye steak, about 900g, was out of this world, cooked to perfection, with an excellent grilled flavor, and decidedly filling. The grill also included sausage, coppone, pancetta, and grilled polenta. Overall, a very generous portion, more than enough for a dinner for two. As an appetizer, we also recommend the Tuscan chicken liver crostini, if you like that kind of food: really good. The staff is also very welcoming and friendly, and the place is beautiful. We'll definitely be back!

The ambiance is exquisite, impeccably clean, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and very professional. They make you feel welcomed naturally, without being forced. The cuisine was truly delightful: the cured meats were simply divine, of the highest quality, served with great care. The selection of dishes was also excellent, and the pairing with the Franciacorta rosé was very interesting. I also greatly appreciated the lightness of the preparations and the overall balance of the food. You can tell when a restaurant has genuine customer care and a genuine passion for the restaurant. A wonderful experience. I will gladly return.

The food was outstanding – beautifully prepared, full of authentic flavors, and clearly made with passion and respect for tradition. What made the experience truly unforgettable was Umberto, a wonderful host and an exceptional wine expert. His warmth, knowledge, and perfectly chosen wine pairings elevated the entire evening. We felt more like guests in his home than customers in a restaurant.

Other than the fact that the restaurant is beautiful, you feel like you are in a museum of art but the service is excellent, fast and the food is incredible. The owners are around, you do feel that they care and nurture their place the way they should.
