Corte Solada continues to be an excellent choice: a refined atmosphere, a great location, and cuisine that never disappoints. We started with a cold cuts platter accompanied by friggione, brie, and pinzini—a classic and well-executed appetizer—followed by a simply wonderful tartare. For main courses, the slow-cooked pork tenderloin was cooked to perfection, and the fillet was nothing short of incredible: impeccably cooked, with bold flavors. The wine list deserves special mention: we chose a truly excellent Sangiovese, a perfect pairing with the dishes. My only personal comment—the fried porcini mushrooms weren't my cup of tea, but I have to be honest: they were well-executed; it's just a matter of taste. Attentive staff, meticulous preparation, and a quality wine selection. Highly recommended for those seeking a high-end dinner without sacrificing tradition.

I came for lunch over three years ago and had a bad experience. I went back because friends told me the management had changed, and I have to say, it shows. A high-quality dinner with top-quality ingredients. The staff were knowledgeable and very kind. The place is immaculately kept. I'll definitely be back.

I almost never write reviews, but this time I'm truly happy to do so. It was a wonderful evening! The place is well-kept and welcoming, the staff is extremely kind and attentive. The meat is truly top-quality, tender, and flavorful: the fact that they ask for the desired amount (with a minimum, of course), slice it freshly, and show it to the customer before cooking is just a plus that demonstrates their great customer care. Even though the place was quite busy, the service was impeccable, and the wait times were absolutely right. You can clearly tell that this place is run with love and passion. We'll definitely be back!
