Very nice, upscale place. Excellent hospitality and a good selection on the menu. The platter of cold cuts, cheese, and pinzini (a bit too greasy and sliced, with lots of mortadella, no ham). The passatelli alla gricia were excellent. The mutton was very plentiful, but unfortunately too fatty. The side dishes were good, both the asparagus and the fried porcini mushrooms. The service was truly excellent, friendly and helpful. The bill was reasonable for the high standard.

In the place, excellent service (the waiters often pass by to see if anything is needed). Excellent food.

Wow... a sure thing!!! A youthful and comfortable atmosphere for couples and friends. We ate wonderfully. The cuisine is excellent, sophisticated and high-quality. The service is good and fairly quick. The only drawback: the prices are too high.

Corte Solada continues to be an excellent choice: a refined atmosphere, a great location, and cuisine that never disappoints. We started with a cold cuts platter accompanied by friggione, brie, and pinzini—a classic and well-executed appetizer—followed by a simply wonderful tartare. For main courses, the slow-cooked pork tenderloin was cooked to perfection, and the fillet was nothing short of incredible: impeccably cooked, with bold flavors. The wine list deserves special mention: we chose a truly excellent Sangiovese, a perfect pairing with the dishes. My only personal comment—the fried porcini mushrooms weren't my cup of tea, but I have to be honest: they were well-executed; it's just a matter of taste. Attentive staff, meticulous preparation, and a quality wine selection. Highly recommended for those seeking a high-end dinner without sacrificing tradition.

I came for lunch over three years ago and had a bad experience. I went back because friends told me the management had changed, and I have to say, it shows. A high-quality dinner with top-quality ingredients. The staff were knowledgeable and very kind. The place is immaculately kept. I'll definitely be back.
