27/08/2024: Dopo una ricerca tra i vari locali suggeriti su tripadvisor, abbiamo deciso di cenare alla Prua. Location suggestiva, personale cordialissimo e portate curate nella presentazione e nell'accostamento dei gusti. Crudo di pesce eccellente. Cenare in questo locale è un'esperienza da non perdere! Prezzi più che adeguati rispetto all'offerta.

25/08/2024: Merita 5 stelle . Ne do 4 perché si sono rifiutati di farci 2 frittelle con i bianchetti . Erano un'aggiunta a 2 antipasti che avevamo ordinato più la seconda portata. Una porzione intera sarebbe stata troppo. Peccato mi tocca ritornare per mangiare I bianchetti. Personale gentilissimo. Firmato Due frittelle di bianchetti.

25/11/2024: Sono parecchi anni che, ogni anno, torno in questo luogo lontano da casa. Ogni anno ho trovato miglioramenti ricerca, applicazione ed un risultato splendido. Ieri sera cena eccezionale dalla seppia alle paste alla carne. Profumi e sapori eccellenti, gusti sublimi.

23/10/2024: In una serata di ottobre ho voluto provare con qualche amico la cucina di Gorini. Location normale, niente di particolare ma piatti stratosferici. Il petto di piccione al sangue probabilmente uno dei piatti migliori. Abbiamo scelto il menù da 7 portate più l’abbinamento dei vini (di cui in fin fine è stato un mix, inserendo anche una birra e un gin tonic particolari). Una spesa totale di centosessanta euro a testa, in linea con la proposta culinaria.

Table in the corner overlooking the pool at night. Rich and varied menu with beautiful land-based options too. The cuisine has solid foundations on territoriality, and winks at ethnic cuisine. The chef has a hand of great balance, a playful and captivating menu, from the Maitre to the girls it was a succession of pampering. Really good, with these standards they are close to the star.

03/08/2024: Siamo venuti a cena in questo bellissimo locale perché adoro i funghi e fidandomi di altre recensioni. Ci hanno fatto accomodare nonostante fossero le 21. Abbiamo chiesto un tavolo fuori perché fumiamo. Nel giro di pochi minuti ci hanno presentato il menù e non c'era che l'imbarazzo della scelta. Tutto allettante. Abbiamo optato per un antipasto di crostini ai porcini e tartufo. Ottimi. Da bere abbiamo preso una media chiara Erdinger e un mezzo di vino bianco della casa fresco e di buona qualità. Come primo io ho preso dei cappelletti con abbondanti scaglie di tartufo, il mio compagno gnocchetti al ragù e porcini. Avanzava giusto il posto per il dolce, tortino al cioccolato con panna e cheesecake ai frutti di bosco con panna deliziosa. Caffettino. Conto 46 euro.

21/06/2024: Passing through to visit the extraordinary place of Acquacheta, we stopped in the camper for the night and decided to have dinner at this place located a stone's throw from the river and at the entrance to the pedestrian path that leads to the waterfalls. Characterized by a specific passion for flowers and plants that adorn the entire perimeter of the restaurant, it offers local and home-made dishes. We chose different courses which were plentiful and of good quality. With this I express a personal opinion by saying that although the dishes were absolutely pleasant, I found the excessive use of oil in many of them and unfortunately the pizza was absolutely sufficient. Applause goes to the girls in charge of the service who were polite, professional and friendly.

29/06/2024: The place is really great, Friendly staff with fast service. Medium-sized environment with many anime-themed paintings. The food is really good, you go in with an empty stomach and you come out full of energy and with a full belly. I love this place.

22/06/2024: Andiamo da Nippon almeno una volta al mese, è in assoluto il ramen che preferiamo a Bologna, un menù giusto con solo piatti buonissimi, i ramen ovviamente da provare tutti!

24/08/2024: Bella sorpresa, Ci siamo lasciati tentare e non ci è dispiaciuto, Peccato che dalla strada il ristorante non rende, una volta davanti e tutt’altra cosa. I camerieri sono cordiali e di ottimo consiglio, anche molto attenti alle nostre richieste. La cucina è veramente squisita e di qualità, il prezzo è giustificato dall’ impiattamentoe la cura di ogni portata dall’antipasto al dessert.

25/11/2024: The estate is very characteristic, fascinating and rich in history. The rooms have a very ancient but well-kept style (worthy of note is the bathtub next to the bed! Too bad about the numerous bedbugs), the service is professional and access to the museum is free for those who stay. The walk in the woods, as indicated in the guide, is really poorly signposted and the route is not maintained. Unfortunately the starred restaurant was closed due to the fire, so for dinner they moved us to the Hosteria del Maiale, a welcoming place where you eat in abundance and well. In the same room we can also have breakfast, limited but refined and good. I had indicated several times that I had chosen their structure (dinner + night) to celebrate my 30th birthday but they ignored it, not even a greeting card (they are details, but at these levels it is precisely these details that make the difference in the care of the 'hospitality. I would have expected perhaps a small gift or even a dessert with a candle, but nothing). A bit of a shame considering the amount of money left (the rooms are not the cheapest. It's a three-star hotel but one of the simplest rooms costs €260 per night. The tasting menu at the hosteria costs €70 all together included). I would like to return to the starred restaurant, which I am sure has greater customer care and, without a doubt, a noteworthy culinary experience.

09/12/2024: Pasta is exceptional , wine choice is extensive. The fiortina steak (t-bone) was just ok mainly due to average quality which meant it lacked flavour and had a lot of fat on the both edges of the sirloin and filet side , also could have been rested longer to allow for better distribution of flavour. However for the price this was very good value and only steak experts might opine like I do.

19/08/2024: The food is good and everything is delicious. The only flaw in the menu is tagliolini with clams But they should write tagliolini with lupins because they weren't clams!!! Apart from this flaw, the food is well cooked, polite staff, welcoming and quiet environment

02/12/2024: The Maison is a security. When you want to eat good Parma cuisine but in a more refined and refined mood than the classic taverns, this is the perfect place. Tried several times for both lunch and dinner, always excellent food of excellent quality, crowned by an always very kind and attentive service. This time we went knowing that there was a boiled meat trolley, already tried last year and really excellent. As always, don't miss their cream ice cream as a dessert, also perfect with hot chocolate cake or hot pancakes.
