15/07/2026: We stopped for a pizza after the soccer game, and I have to say that the pizza is very good, they make it with a high crust, the only thing is that we waited quite a while for it to be ready, but it was worth it.

06/07/2026: Good pizza, too bad they are made in different sizes, I was at a birthday party and I had a bad experience, in addition to having waited a long time, the staff was not very attentive to the small needs of the customer🤷‍♀️

06/04/2026: I was there recently for lunch, and I have to say I can't wait to go back. The first courses were excellent, made with top-notch ingredients, which was reflected in the kind of flavor that, unfortunately, is increasingly rare to find. The preparation was also practically perfect. The highlight of the meal, however, were the crescentine with cured meats. Especially the cured meats and cheeses. There's a shop next door that sells gourmet products, including top-quality cured meats and cheeses, sourced from top-quality local producers (it's a passion of the owner). And you can taste the difference compared to the typical crescentine place that serves cured meats that all taste the same (or almost). This quality of the ingredients, among other things, makes the quality/price ratio truly excellent. The wine selection also seems interesting, although not extensive. The place is an osteria, so not an elegant or sophisticated restaurant, but the atmosphere is in keeping with the type of place: clean and well-presented, with well-placed tables and, despite the small space, not too crowded (a tad too crowded for my taste, but still acceptable, considering there were only two of us, so another table for two next door was almost inevitable). Even though it was crowded and there was a large table, it wasn't too noisy, especially since the food is so good that by the time it arrives, you're busy eating. As I said, I can't wait to go back, and this time I'll just order the crescentine and cured meats. Not because the first courses aren't worth it, but because I want to enjoy the cured meats better.

27/02/2026: Carefully selected ingredients, expertly crafted cured meats, and a genuine, bygone atmosphere. Definitely try the gnocchi with mutton ragù, a rare dish. Follow the host's instructions. A round of applause!

31/07/2026: My husband, my daughter and I went to dinner to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. We ate very well, everything was perfect. I recommend it.

29/07/2026: An extremely positive experience. A very elegant place, extremely well-kept and clean, from the tables to the bathrooms, to the smallest details inside. We ate very well and saw the care and dedication these two young people put into what they do. From Erika's excellent service in the dining room to the love the chef puts into his dishes. It's truly admirable to see that nowadays there are still young and determined people who want to challenge themselves in such a challenging world as the restaurant industry. And I emphasize that this is clearly evident from the moment you walk in the door. Despite my food allergies, dishes adapted to my dietary needs were prepared quickly and with great flavor without making me feel uncomfortable. I highly recommend this experience.

12/05/2026: An unforgettable anniversary. I begin this review with a well-deserved mea culpa: neither my wife (a true Ferrarese) nor I (in Ferrara since 2011) had ever been to this wonderful restaurant. We decided to make up for it on Sunday, our twelfth wedding anniversary. The tasting menu tempted us, but we opted for à la carte lunch. I had an appetizer, first course, and second course; my wife had an appetizer, second course, and dessert. I believe the attached photographs speak for themselves when it comes to describing the elegance of the location and the beauty and quality of the dishes. I'll just point out that we thoroughly enjoyed some of the truly unusual, yet surprisingly successful, flavor combinations (for example, the wagyu with salmon in the signature main course, but also small details like the pairing of coffee and pineapple in the dessert). The food, course after course, was a true discovery, and we found ourselves laughing and joking, feeding each other samples so as not to miss anything, like two sweethearts. The aspect I'd like to focus on was the wonderful attentiveness of the service, which made us feel truly pampered throughout the meal. For example, since my wife hadn't ordered a first course, they still brought her an amuse-bouche to while away the time. Or, again without a word, my wife's second course was accompanied by a glass of the Japanese liqueur we'd spotted in the display case and commented on. Coincidence or the keen ear of an attentive maître d'? To top it off, a final surprise from the chef with his happy anniversary wishes, as pictured. The final surprise came when the bill arrived: truly very, very, very fair for the experience we had. We'll definitely be back to try the tasting menu.

05/08/2026: We were looking for Italian coffee and a Cornetto, and the reviews encouraged us to choose Caffe Ducale. Everything we found there met our expectations. The coffee was perfect in both taste and appearance. The cornetto was buttery and delicate (especially Nocciola one!), the perfect complement to the coffee's flavor. The whole experience was made even better by the Italian staff, who captured the Italian atmosphere we had traveled all the way here to experience on vacation ☺️

03/08/2026: Great cafe, delicious coffee shakes, great cappuccino and espresso. You can buy takeaway coffee beans. The coffee is well-roasted and not acidic.

09/05/2026: A wonderful discovery and an excellent experience with delicious traditional local dishes. To start, a platter of cured meats, hams, and parmesan accompanied by fried polenta, herb and ricotta tortelli, and maltagliati with a walnut, onion, and apple sauce—delicious and delicious. I couldn't help but try an excellent second course, a braised rabbit, and to finish, an excellent tiramisu-style semifreddo. The service was impeccable. I hope to return soon.

20/07/2026: A local institution, well worth the short trip from Bologna. The friendliest of staff welcomes you to a tavern where pretty much everything has been kept and preserved from the passing of time, including the recipes of the kitchen. Making the most of what local producers can offer, from vegetables to meat, all the way to the grapes for the wine. My wife and I enjoyed a quick meal on the way to the seaside. The waitress helped us create a small tasting menu by halving portions of some starters. Even then, we left the restaurant rolling! All we had was delicious, with a special mention for the tagliatelle with ragù, pure heaven. Given what we ate, both in quantity and quality, a full meal for 50€ is really fair and adequate. Looking forward to another visit!

18/07/2026: A very pleasant lunch. The friggione with tigelle was excellent, and the nettle tagliatelle with ragù were very good. The selection of French wines and craft beers was also appreciated, which is not always the case for a traditional osteria. The customer service was also excellent: after sending an email to reserve, I received a quick call back to confirm my table. The kitchen atmosphere was also lovely, with a multi-ethnic team working with professionalism and camaraderie. The only drawback: the space is really small. The tables are so close together that it's easy to share the company of other diners... and you'll go home with the lingering smell of ragù on your clothes. Luckily, the ragù was good! Overall, an authentic osteria, with excellent food and a lot of personality.

14/03/2026: Courtesy, hospitality, and above all, truly delicious food are the hallmarks of this place. Replicating the typical flavors of Puglia in Forlì is no ordinary feat, but as a native of Puglia, even if it was just for one evening, I can say I felt at home. Thanks Gianluca!

10/06/2026: The setting is truly charming, and the food, if possible, even more so. We ordered the salami from their farm, and it was the tastiest and softest we've ever tasted. The lasagna was superb, and the tagliatelle with ragù was also delicious. The service was wonderful; everyone was very kind, especially Mrs. Mariella, who even gave us the piadina we'd left behind to take home. If I ever return to this area, I'll definitely be returning.

09/10/2025: Truly delicious sandwiches. Initially, we came solely for the porchetta (which remains the mainstay), but they've increased the variety, maintaining high quality. The staff is very friendly and courteous. It's becoming a pleasant Saturday lunchtime habit.

12/06/2026: I was impressed by the quality of this trattoria, especially the smoked goose breast (appetizer). Everything was truly delicious, from the first course (cappelletti on top), the second course (an excellent pork tenderloin with Sangiovese), and the dessert (a special chocolate cake with mascarpone cream). Make a reservation, because the place is small, and go!
