We booked the private grotto decorated with candles and petals: a real treat. The staff was kind, helpful, and above all very friendly. We also really appreciated the choice to offer exclusively wines from our province, an idea that truly showcases the local area. The sliced ​​beef and herbs on the side were noteworthy. Starting with the top-notch welcome, the restaurant itself is beautiful, super intimate and formal, but the convivial, family atmosphere immediately puts you at ease. The cuisine is AMAZING! The dishes are a spectacle, everything prepared to perfection, a blend of modernity and perfection that, combined with the quality of the ingredients, deserves top marks. We especially loved the first courses! The wine cellar also deserves a mention, all of which are excellent quality and offer a wonderful selection of excellent local wines. Finally, the bill was fair, with absolutely average prices, especially given the high quality of the overall experience and the dishes. We will definitely be back; in fact, we can't wait! The Mora Romagnola cold cuts appetizer is exquisite; delicious meats in every preparation, with a special mention for the rabbit medallions. The fennel with olives is also excellent. To finish on a high note, wonderful desserts, a homemade liqueur that I won't spoil for you... and a barrique-aged grappa that is one of the seven wonders!
