The term is used a lot nowadays
"experience" .... but today I was excited.
I ended up here by chance but as soon as I entered I felt at home...
Francesca welcomed me as if she had known me for years and I felt like a welcome and subsequently pampered guest.
everything was splendid, the location, the good food, the people, in short, everything. I tasted a fantastic culatello accompanied by the best fried gnocco there is and a strictly homemade giardiniera, followed by tagliatelle with white duck ragù with rigorous slipper since the 7-grain bread had recently been baked, a touch of stuffed veal with potatoes and to finish a chocolate cake with ice cream.... speechless.
I won't just add anything else.

A marvel.... Very nice place, very kind and attentive staff. Sublime dishes and excellent product quality. The wine list is excellent. The price in line with the products. Advised. Reservation is absolutely necessary.

Quality and courtesy... what more could you ask for? Ivan and Francesca made us feel at home even though it was our first time in their place. Excellent food, excellent value for money and a note of merit for the staff, courteous, kind and always attentive to the customer! Good guys! We will definitely be back next time we're in the area!

Pranzo alla Locanda del Culatello durante le vacanze natalizie, vi consiglio di prenotare con largo anticipo per il sabato o la domenica.
Molto caratteristico e caldo l'interno con una saletta a piano terra e una al primo piano.
Menù molto completo che non comprende solo...

I cappellacci coi fegatini di pollo e sopra il tartufo sono sempre splendidi.
Ma anche il bollito con una versione tutta sua fatta di carni "in rolata" meritano un assaggio.
