It makes me think of those who say "vegan ice cream is not possible, there's only fruit"! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

09/09/2025: Worth it, deserve it, deserve it. We went there to try a different place in the area based on the reviews, and we were right! As a pasta chef, I'm very picky about my first courses: I left with a smile. The fillet melted in my mouth, and the tripe was spectacular for the second course. The atmosphere was relaxing and, above all, super clean (which isn't for everyone). The hostess was excellent, friendly, and easy-going, and she made us feel at ease right away. Highly recommend, we'll be back.

The atmosphere is unique, and the owner will give you a taste of heaven, whether you're stopping in for fries or dinner. It's always packed, but it's definitely worth waiting for at least a seat ❤️
28/08/2025: We ended up here by accident, but we were very impressed, there were compliments, and the service was extremely pleasant. The food is great, even tastier than in more expensive establishments in the city. I definitely recommend it. 🤌🤌🤌

13/08/2025: Undeniably the best gelato shop in Parma, its province, and beyond! Exceptional gelato, from classic to more elaborate flavors. The chef is a GENIUS. Excellent, natural, seasonal ingredients. The entire staff is fantastic! Kind, approachable, they make you feel at home. The gelato here doesn't make you thirsty, it's not heavy, it's perfectly balanced, made with love and passion. I recommend everyone to try it, but be warned: it can be addictive!!! P.S. For lovers of real tiramisu, like grandma's, homemade, you MUST try the tiramisu gelato! Oh, and all this at a totally reasonable price; in fact, they're super generous with the quantities!!!
07/08/2025: Incredibly delicious ice cream. Pistacchio is truly the best I've ever had. The lady was very nice, but unfortunately, it's not located in the city center, which I really wish she had that.

05/09/2025: Original and carefully prepared dishes showcasing Adriatic fish. Beautiful location overlooking one of the canals of the Cervia salt pans, offering breathtaking sunsets. Attentive and friendly service. The wine list could be expanded.

The atmosphere was unique and suited to the setting. The price was reasonable. The waitress who served us (a brunette with short hair) was attentive and kind. We all enjoyed it.

01/09/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance during a transfer from Bologna to Alessandria. We relied on Google, and we were right. We ate in the garden, exceptional dishes, and drank excellent Lambrusco. The savory pie, which I think is a tigella, was fantastic. The cold cuts were excellent, the boiled meats with sauces made by my mother were tear-inducing. Chocolate salami with zabaglione was embarrassingly delicious. Coffee and biscuits, all with welcoming and punctual service. Very good value. What else?

03/09/2025: This was a really mixed experience. Lows: - My pregnant wife being served raw then undercooked langoustine successively. (It was a dish served undercooked but the waiter recommended it as an option reassuring us that they could modify the recipe to cook the langoustine through. My impression was that the chefs did not agree and stubbonly refused to cook the shellfish to a temperature suitable for a pregnant woman!) - Very strong flavour contrasts which mostly didn't work. (Mackerel with onion chutney, scorpion fish with a highly pungent bisque sauce, squid with an intense sabzi-esque dried spinach sauce, grouper with a fancy version of hoi sin sauce.) Really intense flavours which totally overwhelmed the fish. I wonder if perhaps the chef doesnt actually like fish? Certainly they are not interested in maximising the flavour of the fish served, but masking it with intense sauces. Or maybe the chef is a heavy smoker? And has lost the subtler parts of their palette. Regardless - most of the dishes, while interesting, were not actually nice or enjoyable to eat. - The price. The price undoubtedly reflects the considerable effort put into this food. But it feels more like a work in progress menu. Paying such a high price (€100 pp) stings when you don't really enjoy the majority of what you are eating. - Tiny amount of fish on each dish. (Except for the cerviche appetiser which was very generous). Highs: - The waiter was lovely and attentive. - The decor is beautiful and really imaginatively done - The wine is excellent and the waiter recommended great wines to go with the fish. - The first amuse bouche and the last (a selection of tiny pattiserie to be eaten in a specific order) were really outstanding and delicious. - The gurnard cerviche with grapefruit juice was the one time when the intense flavour contrasts worked brilliantly. It was  impressive and delicious. Overall, if you have money to burn and you want a bit of an adventure, then maybe this will be fun. But if you want to to guarentee enjoying everything - go somewhere more affordable which cooks things more simply and traditionally in a way which emphasises the flavour profile of the fish and almost certainly gives you more than a mouthful of fish per course!

09/08/2025: A truly enchanting setting... in the hills, with that ever-present, pleasant breeze that accompanies you throughout your lunch or dinner... the location alone is a treat. The food is always meticulously prepared, using local ingredients and/or the highest-quality products... it's family-run, and Emanuela is a true leader in the kitchen... a person who, even though I've had little time to get to know her, has instilled in me the values of the past: respect, determination, honesty... and she conveys all of this through her dishes, which are crafted with love, passion, and balance. We shared a starter—the inevitable cured meats—and then a dish that literally amazed me, from the plating to the dish itself... because this Mazara del Vallo prawn carpaccio was a modern take on the dish, with a tantalizing balance of flavors; it melted in the mouth. Sublime. Kudos to the entire staff, who seamlessly blend tradition with innovation without ever overdoing it. Well done...this is my second time and I can say that every time it makes me say: I have to come back again.

27/08/2025: A small piadina shop in Bologna, serving artisanal bread (and you can taste its deliciousness) with a wide selection of piadinas—perhaps too wide! It's a bit difficult to read all the post-its with the daily specials and the menu. The piadinas had good, fresh ingredients. The place is very simple, and in the summer, it tends to get a bit warm without air conditioning. There are tables with stools if you want to eat in. The owner is very kind and friendly. I'll definitely be back!
22/08/2025: We stumbled upon this lovely discovery almost by chance. A small piadina shop that freshly prepares excellent piadinas with various fillings, from classic to more imaginative. Friendly staff, excellent food, and a stone's throw from the center. Definitely worth a try.
