I found this restaurant on the Michelin Guide website and wanted to try it.
I couldn't have made a better choice!
The food is excellent, there's a wide selection of dishes, and the wine list is very extensive.
Every dish has something special, with unusual pairings. They're prepared with top-quality ingredients and presented beautifully.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very nice.
I highly recommend it!

We tried the 9-course tasting menu for €55 per person (excluding cover charge and drinks). The tacos with pancetta (CBT) were very good, along with the tortelli with coppone and the linguine with salted lemon. The mezzemaniche with roasted peppers and angostura bitters, however, were unimpressive, while the other dishes were merely adequate. The service was friendly; it's a shame the explanation of the dishes, which you'd expect at a restaurant like this, wasn't provided (hence the star reduction). They only explained the entrée, not the rest. At the end, we chatted with the owner, who offered us a complimentary amaro. Worth a try, but I wouldn't try it again.

Very unique and refined dishes, truly exceptional. The duck ravioli deserve a special mention, truly delicious. The sweet garlic, oil, and chili pepper dish also surprised us. The outdoor seating is very nice!

An experience not to be missed! For once, it breaks away from the classic Bolognese cuisine, while maintaining a balanced mix of flavors, free from overwhelming sensations. I recommend the €45 tasting menu (excluding wine and water), which offers unrivaled value.

What a great idea to come and eat here! We started with the Emlian tacos, continued with the gin-filled chicken ravioli, and finished with an exceptional peaty whisky diaphragm. All topped with a nice Nebbiolo. The bell pepper gelato was exceptional! The bread tiramisu was also worth it.
