Locanda Pincelli is an excellent quality restaurant for the following reasons
1. The cuisine and preparations are excellent and never banal, the combination of flavors is excellent
2. The tasting menu allows you to get to the end of the meal without having eaten too much or too little
3. The ingredients are selected seasonally and the combinations are very respectful of the environment, including a significant part of vegetarian components and therefore eating very tasty but also arriving light at the end of the meal. I recommend the 9-course tasting menu for the best value for money
4. The bread is of excellent quality
5. The wine list is detailed and chosen very carefully, the choice is wide and varied and never banal
6. The external context is very valid and relaxing
7. The service is very good and courteous
8. The booking process is convenient via whatsapp and available
9. A very important element for the cuisine of this area: the stuffed pasta is of the highest quality
10. The restaurant includes testing sessions for new dishes where you can preview and evaluate the chef's new ideas, demonstrating a participatory approach to menu creation

Pleasant discovery in Selva Malvezzi. Forget the typical dishes of Bolognese cuisine (except tortellini in broth) but prepare to taste dishes contaminated by particular flavors and reinterpretations in a rustic environment inside the Malvezzi courtyard (practically the town) in complete tranquility without shifts or waiters who they pester to free the tables.
I recommend the tasting menu (the one with 9 tastings has the best quality/price ratio), the organic wines are good.

A place you don't expect, what seems like a simple restaurant in a provincial town is transformed into an exciting culinary experience, with refined flavors that intrigue and conquer. Seeing is believing, I'll leave the reviews on the individual dishes to others, which change with the seasons.

In aperta campagna mi aspettavo un ristorante rustico invece una splendida cucina, moderna e accattivante, mi ha fatto venire una meravigliosa esperienza sensoriale. Su tutto spuma di patata con pesto e lumache, fantastici tortelli di anatra con brodo di cavolo nero e non da meno tortellini al caciocavallo. Meno riusciti i dolci che comunque non abbassano il livello del voto. Servizio cordiale e accogliente. Prezzo strepitoso per un menù degustazione da 9 portate. Ottima anche la carta dei vini

Bologna la grassa… Emilia Romagna da gustare…. ma alla fine rischi di mangiare sempre le stesse cose, buone, saporite, uniche ma molto simili…
In questa bella locanda finalmente un menù che osa, che propone un percorso eno-gastronomico e che risulta piacevole per tutti i sensi. Da Bologna sono poco più di 30 minuti di macchina, la strada non é delle migliori ma ne vale la pena.
Il locale é suggestivo, cucina creativa nella tradizione e gustosa. Buona la presentazione dei piatti e la carta dei vini. Torneremo !
