11/02/2025: When a sandwich can replace a lunch. I travel around Italy for work and I happened to eat the famous Borderi sandwiches in Syracuse, with or without crumbs from Naples but they are just pieces of bread certainly filled with good things but without a defined taste. In Piacenza I was incredulous by the goodness, quality and lightness of the sandwiches of this place, particular and delicious, you can really taste the flavor of what they contain. Super recommended!!!

10/03/2025: Sensational experience! The chef and the staff are very profesionnal and welcoming. The quality of the food and the warmth of the people are definitely in line with the regional trademark. It is very nice to see how involved the chef is with the management of this family business (from the quality of the homegrown ingredients to the choice of the graphics on the bottles of the home made wine).

10/03/2025: My wife and I are in Italy on our honeymoon and visited the restaurant because of its status on the Michelin guide. The entire experience was brilliant. The food tasted wonderful, cozy and delicious. The staff were very kind, attentive and really took time to explain the different dishes to us and all of our options. Of course, Chef Andrea is a very welcoming and warm person. He greets everyone at the door and is ecstatic to greet everyone. The food was similar to other food we have had from fantastic restaurants. We went to Osteria Francescana two days before visiting here and found the food and service to be of a similar quality. The two restaurants are very different from one another but we ultimately preferred the warm, delicious flavors of the food and the personal touch of the staff. I would highly recommend making it here for dinner.

04/04/2025: I didn't find quality in the dishes, it seemed cooked like in a canteen... the mushroom sauce was very bitter, the parmesan for the first courses in the small bowl was totally tasteless, the result of when you grate it and it stays there for days! the wild boar very dry! the only satisfying dish was the desserts. Welcoming service but when it comes to food, there are trattorias at the same price that are definitely of better quality

18/03/2025: Special! Simply exceptional! The excellent quality food is homemade, a truly welcoming and professional service at the outdoor tables for the summer. The wine is excellent. I tasted a good starter, a delicious trio of tortelli, fried lamb chops and a tiramisu. A truly relaxing day, where I felt welcomed and the owner's advice on the menu was top notch! I would go back immediately!

12/03/2025: An essential stop when passing through Fornovo, a few minutes from the motorway exit. Characteristic and refined environment, very professional service. Everything is excellent, however the fried gnocco is indispensable, very light, with high quality cured meats, the pumpkin and herb tortelli, the second courses are delicious, for example the duck breast. To finish, I particularly recommend the fried apples, then some sweets are served with the coffee. You couldn't wish for anything else, you will spend the following days looking for an excuse to go back!

09/03/2025: Six of us had such a great time in Sushiman. The hostess was polite, professional and friendly, and the food was superb. Everything was freshly prepared, the chef did everything before us - i think we’re going again there today. I tried the food from every plate and I think the only thing I wasn’t too keen on was the wonton soup and only because I’m used to a different taste. The poke ball was out of this world!!
