02/03/2026: The Carraccis offer a unique experience. The interiors are beautiful and evocative, covered in frescoes by the Carracci brothers. The tasting menu is a journey that will leave you speechless. You discover flavors I never thought I'd experience with such common and traditional ingredients. The "La Dotta, La Grassa, La Rossa" menu explores Emilian and Bolognese traditions with innovations in every dish. For example, the Parmigiano Reggiano extract accompanying the mortadella terrine was a unique explosion of flavors. Words cannot describe the deliciousness of the tortellini, lasagnetta, and petroniana. Three perfect dishes, flawless, perfectly constructed, with just the right proportions. The best dishes I've ever eaten. The lemon splash is a real treat; it literally explodes in your mouth and washes away all the savory flavors, preparing your palate for the desserts. Even the desserts were perfect. Excellent service; all the waiters were very kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. Despite the charming setting, the waiters manage to make you feel at home, as if you were having a family dinner. A particularly nice gesture was when a waiter came to clear the breadcrumbs from our table and told us that they actually recommend that customers break the bread with their hands and crumble it on the table, because it's a convivial gesture that makes them feel at home, and that's what they want their guests to feel, and we certainly felt that way. Furthermore, there's a very extensive wine list and the sommelier is extremely knowledgeable and kind.

Everything, absolutely everything, was exquisite. The setting is elegant and enchanting, the kind that immediately makes you feel special. The service was perfect: attentive, precise, and never intrusive. A tasting worthwhile, especially if you want to experience Bologna at its best. Highly recommended!

02/03/2026: Arriving for a business dinner, we found ourselves in a phenomenal setting, which made the evening wonderful. Not only is it a pleasant, traditional place, with the option of a table near the kitchen, allowing you to see everything and meet the chef. The wine list and menu are extensive, full of traditional dishes.

28/11/2025: The pistachio "bull's-eye" pastry was amazing, and the chocolate one was very good too. The waiters were super friendly. The coffee was good as well. Perhaps the only downside was the loud music on the radio. I would definitely go back.

21/11/2025: The Attibassi bistro in Bologna is a spacious, well-kept, and truly beautiful place. The owners, Elvin and Irma, are warm, kind, and always available. Their son, Alex, also deserves a special mention: he makes impeccable coffee. The pastries are always fresh and delicious, but their real strength is their Albanian cuisine, with tasty and carefully crafted dishes that I absolutely recommend you try. Every dish exudes tradition and authenticity. In short, for me, it's one of the best bistros in Bologna: welcoming, authentic, and with excellent quality in both service and food. I highly recommend it!

22/03/2026: A traditional, high-quality set menu. The fried gnocco appetizer is substantial yet light and not greasy, accompanied by quality cured meats. Then there are the tasty yet balanced tortelli and tagliolini. The traditional and sparkling Spergola make up for the lack of more renowned sparkling wines. The zeppola for dessert on Saint Joseph's Day is excellent! And the icing on the cake: an amazing coffee from a local roaster! AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE, WORTH RECOMMENDING! And the quality/price ratio is spot on! Congratulations!

17/03/2026: On the recommendation of a friend, we stayed for a night at Agriturismo San Giuseppe. Before arriving, the owner, Massimiliano, sent us all the information we needed to get there and the dinner menu. He also told us where to visit a dairy where they make Parmigiano Reggiano cheese—a unique experience! And to top it all off, a dinner that I won't tell you about... try it and believe it! Thanks for the TOP hospitality.

11/02/2026: I loved this place and I whish I took a picture of the sushi because it was gorgeous. The staff is really friendly and that alone would be reason enough to go again. The sushi itself is freshly made (you can watch) and so delicious. The selection is grand and you can easily find something to your taste. The store is a bit small though, but you can just take out and eat at one of the many beautiful plazas.

The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, professional and attentive. The only downside is that on weekends, when there's a higher number of customers, the wait can be significantly longer (I don't know if you can reserve, it's always decided at the last minute), but every bite is worth every minute. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
