15/03/2025: Dopo aver letto le recensioni siamo andati un sabato in questo ristorante ma siamo rimasti delusi .......abbiamo optato per le crescentine con salumi a 16€ a testa direi che il tagliere era assai scarso senza mortadella e stracchino che sono prodotti tipici del bolognese infatti abbiamo preso anche un primo senza vino abbiamo pagato 63€ per mangiare un antipasto scarso e un primo ........considerando la zona (non siamo al centro di Bologna) e il locale con apparecchiata di carta (2,50 il coperto) mi sembra esagerato ........se avessimo preso vino secondo contorno e dolce avremmo speso oltre 120 € ......no direi che non ci siamo .......forse abbiamo perso il valore dei soldi ........ capisco la qualità ma quando si esagera si perdono clienti ..........

13/03/2025: If you like meat this is the right place. Huge counter, but truly enormous, overloaded with all sorts of goodies, decidedly high quality, competent and courteous staff.

23/02/2025: Fabulous! We returned here after two years in which we continued to dream of tagliatelle, crescentine, balanzoni, fiordilatte, and the warm welcome of Michele and his family. Everything even better than I remembered! Each dish tells of their love for cooking, the portions are very generous, the ingredients are all of excellent quality, giving space to local producers, from cured meats to mascarpone. It's worth coming to these parts even just for a dinner at Tiro (we returned with the whole family from Florence!). Thanks and... See you next time!

21/02/2025: The best place in Bologna! For this price you won't get such a large portion anywhere else, and they make all the pasta and bread themselves. Inside there is a homely atmosphere and the most delicious food; they determine the menu for the day every morning. We stayed in Bologna for several months and we liked this place the most, we never regretted coming here!

23/03/2025: Stumbled upon it by chance and what can I say... a very pleasant surprise! Had a great meal from start to finish. There were 7 of us with a request for a gluten-free menu and we were pleasantly surprised by a vast menu for those with this type of need. Exceptional first courses, second courses too but the supreme treat for those with a sweet tooth is the three chocolate dessert which I recommend! Compliments to the cuisine, the service and the warm and friendly welcome of all the staff. Very honest account and will definitely see us again soon! Optimal

25/02/2025: Informal but well-kept place, excellent both for a ceremony and for a beer with friends. There is also an outdoor space and a small summer playground. The food is excellent, the service friendly and attentive. I recommend it.

02/04/2025: Location molto bella e comodissima per me che ho soggiornato all’hotel Maranello village. Abbiamo provato tartare di carne, tortellini con parmigiano e passatelli. Tutto molto buono, ben presentato e con porzioni giuste. Cestino di pane molto vario e di ottima qualità. Anche dolci si sono rivelati buonissimi, il tutto accompagnato da ottimo vino. Non ho provato le pizze, ma sembravano molto invitanti. Sicuramente da provare se siete dalle parti di Maranello.

26/03/2025: What to say. We spend over 200Euro for 3 nights there. It was just near our hotel. We did not wanted to travel to have a dinner. Pizza was ok... but NOT WOW". Just regular pizza you can eat. Thin but not crispy. Staff was kind first 3 days while we eated and payed the bills. Last knight we ordered one "tagliata di manzo" and one "Entracote grilled". And the drama started... Tagliata was OK, but the Entracote... the meat was terrible. Taste nad smell was not OK. The staff was kind and take it back. But returned the same meat more grilled and over kooked. At the mean time, second dish - tagliata get cold. We returned again as the overkooking do not change the bad taste of the meat. They took it again and after another several minutes of waiting we received another Entracoke, but with different thickness of the meat and this time heavy overcooked. Only a very small part of the meat were it was thicker was medium to welldone, all the rest was heavy welldone. When we told them that we ordered the steak "meduim", they started to ensure us that we have received it like this. It was not unfortunately. So we did not eated this one as it was not good cooked. We even did not taste the meat, it was brown inside. We requested to change the meal, as obvuously the steak was not possible to eat. ANd as the first Tagliata was OK, we just asked the same dish one more time. Another minutes of wating. Finaly second tagliata come. Well coocked, but obviously made from the same piece of meat which they made the first entracote. The meat was with the same bad taste as the first entracote. So we did not eat this either. We shared and eated only the first Tagliata and stay a bit hungry. At the end we received a bill with two tagliatas, italian cuperto included and 8 euro overcharge. "When we asked what is this?" was explained that the steacks were perfect but we returned them :) Anyway, we are disapointed from this place, but wish them success and to check they meet before serve it to the clients. Good luck! P.S. We were disapointed, but not frustrated. Actually we have no plans to post a bad review, and that's why we did not took a pictures, but the lady owner at the cashier, changed my mind, when charge us over the bill because of their mistakes.

11/04/2025: The best truffle tagliatelle I have ever eaten! As for the coffee tiramisu, I have no words to describe how delicious it was! The service was extraordinarily warm with recommendations on wines and their stories! I highly recommend!

11/04/2025: The tagliatelle al tartuffo are delicious! Tiramisu al caffe is the most typical and delicious you can eat in Italy! The service was friendly and we were recommended an excellent wine that went very well with our dish! You absolutely have to go to this family restaurant!!

16/03/2025: This trip is always a certainty. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, perfect for a quick dinner. The cuisine is fantastic, with carefully prepared dishes and quality ingredients. The pumpkin cappellacci are among the best I have ever tasted: fresh pasta, tasty filling and condiments that enhance them without covering their taste. The rest of the menu also does not disappoint, from the first courses to the homemade desserts, always tasty and well prepared. The chef is very good, you can feel the passion in every dish. The staff is kind and attentive, creating a family environment where you feel really comfortable. A place I always gladly return to, because in addition to eating well, you feel at home.

04/03/2025: I was there for a business lunch, delicious dishes with quality ingredients. Exceptional Cappellacci di Zucca and a selection of craft beers you wouldn't expect. Highly recommended!
