18/05/2025: Ho scelto la loro cucina per festeggiare il primo anniversario di matrimonio. Abbiamo optato per la selezione di 7 piatti e alla fine eravamo appagati ma senza essere appesantiti. Piatti sorprendenti. Ho mangiato il miglior carciofo della mia vita. Hanno reso wow un piatto di solo verdure e ci hanno sorpresi con la semplicità del pomodoro e salsa di fragola. Tutto davvero buono. Il servizio è appassionato e cordiale. Unica pecca la momentanea poca disponibilità di scelta dei vini, ma non ha affatto intaccato la nostra soddisfazione finale. Il dolce con i capperi: sorprendente. Bravi tutti. Non vedo l’ora di tornare.

17/05/2025: A culinary experience that goes beyond a simple meal. This vegetarian and vegan restaurant is a true gem for those who love good food and research into flavors. Each dish is carefully thought out, a combination of surprising ingredients that blend together in a stratospheric way. After years of desire, I finally got to taste their famous tortellini... and I can say without exaggeration that they were an ecstasy for the palate. Each course is a sensory journey, an explosion of flavors that tell a story of attention, creativity and love for natural cuisine. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming and always ready to give kind advice. It is one of those places that leave their mark and that I would recommend to anyone who wants to live an authentic and unforgettable experience. I will definitely be back.

12/05/2025: We spent a beautiful morning with Mery at Villa Bisibini. The cooking class was perfect, we learned to make fresh stuffed pasta with the professionalism of Mery and her staff, having fun to the rhythm of the music. Lunch was then exquisite, our work was enhanced by the dishes refined in their simplicity. The location is beautiful, the villa has been restored with grace and respect. Thank you again Mery for passing on to us not only what you know but also all your passion!

01/06/2025: Officina dei Sapori a Bologna è la pugliesità doc!!! È stato come sentirsi a casa, prodotti tipici pugliesi, prodotti freschi, prodotti di altissima qualità. Pane fresco, focacce, insomma se volete mangiare sano e benissimo, per chi vive al nord, o se passate per Bologna dovete fermarmi qui, tappa obbligatoria. Proprietario gentilissimo, personale e staff super cordiale. Locale bellissimo, e pulito. In bocca a lupo per tutto ragazzi, venirvi a trovare è stato un immenso piacere. W LA PUGLIA!!!

22/05/2025: Soluzione adatta ad un pranzo di lavoro o cena informale. Atmosfera piacevole e positiva. Ottima qualità dei piatti, sia primi che pizze. Trovo molto interessante l'esperienza del ristorante formativo, in cui sono impegnati ragazzi in addestramento. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Torneremo e consigliamo di andarci.

15/06/2025: Very good piadinas, do-it-yourself service, you order and they call you at the emergency, very fast, I really recommend it!!

14/06/2025: Thanks to good opinions we order 3 dishes. One meal was with rocola and in rocola we found black worm. We gave back the dishes and left the restaurant. Definitely I don’t recommend this place. It was disgusting and owfull. I never come back there.

08/06/2025: Che dore... An institution of the Romagna cuisine of times gone by. Classic dishes such as cappelletto in brodo, tagliatella, or rabbit with gratinated vegetables and real piadina. The original one with cold cuts and cheeses. All served with a smile and a joke always ready as the excellent quality/price ratio. A mandatory stop for those passing through Romagna.

19/06/2025: We had the pleasure of trying “Da Lele” a few months ago (March 2025) on the advice of the hotel where we were staying. The atmosphere is modern and quiet, ideal for both a simple dinner and a special occasion. The friendly service, perhaps slightly more rigid and formal than in other restaurants in the area, but still available for every need. The small welcome aperitif with non-alcoholic or prosecco was appreciated, as well as the quality of meat and fish. The pizza was “gourmet” in style, a little small and with a light consistency and for this reason it might not meet with full approval from everyone, as in our case. All in all, the restaurant is a pleasant location with an extremely varied offer of proposals, to try at least once. DC

18/06/2025: It's not the cuisine of the past, too little raw food, too much pasta and too much cream and full of oil, too much batter for the mixed fried food, in truth we didn't eat well, halfway down the chimney I immediately felt sick, once home I vomited and it's already 5 in the morning. 1 hour of road for nothing I'm sorry

01/05/2025: The fried gnocco is delicious, it was recommended to me for this and I found it fantastic. The place is very nice (if you like a place surrounded by greenery and surrounded by hens and chicks), the only thing, if you are allergic to pollen, arm yourself with antihistamines because poplars snow in spring.
