Excellent risottos and more.....good guys serving....young and with a lot of desire

Nice and welcoming place with a large outdoor area. Friendly staff available for anything. Very knowledgeable about gluten-free, in fact they explained to us which dishes were suitable for people with celiac disease. As an appetizer I took fried polenta sticks with ragù, really excellent but since they were fried with oil used for other dishes they are not gluten-free due to contamination. As a second course we ordered a risotto with pumpkin cream, mushrooms, crispy bacon and pistachio cream and then pork ribs cooked at low temperature with baked potatoes in their skins. These courses were also really excellent and both gluten-free. Practically they have almost everything gluten-free so people with celiac disease can feel absolutely calm. We will definitely be back.

It's like an easy win for a risotto lover like me, but the other guests also expressed favorable opinions on the 5 types of risotto chosen and tasted. Sooner or later I will also try the other proposals on the menu. It's nice to go out with a smile

Excellent food, in a welcoming place. The risottos are very particular and very good. The only thing I didn't appreciate much was the speed with which the trio's risottos were served in succession. Highly recommended, I will definitely return.

Here I ate the best risottos I've ever eaten. The fried pumpkin appetizer is also excellent.

Locale molto grande con più sale, una delle quali al primo piano. Servizio cortese e veloce. Menù vastissimo non solo per quanto riguarda i risotti, ma anche nei confronti dei vari antipasti; sicuramente risulta utile consultare il menù in anticipo per ponderare con calma le scelte. Polenta fritta (6 pezzi) con panatura perfetta, buono anche il poker di focaccia. Risotto "bomba al curry" spaziale, assolutamente da prendere. Molto meno memorabile quello con crema di melanzana, davvero povero di pomodorini confit e di sapore troppo neutro se si considera la presenza della provola affumicata. Prezzi di fascia media, ma non eccessivi. Data la particolarità del locale vi consiglierei di optare per una risottata: voi scegliete i risotti da condividere e loro ve li portano in ordine dal più delicato al più deciso (senza alcun prezzo aggiuntivo). Se ritorneremo, essendo in due, probabilmente sfrutteremo questa opzione per provare tre risotti diversi.

Su consiglio di amici, ci siamo recati in questo ristorante che offre un bel menù completo ma come si può ben intuire, il punto forte del locale è la Proposta di degustazione di varie tipologie di riso, con un menù che cambia ogni mese. Abbiamo infatti ascoltato il suggerimento della ragazza che ci ha accolto e abbiamo ordinato antipasti misti con affettati, tosone, chips di zucca e polentine. A seguire ben 6 tipi di risotti diversi, uno più buono dell'altro. Vasta anche la carta dei vini con tante opzioni interessanti. Locale molto particolare con i giusti spazi, è necessaria la prenotazione con un certo anticipo. Servizio coinvolgente e gentile, sicuramente sanno dare le giuste dritte al cliente. Prezzi competitivi.
