A very welcoming restaurant, especially the two dining rooms in the basement. The food was tasty and beautifully presented, the tortellini exquisite. I wasn't given very good advice regarding my second course, and the one I chose really didn't suit my taste, so I simply tasted it. I mentioned this to the manager who, without hesitation, didn't charge me for the dish in question. I found his gesture very kind and generous, and I thank him again.

Good, but not too good. Not bad for the food at reasonable prices, but the tables are ugly and the lighting is terrible. I suggest adding a courtesy light at each table.

The place and staff were welcoming, service a little slow, but overall, I was very satisfied with the evening. They were also kind to our dog, bringing him some water and letting us sit at a quieter table.

A very well-maintained restaurant in the city center. The food was excellent, we tried dishes from Piacenza. The staff was young, friendly, and attentive. The dining room was also lovely for a dinner with your partner. Must try!

Food is fantastic and service as well. My only bad point about this place is I didn’t get to try any of their desserts, which looked very nice. I just couldn’t time it right to have their desserts due to outside circumstances. I’d already had gelato prior to eating or had plans with friends to meet up for gelato. If in Piacenza in future, I will stop in and make it a point to try their desserts. By the way, in our 3 night stay in Piacenza, we went to Osteria Carducci three times. Once for lunch and twice for dinner. Can highly recommend this restaurant!

It's never happened to me... On this occasion... It's a shame there aren't 6 stars!! But I made the mistake of not pairing the fried gnocco with the cold cuts.

10/04/2026: I ate some delicious focaccia while passing through! The owner is also very nice :)
04/04/2026: We found this place completely by chance, walking toward the city center, and were drawn by the aromas wafting through the surrounding area. Despite the time being more suitable for breakfast than a snack, we decided to treat ourselves to a slice of focaccia with anchovies, olives, and onions, followed by a pizza rossa with oregano and parmesan. The owner, rather rudely, didn't warn us that his products would be addictive, and we were forced to interrupt so as not to clear his counter first thing in the morning. Luckily, we "randomly" stopped by again at lunchtime, finishing up our work and sampling practically every type of pizza and focaccia available. My biggest regret is not having a place like this in my city. Full marks, I can't wait to visit again!
