I see the other reviews are full of compliments for the first courses, second courses, and side dishes, and well, I can't blame them. I'm not a fan of tagliatelle, but theirs are sublime, and I can't wait to go back for a plate alone (I was with friends, and we shared everything). The cabbage rolls were also amazing, truly memorable. But what left me speechless was the zuppa inglese: my favorite dessert, the one I order every time I eat out, but which leaves much to be desired nine times out of ten in terms of texture and flavor, and which, ultimately, never satisfies me. La Rana's zuppa inglese, however, was the exception, that 1 in 10 that left me stunned at the first spoonful: I traveled back in time and, after a long search, found myself finding the same flavor and texture (pudding-like, homemade, with substance) of the one my grandmother used to make and that my dad still makes from time to time. A dessert like this doesn't just end a meal: it seals it.

Went for dinner last night with my family and aunt. A truly welcoming atmosphere. From the outside, it looks like a normal home, but upon entering, the aromas fill the room.... Sublime!!! 🔝🔝🔝😋🤤😋 Compliments to the chefs, very attentive waiters. Every dish came back to the kitchen PLENTY. 'Scarpetta' is a must!!!! P.S. 🤔 MAYBE...I would leave a little more cooking juice on the rabbit... BUT...VERY TENDER 😋🤤 Compliments, we'll be back soon👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Exceptional tagliatelle with ragù

Delicious dishes, relaxed atmosphere, friendly service, highly recommended

A "good" trattoria, at least on the surface, because when you enter, the aromas are mouth-watering, and when you leave, you just want to come back! I think this is the first time I haven't let anyone try my dish (gnocchi with gorgonzola), but the rest is also... Super yummy!!!!! Now we understand why reservations are recommended! Everything was excellent, and the staff was truly top-notch.

The food is always excellent, the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere and decor are a little dated, but that's the beauty of it. I'll be back soon. Very soon.
