01/11/2025: I had a great experience at Ragù in Bologna. In my opinion, it's one of the best places in the city to try traditional ragù. Each dish was rich in flavor and made with obvious care. The service was also exceptional. Nadia was kind, welcoming, attentive, and offered excellent recommendations. The restaurant has a warm, rustic atmosphere, with beautiful wooden details that make it cozy and authentic. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience the true flavor of Bologna.

09/11/2025: Excellent everything, good food, well presented even by the owner (and chef) who pleasantly lingered with me and my wife and to tell the story (also with other diners, a sign of extreme attention to the customer and respect) but the food is great - I returned for dinner two nights in a row (despite the hotel's recommendations not having arrived) and the treatment was even superior - Thanks Andrea (unfortunately I returned again in October and ... Too bad we didn't meet again) I'm Fulvio (Brazilian wife) and we talked about your experiences for two nights in a row! Ciao (treated well also in everything but the raw material was excellent)
10/10/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, elegant venue, generous but not excessive dishes, carefully prepared and, above all, EXCELLENT in terms of both product and craftsmanship. Soutè, seafood au gratin, cuttlefish salad, ravioli with Mazzara shrimp, spaghetti with clams, everything truly delicious. A young and professional team that spontaneously conveys a warm welcome. Top! Definitely worth the trip.

14/11/2025: Dinner with friends at this traditional meat restaurant. We started with an appetizer of cheeses accompanied by honey, jam, pears, grapes, and walnuts—a truly wonderful combination—and a soft and flavorful pumpkin tart. For main courses, my friends chose beef cheek with celeriac puree, while I ordered a skewer with vegetables. Personally, I found the meat a bit dry and the vegetables too raw for my taste, but obviously, this is a matter of personal preference. We were already full from dessert, but the staff was kind enough to offer us a tray of sweets: samples of cakes, biscuits, zabaglione cream, and almond biscotti, accompanied by two liqueurs, one limoncello and the other chocolate with a hint of anise. A warm and welcoming place, with very attentive and friendly waiters. I recommend booking.

So much so that we had to leave with the paper bag because they were inedible. The clerks; not even a smile if you paid for it. Inside a supposedly "cool" and apparently modern place, there are extremely uncomfortable, squeaky, and noisy stools. A bathroom that hasn't looked like this since the 1960s. It wasn't like this before!!!

09/11/2025: A charming place located just outside Parma, recommended by a couple of friends who are regulars. The large glass terrace overlooking the vineyards and the autumn foliage visually harmonized a fantastic lunch. The menu features a selection of traditional Parmesan dishes, as well as a variety of dishes, including fish, but none of them banal. We shared a wide selection of appetizers, including delicious cured meats, and other treats like a chestnut mousse with pumpkin flavored with lavender flowers. For the main course, the anolini in brodo were very popular. It's a shame, between chatting, that it was already past 4:00 PM, because boiled meats were also available, and I had already considered that. The desserts were also very good; the tiramisu was excellent, and the homemade gelato was also very popular (the idea of ​​bringing the garnishes separately so everyone could create their own composition was a great idea). Wines from their cellar: a good Metodo Classico, Metodus, accompanied us for the first part of the meal; nothing too demanding. As for the red, a blend of Cabernet, Merlot, and Lambrusco, I must say the soft, fruity notes prevailed. Personally, I felt the oak was a bit too strong (notes of vanilla, chocolate), with tannins that weren't aggressive. Overall, we were all very satisfied with the lunch, and I'm sure we'll return sooner or later.
