A refuge seen from China on Mount Fosco. One of the most beautiful refuges in the area and the best-kept. Finally, after many hikes, we stopped for lunch on an unexpected break, and I must say we had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect.

We stopped with friends after a motorbike ride. The location is suggestive and the food is excellent. I cannot rate the rooms because I did not use this service.

We don't stay overnight because we usually sleep in the bivouac, but we have become very fond of this refuge, welcoming atmosphere, smiling and kind staff and then guys they make the best strudel I've ever eaten!!

A very welcoming and charming place, even though we hadn't booked. They found us a table. We had tagliatelle with venison ragù, which was delicious, and for our second course, polenta with wild boar, which was also excellent. It's home-style cooking, so nothing elaborate, but what matters is simplicity and goodness.

28/06/2026: Great place, very quaint, and the quality of the ingredients is evident. Despite being a delicatessen, they also offer interesting vegetarian options: I had two tortelli, one with lemon and ginger and the other with cherry. Everything was homemade, and everything was delicious.
05/06/2026: Everything was excellent, we ate very well, delicate and original dishes, served in the old "grandmother's" plates, everything very carefully taken care of in simplicity 💕💕💕

13/06/2026: We went to Inkiostro for my birthday. It was a superb experience, with incredibly tasty dishes, a refined atmosphere, and impeccable service from start to finish.
