19/06/2025: When you go to a wedding you expect to eat well and a lot. Defining Stefania and Jari's catering in this way would be an understatement. All their proposals (even the menus for celiacs, vegetarians and lactose-free) were excellent, from the aperitif (including cocktails) to the last course. We had a really good time and all our guests were really satisfied. Da Jari is much more than a catering, Stefania makes all their great experience and professionalism available to ensure that everything runs smoothly and you are free to enjoy your special day. 11/06/2025: We got married on Sunday 06/08/25, at the Gaiana and we used the Da Jari catering. Starting from the organization, Stefania is a commander with a heart of gold, she leads a team that moves in unison in an impeccable manner. Moving on to the food, what can I say...from the aperitif to the desserts...our guests swept away everything...rightly asking for more. High quality products, the dishes cooked at the moment, tasty and served immediately hot...a real delight. 07/06/2025: Nice local trattoria with good food looking out over the hills. Service is young and not so communicating have to ask twice for dessert menu and three times for the bill. But nevertheless a nice place witj large portions, share the pasta's for sure.

05/06/2025: We were in Salsomaggiore for 8 days and unfortunately we only came across this gem of a restaurant on the last day. Food was great. Food was on time and no one had to wait. Owner also helpful and politely spoken to. Keep up the good work.

14/06/2025: I spent two nights here and was completely satisfied with the service. Good, friendly staff. Pleasant, not-too-sugary breakfast and nice, new rooms. The only annoying thing was that you couldn't turn off the air conditioning at night without it turning itself back on after a while. Opening the window fixed it, but the air conditioning didn't turn back on.

15/05/2025: I stayed 4 nights after an injury that prevented me from continuing my hike on the Via Francigena. The owner and the staff went above and beyond to care for me, assist me, and encourage me. The food, service and location were excellent for me. I look forward to staying again when I come back to Italy.

11/05/2025: Dalla Fernanda una garanzia. Ottimo ristorante immerso nel verde sulla riva del laghetto Pontino. Ottimo cibo e rapporto qualità prezzo più che buono. Personale cordiale e preparato. Per chi ama la quiete in montagna è il posto giusto per trascorrere una giornata rilassante.

07/06/2025: Siamo stati a cena presso l’osteria La Compagnia una sera di fine aprile e l’esperienza si è rivelata piacevole sia per l’ambiente caldo ed accogliente e il personale molto simpatico, oltre che per la cucina tipica ben eseguita che viene proposta. Personalmente ho molto apprezzato il flan di zucca e l’assaggio dei cappellacci al ragù e degli strozzapreti. Servizio molto efficiente e tempi di attesa adeguati tra una portata e l’altra. Il conto mi è sembrato onesto. Locale consigliato per una cena tipica e informale.
