02/02/2026: Osteria del Tempo Perso is exactly what a place of this kind should be: traditional dishes, slightly modernized but without excessive ambitions, with good‑quality ingredients so they are not heavy to digest. A selection of both seafood and meat dishes. Very good desserts. Efficient and extraordinarily friendly service. You leave happy.

04/01/2026: We were there on December 31st for New Year's Eve dinner. The fish-based menu was well-prepared and of excellent quality, from appetizer to dessert. Congratulations.

10/01/2026: Brunetto Pizza e Cucina ..piazza della Repubblica 24 ...Tresigallo province of Ferrara. It is already open and closes at 10.30 pm..this is a place run by friendly staff who welcome you with kindness..in a truly excellent environment where you immediately feel at ease..both inside and outside. There is a lot of politeness inside and you can hear people speaking in a low voice with moderation..I tell you right away that this is a place suitable for groups and families with children..outside we find a nice free parking..as for the menu" in addition to delicious pizzas we find many dishes based on always fresh fish..good polenta with shrimp and porcini mushrooms..and good mixed fried fish, very dry and light..here the thing that will surprise you is that you can find excellent white focaccia seasoned with oil that if you want you can eat outside at the tables under the portico. The prices here are average for fish dishes and fair for the menus... I recommend it if you're on a trip to these parts.

06/01/2026: We discovered this place by chance during the 2 days we were in Bologna... a typical old-fashioned place, nothing special, but then when the only thing that matters in a restaurant arrives, that is the food, everything transforms... abundant dishes cooked to order by the delightful lady who serves the tables, the tortellacci are DELICIOUS... very honest prices, I hope you will stay that way

03/01/2026: Excellent sushi, fresh fish, and prompt service. The two of us ordered three sets of nigiri, one with tuna belly (outstanding), one with seared tuna, and one with fried shrimp, and four sushi rolls, which were very filling and truly large. We also drank two gin and tonics and two desserts. Total bill was €135. I will definitely be back to try the many other dishes on their menu. Highly recommended.

11/01/2026: Four of us had dinner. The atmosphere was pleasant, but it was chilly on a fairly cold day. The Piacenza cured meats were really good, but the fried gnocco was a bit greasy and not at its best. The main course was suckling pig with mashed potatoes, and the dessert was a delicious sbrisolona with zabaglione. The bill was fair.

01/02/2026: A simple place with good food. Prices are reasonable. The only downside is that the tables are very close together, so there's little privacy.

04/01/2026: Superb Romagna restaurant! The ragù is delicious, very flavorful. The guanciale and porcini mushroom sauce is fabulous! The tortelli with fossa cheese are good, but I expected a stronger fossa flavor (but that's just a matter of taste). The fried lamb is also very good. Lastly, the mascarpone here is truly exceptional! It's my favorite mascarpone! It's very creamy! Generous portions and great prices! I'll definitely be back!

19/01/2026: A piece of history visited by 1,000 celebrities, furnishings that exude history and speak to you. The room is spacious and comfortable. The only negative: it lacked a bathroom kit, shower cap, and disposable slippers (which is why I didn't give it 5 stars). The breakfast was plentiful in a super welcoming room. Overall, we were more than satisfied.

17/01/2026: A charming place that becomes a fairytale when immersed in snow, but the surrounding lighting could be more thoughtful to add a festive touch. The staff is very helpful but suffers (like many places) from a lack of generational change. The cuisine is surprisingly good, with both the presentation and the ingredients. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and warm, but WiFi isn't always available. The location is fantastic, as in the presence of natural snow, you can ski to and from the refuge, but for this very reason, you're forced to walk 100 meters from the parking lot to the facility, so be careful in snowy conditions! "Negative" notes: The road leading to the parking lot and the parking lot itself could be cleared of snow and ice, and the windows should be inspected for mold. Ultimately, it's a very charming and welcoming place, for those who can afford it, an oasis of peaceful silence and relaxation, suitable for families and couples alike.

12/01/2026: We stayed for a weekend in this truly enchanting refuge, in a connecting double room with a jacuzzi. The location is enchanting, close to the lake, which can be reached via a slope. There are plenty of places nearby to sled with the kids. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The food was excellent, everything was delicious! The staff was friendly and helpful. If I could just make one comment, especially for those coming with children, they would renovate the board games area, as most of them were broken or incomplete. And since it gets dark early in the winter, some entertainment is welcome. Overall, everything was perfect.

05/01/2026: A very charming trattoria on the outskirts of Ferrara. The atmosphere is very warm and brand new. Regarding the food, the things I wasn't sold on were the quality of the homemade pasta, which was very smooth and slippery (both the tortellini in broth and the purple tagliatelle). From a trattoria in Emilia Romagna, I would have expected properly rolled pasta; and the red wine list was limited to only bottles of Lambrusco (and not a single Sorbara was on the list, but it had run out). Prices and service were average.

18/01/2026: An excellent family lunch. We found this restaurant by chance and, as sometimes happens, it was a pleasant surprise. The service was good, attentive, and thoughtful; the restaurant is elegant and very well-maintained. All the dishes were excellent, especially the goose menu. The wine list was a bit pricey, but the final price was in line with the quality.
