23/11/2025: Always a good choice... tonight, double-cooked octopus and tuna tataki, accompanied by a Franciacorta Saten. Highly recommended. Returned today, November 21, and some small flaws arose in the service (the Chateaubriand plate wasn't brought, the bottle of Ripasso wasn't opened to let it breathe, and the dessert knife and fork were requested twice). Tortellini weren't exceptional (a bit lacking in filling and overcooked by a minute). Desserts need revisiting. The rest was good, as usual.

29/03/2026: It was our first time ever at this pizzeria, and it was a pleasant surprise. The pizzas are amazing! The dough is soft and crispy, and they're cooked with fresh, delicious ingredients. The prices are fair! We'll definitely be back!

04/01/2026: Excellent, both in the kitchen and in the dining room. A historic establishment that has successfully reinvented itself, they offer both a traditional menu, featuring typical Bolognese dishes prepared according to tradition, and a more creative and imaginative seasonal selection, all delicious. With the first courses, they always serve a small, soft sandwich and a small bowl of vegetables. Water and a cover charge are included in the price of the main courses. The staff are very attentive and friendly, with prompt service. Takeaway is also available, as are fresh pasta, tortellini, lasagna, and other specialties, as well as traditional desserts.

02/04/2026: Absolutely avoid due to the quality of the meat and the location. Bad food and terrible cocktails. €70 per person. Madness.

24/03/2026: I came to dinner with my cousin with the promise of a great meat-based dinner. The promises were kept, with plenty of picanha; if it were up to me, I'd recommend just eating that; it was so good. A well-stocked buffet, the waiters were incredibly kind and friendly; I love them. The desserts were very sweet but still delicious; the coconut dessert was the best. A spectacular drink of Brazilian grappa with the waiter. The bill was fair, €51 per person for eating, drinking, laughing, crying, and any other emotion you could want. (Apparently, girls pay less on Tuesdays 🥳🥳🥳)

21/03/2026: Excellent typical Emilian restaurant, I can only give it 5 stars for everything. The bar with billiards is legendary!! The first courses are not only generous but also delicious. The second courses and side dishes are equally delicious, except for the zucchini flowers, which perhaps need a rethink. I can't wait to go back and try the crescentine and tigelle.

20/03/2026: A place that has remained unchanged—that is, always great. You eat authentic Emilia here, and the owners are always friendly and kind. If you go, you can't miss the walnut tortelloni, although everything else is absolutely worth trying. 5 stars, only because 10 isn't a good thing!

10/04/2026: I come here mostly for the pizza by the slice. It's truly excellent and has a huge selection. The service is prompt and friendly. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful.

08/04/2026: It's a place close to my heart, where I've spent wonderful moments with the people I care about, enjoying the famous pizza with culatello. But the traditional cuisine is also delicious!

23/03/2026: Michelin-starred osteria almost empty on Sunday lunchtime... Strange. Maybe because when you book online, you have to accept a €30 per person no-show fee?!? Frankly, we hesitated. The spaghetti with smoked swordfish was good but strangely cold on top and hot underneath. Would the dishes have sat in the kitchen for a long time before being brought to the table? Who knows. The grilled octopus was chewy but good. The sea bass was delicious. Unfortunately, the service wasn't up to par. With a €4 cover charge at a Michelin-starred osteria, you shouldn't be forced to ask for more bread or pour wine. And no one asked if everything was okay with the dishes. Luckily, it wasn't busy at all.

18/03/2026: Excellent, welcoming restaurant with a rich, original menu. The dishes are expertly prepared and expertly prepared. The atmosphere is warm, with beautiful photos of musicians on the walls and pleasant, unobtrusive music playing. Definitely worth a try; we'll be back.

18/03/2026: Fantastic, pirate-themed atmosphere. Delicious food: in addition to the infamous CARBONARA, I also enjoyed the rib eye, which was truly delicious. The company of the Quiz Game added to our lunch. Needless to say, I'll be back soon!

13/04/2026: We had a great experience at Trattoria Monte Adone. We really enjoyed the tortelloni with truffles and the ravioli with mushrooms. The grilled meats are also of high quality, and there's a good selection of wines. The portions aren't small at all, so it's a recommended place, especially if you're passing through the Via degli Dei. The only caveat: the prices aren't the cheapest; this trattoria could be a little better.

12/04/2026: 5 stars, absolutely. Delicious pizza, excellent service!! It's always crowded, but they ALWAYS manage to find a table with little wait. What's never lacking is the smile and kindness they always have, even in the most chaotic moments—and that's not a given! La Vela is a surefire place if you're craving a great pizza in Parma!

12/04/2026: Excellent gluten-free pizza! Truly amazing gluten-free pizza, one of the best I've ever had. You can immediately tell how much care they put into choosing the ingredients, all of which are top-quality. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable: we accidentally took chili pepper oil from the gluten-free pizza counter to top a regular pizza, and they kindly took it away from us, specifying that it was reserved exclusively for the gluten-free pizza. This made me realize how careful they are to avoid even the slightest risk of cross-contamination. Since we were there on a Saturday night, the place was very crowded; the space is large and noisy, so don't expect an intimate atmosphere, and the serving times were not synchronized (the "regular" pizzas arrived later). However, the pizza was so delicious that these small inconveniences were easily overlooked. Highly recommended!
