27/07/2026: A restaurant from another era. It's a shame they don't have appetizers à la carte, but everything else is incredible! Local and international wines, very good house first courses, but the main courses are the real stars: wild boar stew and lamb chops are truly mind-blowing. Desserts are few, but good and very simple, like the torta in cantina. Excellent service and unbeatable value.

08/08/2026: We happened to stop here for lunch on our way to Bologna. The staff was incredibly friendly. You immediately feel welcome. The food is truly excellent, including some unusual regional dishes. Just ask for a recommendation. I would even make the trip back to this restaurant.

04/08/2026: Excellent family-run restaurant serving the best traditional dishes. Prices are moderate. Delicious, dry, and light fried gnocco, quality cured meats, excellent first courses, and even meat-based second courses. In short, Da Beppe is a guarantee.

07/08/2026: A truly excellent experience! We ate magnificent dishes, prepared with great care and truly delicious. We started with an excellent veal with tuna sauce and eggplant parmigiana accompanied by a simply spectacular, creamy, and incredibly delicious burrata. For our first course, we chose ricotta-filled tortellini with butter and sage, delicate and perfectly balanced, and tagliatelle with Bolognese ragù, the city's great specialty: truly delicious! The restaurant also has a quiet and pleasant atmosphere, an air-conditioned dining room—a favorite in the summer—and a convenient location right in the city center. A tavern I recommend without hesitation and definitely deserves a higher rating: for us, at least 4.6–4.7 on Google. One of the best gastronomic experiences of our stay in Bologna!

28/06/2026: Definitely an excellent lunch, served in a friendly manner and with all the necessary precautions (we had a celiac person at the table). We ate well and were very satisfied. The only caveat was the price, which in our opinion was a bit excessive, but overall we recommend it.

10/08/2026: Excellent osteria in Maranello offering hearty home-cooked dishes. We ordered a trio of first courses, all of which were truly delicious. The portions were generous, and the staff were very friendly. Recommended.

11/07/2026: We trusted a dear friend from our youth who works at this establishment, and today we spent our first day at Panama Beach, both on the beach and at the restaurant for lunch. The beach is well-kept, the umbrellas are spaced and staggered to avoid giving a wider view, and the cleanliness is excellent. The restaurant, from the staff to the location, the quality and selection of dishes, and the wine cellar, deserves a 5-star luxury rating! Truly top-notch. Thank you all, and thank you Mirco!

10/08/2026: The zampanelle are truly delicious! So many perfectly paired flavors, both savory and sweet. The vegetarian one, pancetta and gorgonzola, is remarkable, and the one with Nutella and mascarpone cream on the side is superb! An old-fashioned trattoria where you eat well!

25/07/2026: Five stars is not enough! Have you ever heard of "zampanelle"? No, they're not borlenghi, they have various toppings, both sweet and savory. Since I tried them, they've become addictive! Reservations are recommended because the place is always very busy! The staff is friendly and ready to recommend something to suit your tastes! Try it and you won't be able to do without it! Edit: We've been here since 8:15 PM and now, at 10:50 PM, they've only received 3 orders! This slowness is unacceptable! The service has gotten much worse compared to the previous management! Furthermore, we have a table of 14 people next to us who arrived after us and are constantly being served zampanelle! Why?? There are two of us! Furthermore, they told us to absolutely arrive by 8:30 PM and then the huge table that arrived with us is served and revered to our detriment?? Discrimination that I take seriously.

17/05/2026: The service definitely needs improvement. You can't wait 20 minutes for a menu because other tables are occupied and you have to wait for your orders to be taken. I definitely expected more from the food.

15/05/2026: Family lunch today. Elegant, yet understated. Gnocco fritto and culatta to share while waiting for the first courses. Excellent. The first courses too, two great classics (pisarei and fasò) and lean tortelli, and two that give a nod to innovation: tagliolini and tagliatelle with truly delicious sauces. Modern and pleasant plating. We were also very pleased with the desserts. Attentive and friendly service, yet always discreet, from a single waitress who "kept an eye" on parking tables, always with a smile. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the wines because I have to abstain, but the list was extensive. The bill wasn't excessive. I recommend a stop. We hope to return.

Often, when we think of Chinese cuisine, our minds immediately turn to the usual fixed-price menus or all-you-can-eat options; this à la carte restaurant, however, is in a whole new league. The quality of the ingredients is the first real surprise: ultra-fresh ingredients, select cuts of meat, and fragrant vegetables. The dishes are not classic adaptations geared toward Western tastes, but refined offerings that respect true tradition, masterfully balancing spices, flavors, and textures. Each course told a story of authentic, deep flavors that were never greasy or heavy. The service was attentive, professional, and impeccable in recommending the house specialties. The quality-price ratio is absolutely justified by the excellence of the offerings. A restaurant that elevates Chinese cuisine to the heights of haute cuisine. It's a top favorite among my favorites: I will undoubtedly return soon.

13/02/2026: I was here for lunch on my way back from a business trip. Eating at a service station in Emilia is definitely out of the question. Given its proximity to the highway, I chose Osteria il Norcino. I had the tagliolini with meat sauce and the tartare (there was a really wide selection of meats, with premium cuts, but when I hear the word tartare, I don't understand anything). Both were wonderful and delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Definitely my favorites.
