11/12/2025: When we got married at La Gaiana, Da Jari was the caterer for the wedding reception. Stefania and her team welcomed us from the very beginning and accompanied us until the very end. The great connection and strong relationship she has with the wedding venue were crucial to the event's success. Every aspect was handled with great availability, kindness, and professionalism. I speak of an event because, beyond the rehearsal of the wedding menu, the reception itself, and therefore the culinary choices, Stefania accompanied us and advised us on the management of many aspects that go far beyond the simple menu and food alone. She is the glue and an indispensable presence for the day to run smoothly without too much stress or complications. A wedding forces you to become an event planner for a day, a very delicate and heartfelt day, attended by so many loved ones. That's why I can only recommend Da Jari and La Gaiana Location and thank them for how they handled every single detail. Even and especially regarding the catering's "core business"—the wedding lunch—we and our guests were pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of food offered. We personally opted for a traditional Emilian menu (balanzoni, lasagna, suckling pig, and potato pie), which we and all our guests thoroughly enjoyed! Every request we made was accommodated, and no detail was overlooked (with particular attention to allergies, intolerances, etc.). Regarding the wine list, we were also able to choose from a wide range of options after a tasting experience in the cellar, which was also a very positive experience. We won't go into detail here; this review is a huge thank you to Stefania and her entire staff, who, in perfect harmony with all the other vendors and the venue owner, made our wedding PERFECT. Thanks to Stefania and her team, we were able to choose every detail, and thanks to their experience and professionalism, everything on our wedding day was perfect! Even today, after all this time, we still receive so many compliments: from the service to the menu, everything was exquisite and served with the right timing and portions! The always smiling and attentive wait staff didn't go unnoticed, as did the quality of the entire work. Having Stefania by our side even in the months leading up to the wedding is truly an added value: thanks to her professionalism and experience, she was able to guide us in the choices best suited to our needs and made the preparations a unique experience! 06/03/2026: I'm in Rimini for work, and I have to say this place was truly a fantastic discovery. Even though the place was packed and we had to wait about ten minutes, the staff immediately proved extremely kind and welcoming: a waiter came out to offer us a sample of pizza pane (a type of crispy focaccia made with pizza dough, with a pinch of coarse salt) accompanied by prosciutto and a glass of sparkling white wine. A simple but much appreciated gesture that started the evening off on the right foot. The appetizer was simply sublime. A plate full of truly well-crafted seafood selections: everything was carefully prepared, fresh, and full of flavor. I couldn't find a single flaw; everything was balanced and tasty. It's rare to find such a comprehensive appetizer where every bite is truly delicious. For my second course, I had a tuna steak with arugula and cherry tomatoes: perfectly cooked, the tuna was very fresh and of the highest quality. A simple dish, but executed to perfection. At the end of the meal, they also offered us limoncello, a licorice liqueur, and homemade cantuccini. Another much-appreciated touch. The service deserves a special mention: fast, attentive, and always available. Whatever I asked for, it arrived at the table in no time. The price was absolutely fair for what we ate. When you eat so well, the bill can only seem more than fair. A welcoming place, professional staff, and top-notch cuisine. If I ever return to Rimini for any reason, I already know this will be one of the places I'll definitely eat again. My sincere compliments to the entire staff.

09/03/2026: An elegant and modern restaurant, with well-spaced tables (a rarity for a sushi restaurant) and a convenient location. Fast and friendly service. There's nothing to complain about in terms of quality, but the portions are way too small: you risk leaving the table still hungry, and for an all-you-can-eat menu, that's totally unacceptable. All the 5-star reviews must obviously be from people on a strict diet, otherwise I can't explain them. As for the bill, spending €35 per person without even alcohol or coffee is truly insane. I've never spent that much on sushi, not even in the center of Bologna or Milan. I'll still give it a fair rating because the quality is worthy, but the price-to-quantity ratio is absolutely not there.

12/01/2026: The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the traditional Romagna cuisine was truly exquisite. My wife and I tried the goose prosciutto, the charcuterie and cheese platter, the grilled cockerel, and the chicken cacciatore. I only mentioned a slight excess of citronette on the goose prosciutto, which completely covered the flavor, and the side dishes (grilled vegetables and gratin vegetables), which I didn't eat because they were undercooked. Be especially careful with the eggplants, which, being nightshades, contain solanine, a toxic glycoalkaloid that is almost completely destroyed by cooking. Anyway, I should point out that the side dishes were deducted from my bill. This was my second time at La Valle, and I'm increasingly convinced that the restaurant has great potential. I highly recommend it. P.S.: If the vegetables are cooked to perfection on my third visit, I'll happily upgrade my rating to 5 stars.

11/01/2026: Four of us had dinner. The atmosphere was pleasant, but it was chilly on a fairly cold day. The Piacenza cured meats were really good, but the fried gnocco was a bit greasy and not at its best. The main course was suckling pig with mashed potatoes, and the dessert was a delicious sbrisolona with zabaglione. The bill was fair.
