08/08/2026: Today I stopped by chance, and 20 minutes before closing time, along with a somewhat unfortunate crew—a disabled person and two elderly women—they immediately found me a table so they wouldn't have to stand. Their kindness was exquisite, just like their piadinas, which are delicious and absolutely fair priced. Their courtesy and smiles are the only thing better than the piadinas. I'll definitely be back. Thanks again.

13/04/2026: In Imola, the beacon of excellence is San Domenico, but I, frankly, prefer Le Callegherie. It's an osteria in name only; it's an excellent restaurant with a top-notch chef. Its menu features superbly crafted meat and seafood dishes, which, combined with a remarkable wine cellar, rival the aforementioned Imola's excellent restaurants. The location is beautiful yet understated, but reservations are recommended due to limited seating. Worth a visit for an important evening, or simply when you want to indulge in a gastronomic treat.

07/08/2026: A truly excellent experience! We ate magnificent dishes, prepared with great care and truly delicious. We started with an excellent veal with tuna sauce and eggplant parmigiana accompanied by a simply spectacular, creamy, and incredibly delicious burrata. For our first course, we chose ricotta-filled tortellini with butter and sage, delicate and perfectly balanced, and tagliatelle with Bolognese ragù, the city's great specialty: truly delicious! The restaurant also has a quiet and pleasant atmosphere, an air-conditioned dining room—a favorite in the summer—and a convenient location right in the city center. A tavern I recommend without hesitation and definitely deserves a higher rating: for us, at least 4.6–4.7 on Google. One of the best gastronomic experiences of our stay in Bologna!

14/07/2026: We booked the restaurant on the basis of its Michelin star while we were on the road to Parma to enjoy some Italian food. We didn’t realise the restaurant was Japanese until we got there. We had a glass of decent Italian sparkling wine and a nice amuse bouche but decided we didn’t want to stay for dinner. Paid for the Prosecco and left, only to find minutes later my partner was also charged a cancellation fee of 200 euros for the two of us. The place was nearly empty. Caveat emptor

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the ingredients, and the host's knowledge of matching wines with the dishes. The prices were very reasonable.
