11/06/2026: We celebrated our wedding on June 6, 2026, and I can't say enough about the magnificent location, the delicious food, and the truly wonderful staff. A special thanks to Carlo, the best wedding planner in the world. He made sure everything was perfect, super kind, helpful, and meticulous. It was a wonderful day. It's a shame it flew by, but I'll always cherish it. Thank you.

28/04/2026: It's the best pastry shop in Bologna: a historic establishment that has brought prestige to the entire Bolognina neighborhood since 1934. A first-rate pastry shop, with a consistently extensive selection (the photo I'm posting was taken just before closing time and, unfortunately, doesn't convey the full range of delicacies the master pastry chefs create every day). The place has an atmosphere of refined elegance, partly (and perhaps above all) due to the kindness of the staff; Simone, in particular, connects with customers with friendliness, savoir faire, and the utmost professionalism (not to mention his skill in making exquisite espressos). - April 28, 2026, update: something has changed lately... the quality of the pastries remains extremely high and the place is still very beautiful, but Simone's absence (it's been a while since I've seen him) is felt, oh so felt!... Only he, with his elegance and affability, managed to add a touch of class to the entire place. Since he's been gone, customer loyalty (especially among regulars) has deteriorated significantly... and the service has lost that extra something this place deserves and should have. Given all this, I'm forced to remove a star... what a shame!

11/05/2026: May Day lunch. When we decided to leave Porto Garibaldi due to full restaurants and impossible parking, we found ourselves walking along a pine forest near "Pericle." We called to check availability, and from there, the feedback grew increasingly positive. A welcoming place, with friendly staff who were attentive and explained everything on the menu (and off-menu). Excellent food, from grilled eel to cod strips, and topped off with an exceptional mixed seafood fry. Highly recommended.

15/05/2026: I ate here several times while staying in Bologna for a few days because it was near my accommodation and the food was delicious. The prices are also affordable. I tried everything from kebabs and burgers to pizza, and everything was tasty every time! Although we couldn't communicate well in the language, the staff were all friendly.

03/06/2026: We visited America Graffiti with another couple of friends and our children and had a pleasant evening. The food was good and the atmosphere was lovely, making it perfect for families. The attention paid to the little ones was particularly appreciated: with the children's menu, they received free crayons to entertain them while they waited, and at the end of the meal, tokens to use to choose a small gift upon leaving. A detail the children loved. During the evening, there was a mix-up with our order, and we had to wait longer than expected. However, the store manager handled the situation with great professionalism and courtesy, acknowledging the inconvenience and offering us a discount when paying the bill. This was a much-appreciated gesture that demonstrated great customer care. Despite the inconvenience, we were satisfied with the experience and will gladly return.

15/03/2026: I visited Da Massimo restaurant in Cesenatico, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The fish, despite expectations, was rather bland and lacking any particular flavor. Making matters worse was the music blasting so loud it was impossible to communicate with the person sitting across from me. The table layout also leaves much to be desired: they're so close together that every time a waiter passes by, they inevitably brush against you or bump into you. Overall, the atmosphere is uncomfortable, and the quality doesn't justify the restaurant's reputation.

04/05/2026: Everything was perfect: homemade tagliatelle, delicious tortelli, well-cooked meat, generous portions, very kind staff, and spectacular Sangiovese wine. We sat at the table until almost 5:00 PM and felt at home in a beautiful restaurant with a well-kept garden filled with beautiful plants.
