14/05/2026: Lunch with a group of friends. Authentic trattoria, spectacular first courses. For me, the best were the tortellini with cream and the gramigna with sausage, but I must say that everything was very good.
14/05/2026: Average place. Fairly quick service. Excellent food. No signage. If you know it, you'll find it. Make a reservation, otherwise you'll starve. Prices are high, but the quality is there and you can taste it.

04/04/2026: Six of us arrived for dinner after making a reservation over the phone on Wednesday evening. The place is small but nice. We'd eaten there many times before. The lady who seated us and served us the entire evening had an unacceptable, almost aggressive, attitude. Anyone can have a bad day—some of us work in the restaurant industry—but such rudeness toward someone who's out enjoying a fun evening with friends is absolutely not acceptable. The food was mediocre, nothing special, and the bread wasn't served until the plates arrived, I imagine to prevent people from eating it first and asking for seconds. In short, zero hospitality. We, who are from Bologna, will definitely never return.

29/04/2026: The Casalecchio location was recommended by friends, and it's simply fantastic. We sat down for a quick first course, but ended up eating two each due to the incredible quality of the ingredients. You can also buy fresh pasta, and the staff's kindness is unparalleled. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area. Thank you so much.

We enjoyed:
- Fries with cheddar cream and crispy bacon
- An Emotivo
- Fries with pecorino cream and crispy bacon

We'll definitely be back.
01/03/2026: We came on Saturday, February 21st, to celebrate my wife's graduation. Our idea was to have a sort of aperitif, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quantity and quality of the dishes, leaving us feeling full and satisfied. They reserved the main room for us because there were 18 of us, and despite the small size, it was comfortable and spacious, so there was absolutely no complaints. Thanks to Chiara for helping us, Elia for the service, and of course, all the staff. We will definitely be back.

25/03/2026: A little gem, with exposed stone walls and soft, warm lighting that makes it an enchanting place.
The atmosphere is intimate and cozy, and the scent of the cellar envelops you completely, creating pure magic. We could have just sat there, immersed in this magic, just for the pleasure of being there... but then the dishes arrived. And it was an explosion of flavors. The exquisite, impeccably presented charcuterie and cheese platter, with delicious and flavorful side dishes. The wine was excellent. The bill was also very fair, considering the quality of the ingredients and the generous portions. Needless to say, we'll be back; it was a wonderful experience!

17/05/2026: The service definitely needs improvement. You can't wait 20 minutes for a menu because other tables are occupied and you have to wait for your orders to be taken.
I definitely expected more from the food.

Elegant, yet understated.
Gnocco fritto and culatta to share while waiting for the first courses.
Excellent.
The first courses too, two great classics (pisarei and fasò) and lean tortelli, and two that give a nod to innovation: tagliolini and tagliatelle with truly delicious sauces.
Modern and pleasant plating.
We were also very pleased with the desserts.
Attentive and friendly service, yet always discreet, from a single waitress who "kept an eye" on parking tables, always with a smile.
Unfortunately, I can't comment on the wines because I have to abstain, but the list was extensive.
The bill wasn't excessive.
I recommend a stop.
We hope to return.

16/05/2026: A very rustic atmosphere, it feels like stepping into a family home in the hills outside Bologna. Excellent ingredients, from first courses to second courses and appetizers. The fried mushrooms are top-notch, and the black truffles are grown directly on site. I highly recommend the passatelli and the whole bull meat.
11/05/2026: Honestly, I expected more from what I'd heard.
The pasta wasn't satisfying; it was too dry and a bit hard to digest.
The crostini appetizer was average. The only thing I was satisfied with was the dessert.
The wine prices were too high in my opinion, which made the final bill a bit too high for the quality of the dishes!

What am I looking for? The quality of the ingredients, the characteristic, well-made local dishes, sustainability, attention to certifications and reliable reviews.
The warmth and welcome of the place, smiles, and a warm, characteristic atmosphere.

12/04/2026: Exceptional! All the dishes we tried were special. I especially enjoyed the cappelletti with artichokes and sausage and the mascarpone with chocolate. We'll definitely be back.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, while the staff was always friendly and helpful.
Dinner was simply perfect: delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented food, with friendly and attentive service. The atmosphere was also very pleasant and welcoming.
Breakfast was varied and of excellent quality, a perfect start to the day.
Overall, a perfect stay and evening. We highly recommend!
