17/01/2026: I'll start by saying that Edo was my family's favorite Japanese restaurant... but I have to say that after today's lunch experience I don't think I'll ever set foot there again... after several months I went back to have lunch at this restaurant with my family and I immediately noticed that the staff had totally changed and I have to say significantly less polite... but let's start from the beginning, we arrived 5 minutes late (notifying them) and I was told that if we were to be a few more minutes late they would give away the table... we sat down at the table and after 10 minutes they asked us to move (ok) we ordered and after 15 minutes (around 1:00 pm) they brought us all the dishes together, so many that we couldn't even fit on the table, apart from the quality which in my opinion has decreased compared to last year, we ate many of the hot dishes by now cold... but as they say family lunch, you can ignore everything, but the waiter who came to the table at 2:00 pm when my girls were still eating and told us that we had to leave the table immediately because he needed it and that what's left on the table, put it in a bag and we can take it away... no, that's not okay... considering that they all took 16.80 per person plus service charge and drinks... I'm sorry but I find it a serious lack of respect towards the customer... I hope they change their mindset because the restaurant itself deserved it.

15/11/2025: It's one of those places where you pay €50-60, but you leave having eaten well. They're very kind... and the place is worth it. I'll definitely be back; I've already celebrated two birthdays there and made several tortellate!

09/11/2025: A charming place located just outside Parma, recommended by a couple of friends who are regulars. The large glass terrace overlooking the vineyards and the autumn foliage visually harmonized a fantastic lunch. The menu features a selection of traditional Parmesan dishes, as well as a variety of dishes, including fish, but none of them banal. We shared a wide selection of appetizers, including delicious cured meats, and other treats like a chestnut mousse with pumpkin flavored with lavender flowers. For the main course, the anolini in brodo were very popular. It's a shame, between chatting, that it was already past 4:00 PM, because boiled meats were also available, and I had already considered that. The desserts were also very good; the tiramisu was excellent, and the homemade gelato was also very popular (the idea of ​​bringing the garnishes separately so everyone could create their own composition was a great idea). Wines from their cellar: a good Metodo Classico, Metodus, accompanied us for the first part of the meal; nothing too demanding. As for the red, a blend of Cabernet, Merlot, and Lambrusco, I must say the soft, fruity notes prevailed. Personally, I felt the oak was a bit too strong (notes of vanilla, chocolate), with tannins that weren't aggressive. Overall, we were all very satisfied with the lunch, and I'm sure we'll return sooner or later.

09/11/2025: We were here for lunch today at Trovatore. We organized a trip to Parma and contacted this restaurant. The menu was €30.00, including mixed cold cuts, an omelette, two first courses, water, and a sbrisolona. The portions were truly ridiculous: 5 ravioli per person and 4 small bowls of gnocchi for a table of 26 people. Dessert was served on three shared plates with a couple of bowls of mascarpone cream. Obviously, it wasn't enough for the whole table. But unfortunately, it was all gone. There wasn't any left... ridiculous... we told the owner, who pretended to apologize... but by then he'd pocketed the money and didn't even bother to offer us a coffee... disappointing. It's obvious we won't be returning, and above all, we won't speak highly of the place. I'm sorry because he lost out on a few more portions... shame.

11/01/2026: Il Posto: a place to discover. Il Posto is much more than just a restaurant: it's a true culinary experience. From the chef's welcome to the selection of breads with turmeric butter, to the pre-dessert and dessert to accompany the liqueurs, every detail is designed to accompany the guest from start to finish. All these touches are included in the cover charge, which in this case is more than willing to pay. The extremely kind and attentive service contributes significantly to making the evening enjoyable and meticulously prepared. A restaurant where the food is excellent and where I will gladly return, because the experience goes far beyond the dish. Compliments to the chef, the service, and the attentive and friendly owners. Only one note: the dining room, crowded at the beginning of the evening, is a bit noisy.

The place is a bit small but still nice and clean, welcoming, and well-organized. What can I say? If you want to combine high-quality food with dishes that are not only delicious but also aesthetically pleasing, with pleasant, intimate, and quiet company, this is the place to be. Thanks for the service, even though we arrived without a reservation and only had to say hello to our friends for 5 minutes. In the end, we sat down to eat and drink, and everything was perfect: food, service, and atmosphere.

28/01/2026: Stopped by for lunch on December 31st with my wife and 5-month-old son. The atmosphere was lovely and we immediately felt welcomed. The owner found us a comfortable table where we could put the stroller without getting in the way. The service was very attentive and precise; the selection of their own cured meats and cheeses was excellent, and the first courses were perfect. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Romagna. Recommended!

21/12/2025: Delicious pizza...even the multigrain dough is unique and incredibly light. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate every request. You can also eat in the pizzeria, and—something I think shouldn't be underestimated—you can also get lactose-free mozzarella. Highly recommended!
