29/11/2024: A small place. Excellent food, one of the best I have eaten in Bologna. We have gone and we liked it very much. I recommend The tastiest mortadella Brensa and Via de Emilia Ricotta and Nutella piadina for a delicious dessert.

06/12/2024: Sono tornato in questo ottimo ristorante durante le feste natalizie e ne sono rimasto sorpreso. L’offerta culinaria è sempre buona, ho mangiato dell’ottima carne ed i miei amici dell’ottimo pesce. Per chi volesse una semplice pizza anche quella è davvero buona. Ma quello che nel periodo natalizio trasforma il locale, è la splendida ambientazione che i gestori creano a Natale. Sinceramente non ho mai visto, dal vivo, degli abbellimenti così belli, curati nella disposizione e ben proporzionati nella qualità. Il locale crea davvero un’occasione particolare per i vostri pranzi o cene di questo periodo. Il personale è gentile, capace e rapido nel servire. I prezzi si sono un po’ alzati, ma ci sta per l’offerta culinaria data. Vi assicuro che se ci andrete non ve ne pentirete. Il locale ha molto parcheggio libero nelle vicinanze ed il casello di Cattolica si trova a 5 minuti dal locale.

I opted for the tagliatelle with mushrooms, good and tasty; Tortelli and tagliatelle with meat sauce are also good. Present the classic trolley and boiled meats, suitable for every season; good desserts. Helpful and professional staff. Average value for places in the area. Location on the first hills of Reggio Emilia

21/11/2024: Pub revisited... you can eat delicious pizzas, you book them at the cash register and the pizzeria next to the pub brings them to you. But the strong point are the excellent beers of various qualities. There is the possibility of finding board games for a bit of fun during the evening. Advise!

Tuttavia, i prezzi sono un po' alti rispetto alla media, cosa da tenere in considerazione. Nel complesso, è una buona scelta per chi cerca un pasto gustoso in una posizione centrale.

08/12/2024: I think I ate one of the best sandwiches ever. Selection of unique sandwiches with their accompanying sauces that make the difference. Fair prices for this place. The only flaw was the table, unfortunately there were 4 of us but it was round and 2 of us were sitting on a bench, so that is definitely a table for 2 people, it would have been for 4 if it had been square. Slightly uncomfortable, not the best for 4 people.

23/11/2024: One of the best meals I've ever enjoyed. Fantastic friendly service and phenomenal handmade pasta. It's delicious. EDIT Sorry for my poor Italian (I've been learning for three months...very slowly). I visited Italy for the first time in August and September with my father to watch motogp. Osteria il Sapore Antico was our favorite restaurant of the trip. Thanks so much again

11/09/2024: We celebrated, together with my wife and friends and relatives, a fantasy-style wedding ceremony at the Gavinell botanical garden. The restaurant service is excellent and the experience of the dining room staff excellent. The environment is welcoming and pleasant, without the pomp of a pretentious but at the same time elegant location. The journey to get there, once difficult given the rough road, is now in excellent condition. The only sore points are the bathrooms that need to be renovated and the anchored traditions that on some occasions can put a strain on those who want to experience something different. Overall I recommend for cost/quality balance.

There is the possibility to choose various menus or à la carte dishes and there are also excellent wines! The staff is always friendly and helpful and the environment is very nice, both inside and in the outdoor garden...

03/11/2024: Ottimo ristorante, cena che ha lasciato soddisfatti me e i miei colleghi. Da preferire il menu carne, noi siamo andati su piatto tradizionali Bolognesi. La sera successiva sono tornato per pesce, buono ma non eccellente come la sera prima. Ottimi anche i dolci.

25/10/2024: Fabulosa comida deliciosa con especialidades locales. El ragu con tagliatelle era excelente al igual que el pez espada. Éramos los únicos no italianos tan claramente un lugar local popular. Recomendaría reservas.

03/08/2024: Having to choose a place to dine we relied on the reviews published. We ordered 2 appetizers and 2 main courses. Good food, right portions and not exactly cheap prices. We were not satisfied with the location and the service, even though I usually don't look at them much. But this time they were really poor... The place is located on a busy road, we were outside, there wasn't a breath of air or even a fan. The truly inattentive service... I didn't have the glass and cutlery, the bread wasn't on the table and I had to request it, and waiting times between order and course were 30 minutes. Overall I wouldn't recommend it.
