17/02/2026: A fantastic discovery! The host is a master of hospitality and kindness, as is all the staff, but the cuisine is superb, with a menu that's absolutely worth trying, and reasonable prices. Congratulations and thank you for the excellent experience.

16/02/2026: I went for the first time on Valentine's Day. The place is very charming and homey, with decor that evokes the traditional history of the area. The staff are very welcoming, attentive, and attentive from start to finish. The background music was pleasant. The food was really good and plentiful (we chose their "E Montaner" menu, requesting a substitution for a starter). The sorbets at the end of the meal were also very good and unique. The staff also offered us a house ciabatta and digestives, but we were too full to try everything. I recommend it and can't wait to go back; it was truly a pleasant discovery.

19/02/2026: Having recently moved to the area, I decided to explore the surrounding restaurants, and I can confidently say that Il Truciolo is the absolute best. Having frequented it several times, I've had the opportunity to sample most of the dishes on the menu, and there wasn't a single dish that didn't win me over. From appetizers to dessert, every ingredient is carefully selected, and every bite offers a truly pleasurable experience. The service deserves special mention: the wait staff is professional, friendly, and always smiling, putting guests at ease immediately. The owner is extremely kind and helpful, and getting to know him makes the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant is meticulously maintained, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for feeling at home. A restaurant I've grown to love and will continue to recommend without reservation.

08/03/2026: The restaurant is located in a small square with ample parking. The friendly and helpful staff will advise and guide you in your selection. I had two Florentine steaks on two different evenings, both perfectly cooked and of good quality. The cortoni were good, and the friggione was recommended. The price was reasonable for the quality of the food.

08/03/2026: Exceptional takeout pizzeria in Rubiera (RE)! Guys, what can I say? This takeout pizzeria in Rubiera is a real gem! I tried their "panuozzo" and it was out of this world: super filling, and the pasta was cooked to perfection. But the real surprise were the "meatballs." They were incredibly flavorful. A side dish or a treat not to be missed. You can really tell they put passion into it and use quality ingredients. If you're in Rubiera and crave something truly delicious, don't think twice, go there! Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

22/02/2026: Delicious pizza made with quality ingredients. They have many flavors, including gourmet ones, and the staff is very kind and friendly. Authentic Neapolitan pizza, but there are also many other delicious things to try. The fried pizza is amazing! Highly recommended!

But despite the excellent food, I have to say that the strong point is the welcoming and attentive service from the staff. Regarding the prices, I have to say that the quality/price ratio is also above average. Recommendations: Chitarrine allo scoglio (seafood chitarrine) €25 (huge, enough to feed two) and the millefeuille with berries.

I've stopped here many times for lunch, preferring the one-pot meal, which is always perfectly balanced. The food is also very varied; I don't think I've ever eaten the same thing. It's a quiet place, even when busy. It's always best to book a table. Colleagues who eat omnivores have told me the tortellini are exceptional; it's worth a visit. [Addition: I apologize for the mistake; I called their stuffed pasta "tortellini," which obviously isn't meat-based... we non-Bolognese tend to call all tortellino-shaped pasta that, but obviously they're vegetarian here!]
