Exceptional, every time it's a rediscovery. A well-kept venue, knowledgeable and friendly staff, dishes served with attention and refinement, respecting tradition, and... when you least expect it because you didn't mention anything when you made the reservation, they surprise you, attention that warms the heart! The rating speaks volumes, even if it deserves more. Luca, Cristina, and Lorenzo are the true creators of this restaurant, rich in tradition, delicious dishes, and a wine cellar worth visiting. I always enjoy returning, and on this occasion I was accompanied by the number one Italian chef in France, Massimo Mori, and world champion rower Giacomo Gentili in the quadruple sculls.

Our favorite place: incredible food, magical atmosphere...the gelato is a must! Fantastic staff: welcoming and attentive to detail, you feel pampered. Chef Cristina is superb! Luca's recommendations for wine and spirits are highly appreciated!

Truly excellent. We tried several dishes and were all satisfied. Nothing to complain about the quality. The quantity of some of the starters was perhaps a little limited, but you won't leave hungry, don't worry. The owner was very kind and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it!

04/03/2026: Beautiful experience... Refined but not affected service, very beautiful decor for my taste and food at times touching for the goodness of the preparations and combinations.
19/02/2026: I went with my partner for my birthday dinner, and it was excellent. The staff are young but very knowledgeable and make you feel at ease, unlike other Michelin-starred restaurants where the service has been too cold. We chose the six-course Ikigay menu, where Salvatore and his staff took us on a journey into the metaverse. Congratulations to everyone.

Il Trovatore

15/04/2026: The traditional menu was well presented and delicious. Both the starters and desserts. The sbrisolona was fabulous. We didn't order a main course, so I can't comment on that. The classical background music was delightful. We'll be back.
13/04/2026: We went to Il Trovatore last night and left happy. The service was attentive but never intrusive, and they gave us excellent advice on both the dishes and the wine. We had the tagliolini with culatello and artichokes, the guancialini (cheeks)—the portions were just right, and the ingredients were delicious at first bite. The restaurant is well-kept, with a warm atmosphere, perfect for a romantic dinner or with friends. The price is in line with the quality. We'll be back again. Lorella
