*An excellent lunch at Nonno Socrate!* I just returned from lunch at Nonno Socrate, which was a true gastronomic journey! The tuna tartare was an explosion of flavors, fresh and savory, with impeccable presentation. The lobster ravioli was a dream; the pasta was homemade and the filling was rich. And the fillet? Oh, the fillet! It was cooked to perfection, tender and succulent, accompanied by baked potatoes that were the perfect complement. The location is beautiful, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. You feel right at home, but with a touch of elegance. The service was impeccable; the staff was attentive to detail and to the customers, making each of us feel like royalty. And the millefeuille? A delight, but I don't want to talk about it; I want you to discover it for yourself! In short, if you're looking for a place to have a great lunch and feel treated like at home, Nonno Socrate is the place! 😊

Beautiful location, perhaps a little noisy, but that's fine. On Saturday night, the place was packed, and rightly so. Excellent food. We had a seafood dinner. Mussels Taranto-style, amazingly fresh and tasty, followed by spaghetti alla scoglio, excellent spaghetti alla chitarra. All the portions are generous and plentiful, and the rich grilled fish is also good. Scallops, shrimp skewers, cuttlefish skewers, razor clams, and much more. I prefer it with a little less breading. To finish, simple mascarpone and pineapple mascarpone with berries are an excellent conclusion, accompanied by a good limoncello on the house. A positive experience, definitely worth repeating. Fresh fish and generous portions. The service was exceptional! A wonderful young woman, good, welcoming, polite, attentive, and very friendly! Kudos to all the staff, always smiling and helpful. The bill was a real positive surprise! I recommend it. We'll be back.

The welcome was top-notch, kind and helpful. They immediately brought us a bowl of water for our dog. The portions were generous and the pizza was excellent.

A well-kept restaurant with good food and impeccable service. Even though it was Easter Sunday and the restaurant was packed, the quality of the food met our expectations. Excellent service, fast and punctual. Kudos to the desserts, truly fabulous. The house wine was also good, pairing well with the various fish dishes. We already knew it and will definitely be back.

I ate quite well, the service was good, and both the owner and the waitresses were very kind. This is an important aspect that I really appreciated. However, the prices were a bit high, which is a shame, as with lower prices I would have given it 5 stars.
