Una bella esperienza. Situato in un ex caseificio, conserva il fascino della tradizione emiliana con un tocco moderno. C'è molta attenzione ai prodotti locali e alle ricette antiche reinterpretate con maestria. Ho provato la loro tartare e la spada di daino, come dessert una panna cotta notevole. Carta dei vini notevole. Servizio cordiale e preparato. Dovevamo cenare all'esterno ma purtroppo con la tempesta non è stato possibile. Certo che anche la sala interna è davvero di impatto. Prezzi allineati alla location e al livello del cibo, tutto assolutamente equilibrato senza esagerazioni. Posso solo consigliarlo.

Cena di coppia grazie ad un regalo: Vaucher “Tradizione Giocata” che prevedeva percorso prestabilito con piatti tipici emiliani rivisitati: entrée, due antipasti, due primi, due secondi , due contorni, due dolci, caffè, nocino, acqua e tre calici di vino cad. abbinati alle pietanze. Noi soddisfattissimi. Il personale garbatissimo e preparato. Spettacolare anche il locale. Consigliatissimo.

A truly beautiful place, housed in a former dairy that still retains its authentic charm.
The staff is attentive, kind and knowledgeable: we greatly appreciated the attention dedicated to the description of the wines and the splendid selection they offer.
The dishes are really good, you can perceive the care taken in the choice of products and the quality of the ingredients.
The passito they produce is a real gem, while the Badessa ice cream is simply unmissable.
I can't wait to return!

The cuisine combines tradition and innovation in an impeccable and essential way. Everything was delicious, we took advice on the wine and asked for local products: a winning choice, we drank very good wine, especially an unforgettable passito produced by the sommelier... truly exceptional.
We will be back soon, we have to try everything on the menu.
The friendly and welcoming staff, all very approachable. The place is nice and very clean, there aren't too many tables in the rooms so it's nice and quiet.

At the Badessa restaurant I spent a wonderful evening, eating Reggio Emilia cuisine in an elegant environment inspired by tradition in every aspect.
I can't say anything else about the food except that it's superlative, it's no coincidence that their refinement of the raw material makes the difference compared to many other restaurants that can offer the same thing, but without this very authentic flavour.
The location is extremely well looked after, combining tradition and elegance as regards the furnishings and the table setting, all then completed by the always attentive and courteous staff.
To conclude this review, from personal experience on the matter, I would add among the excellent services offered by Badessa also a practical roadside assistance for light repairs on cars: in my case a punctured tire was immediately replaced with timely support from the super courteous and friendly restaurant staff (despite the fact that it was now outside working hours)
In summary, hoping that you don't have to end up in front of the restaurant due to various technical problems, I highly recommend going and trying this restaurant to eat very well in a wonderful and classy environment.

We went here to celebrate a birthday for two. The place is beautiful with romantic and intimate atmosphere. Compliments to the chef's imagination. The portions are really small. I found their dessert - rice cake or rice porridge - rather strange. The price for the wine very high. The table service was friendly and polite.

Definitely a disproportionate price for modest dishes and portions bordering on sufficiency. Exaggerated wine prices.
The location is beautiful and the service is good but all things considered it doesn't reach the mark.
