The pizza dough is Neapolitan, not contemporary, meaning the crust isn't too wide, but not too thin, like a cartwheel—just right. The only difference I noticed is perhaps the use of higher hydration or oil in the dough, which makes the pizza tastier, almost like fried pizza, especially noticeable on the crust. Overall, excellent pizza, certainly among the best in the Modena area and beyond. The prices are very fair, and I absolutely recommend trying it.
