08/04/2025: Delightful restaurant with excellent cooking and first-rate service. Probably the best of the 4 restaurants we encountered in our recent stay. When we come back to Bologna we will make sure we will return for another dose of this great emiliano dining experience.

06/04/2025: Se cercate un posto dove sentirvi a casa, San Pietro è il locale perfetto. Roberto e suo fratello Antonio vi accoglieranno con un servizio impeccabile, facendo sentire ogni cliente speciale. Il cibo è semplicemente delizioso, preparato con ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità, che riflettono la passione della cucina. L’atmosfera è unica, calda e accogliente, ideale per una serata in compagnia. Un’esperienza che consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia gustare ottimi piatti in un ambiente familiare e ospitale.

16/02/2025: The rosettes with culatello and black truffle as a first course are very good, the duck breast is also good. I also liked the Pavlova (I'm a Meringue lover). The service was terrible, very inattentive and bordering on rudeness, more suitable for a low-class pizzeria than a restaurant.

27/03/2025: Excellent restaurant. Cozy place, spacious tables, attentive and courteous staff. The dishes we ordered were all well received. In particular I was very satisfied with my cut. A plus for the possibility of eating borlenghi. I count in the norm. Advised.

06/04/2025: Sunday lunch, unfortunately with some negative notes. The location was very beautiful, the service was kind but very distracted and with some inaccuracies, above all the dishes were not brought when the appetizer to be shared was served and we had to wait several minutes. I didn't like the impossibility of choosing a first course, even considering that there aren't many on offer, and even more so the absence of Lambrusco (in Bologna...). The starter was very good, I expected more from the two first courses (not particularly tasty, some doubts also about the plating) and the dessert. I hope I came across on a bad day, given the high expectations I had set, but I will return in the summer season with the change of menu.

01/04/2025: We went on Sunday 30.03.25 for lunch, unfortunately we were not happy, lamb meatballs looked like frozen IKEA ones, cold sliced ​​tuna, disgusting ricotta mousse, very slow service

23/03/2025: Invited for lunch I was able to taste the delights that the restaurant offers. Quality ingredients and a wise mix of tradition and innovation. The dishes served as well as beautifully presented were all truly excellent with well-defined flavors but that overall had that something extra. I cannot overlook the courtesy of the Staff. We will definitely be back!... Congratulations!

22/03/2025: Locale storico, caldo ed accogliente. La pizza e' ancora buona. Gustosa ma leggera, le farciture proposte non mancano. Si sta tranquilli, specie nella prima saletta a destra. Con un piccolo gruppo di amici mangi una buona pizza e passi una bella serata. La mia recensione finisce qui, ma per visto e sentito dire pare che siano bravi non solo a fare pizze. Ad esempio cotoletta e pincini pare siano da non perdere. Mi riservo di tornarci a breve, e non solo per la pizza..

30/03/2025: Very welcoming and very clean place, excellent pizza, very kind and professional staff. The gem is that you leave the place with your clothes still smelling of your perfume due to the total absence of odors typical of most restaurants. I really recommend it!

18/03/2025: I ordered 10 pans for a surprise party. Meanwhile, Rosario's availability was truly not to be taken for granted in explaining everything to me, remotely by phone and being CLEAR, transparent in prices and very kind in personally taking care of the delivery. Oh, the pizza? AMONG THE BEST EVER EATEN. A Roman-style pan pizza but not "dry" on the contrary nice and substantial and you can taste the quality of every single ingredient! Truly a great discovery in Bologna that even if a little far away we will find a way to go back to eat it!!!!

03/04/2025: Ho scelto Parlor come ristorante per il mio pranzo di laurea: è stata una scelta super azzeccata. Dal momento che eravamo in 20, è stato necessario scegliere un menù per gli invitati: il ristorante offre numerose proposte e soprattutto permette delle modifiche per far sì che ogni ospite sia soddisfatto. Il servizio è eccellente, la carta dei vini molto valida e soprattutto ogni membro del personale è incredibilmente gentile e cordiale. Conserverò un ricordo impeccabile di questo ristorante che ha contributo a un giorno per me molto importante!

A true jewel that combines the tradition of Bolognese cuisine with more modern fish-based proposals, all with truly high quality raw materials. Every dish we tried was meticulous in detail, with well-balanced flavors and generous portions. But the real star of the evening was the Bolognese cutlet: simply perfect. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, with the right amount of ham and melted Parmesan on top. We fully confirm what is written on the menu: it must absolutely be divided into two, because the dimensions are truly impressive! A restaurant that knows how to enhance tradition without giving up a touch of creativity, with attentive and friendly service. Definitely a place to return and which we will recommend to anyone who wants to have an authentic culinary experience in Bologna
