06/04/2025: Nice and welcoming place. I took an appetizer with cured meats and bruschetta, plentiful but quite cheap cured meats. From a trattoria I would have expected typical 0 km cured meats, better a smaller slice but of excellent quality. While the first course, homemade gramigna with mushrooms, courgettes and sausage cooked in foil was good and tasty. Average price. The service was courteous and quick. Overall a good restaurant, nothing exceptional but nothing too bad either. If I pass by there again I might go back and maybe try the fish

07/04/2025: On the advice of a colleague, I stopped for a lunch break. Inside there are few places and a "rustic" environment which I really liked. Sitting at the table, a flute of prosecco offered and off to the dishes that I really appreciated. If in the area, I will definitely return.

29/03/2025: A pleasant discovery! Cozy and quiet environment, perfect for a relaxing evening. The fish piadina is simply delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and surprising combinations. The staff is kind, smiling and makes you feel at ease straight away. I will definitely be back!

09/04/2025: Vedevo entrare gente a fiumane, per fortuna avevo prenotato ma trovando quella folla ho temuto un servizio lento, sciatto, insomma tutti quei guai che il sovraffollamento porta con sé. Invece niente di tutto ciò: servizio accogliente e cordiale, personale sveglio, tempi di servizio normali. I piatti sono quanto di più tradizionale e legato al territorio, di buona qualità, anche se la cucina emiliana non è nota per la sua leggerezza. D'altra parte se si chiama osteria dei sani un motivo ci sarà...Le porzioni sono di buona quantità, il prezzo nella norma. Adatto per comitive.

Il risotto al Sangiovese merita la visita, ma anche altri piatti si presentano bene. Tenetevi un buchino per i dolci . La titolare simpaticissima con cui parlare anche di basket... 02/04/2025: Se si potesse darei una stella in più! Locale piccolo, molto carino, dall'atmosfera informale e giovanile (come I gestori del resto), molto curato. Se poi passiamo dalla forma al contenuto va addirittura meglio! Ottimi gli spaghetti alla chitarra cacio e pepe, la cotoletta alla bolognese è un esplosione di sapore, la coppa al mascarpone con caffè ed amaretti deliziosa, il tutto condito con un servizio caratterizzato da cortesia, disponibilità ed educazione. I prezzi sono più bassi della media, forse anche troppo per la qualità offerta, che dire? Bravi bravi, grazie!

05/03/2025: I was there for a wonderful evening with my husband, I ate delicious local food and excellent service. Let me start by saying that I had been there several times for dinner with friends and it was worth it.

24/02/2025: A place that needs no introduction. Attention to the smallest details, from the welcome, to the service, to the dishes. Genuine food, relaxing atmosphere. The owner took care to monitor how dinner was going and also paid attention to our little one year old. At the entrance there are many photos of well-known people who have treated themselves to a hot meal at the Brigante (Valentino Rossi, Marquez, Keanu Reeves....). How can you blame him? Highly recommended.
