La Palta Restaurant offers impeccable yet discreet service in a grand, atmospheric dining room. The soft lighting, classy music, and Monica's attentive service make you feel special. I still think with wonder and delight today about the flavors, colors, and combinations of ingredients in the dishes served.

11/07/2025: Found this place by chance (luckily...). They offer quality Italian cuisine. The owner, a true Romagna native, is very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent value for money. Worth it.

06/07/2025: During the day, a delicatessen/fresh pasta shop specializing in the so-called "minestre romagnole" (the great classics: cappelletti, tagliatelle, strozzapreti and co.), and on weekends also open in the middle of the night in a hot food restaurant mode, with a small selection of first courses made on the spot, to satisfy those... night-time hunger pangs. Good homemade product at a fair price, with generous portions. One of the few establishments that serves food until 2 am, perhaps the only one that goes until 4 am. Courteous and friendly manager. Try it! Worth it.

03/10/2025: Three friends and I went to Osteria dei Binari, planning to have dinner and chat about work. It was a perfect choice: the elegant yet welcoming atmosphere and the discreet yet friendly service. We enjoyed typical Romagna dishes, all carefully prepared using quality ingredients. The wine list was also excellent, with local labels that complemented the evening perfectly. Highly recommended!

11/08/2025: Small and efficient, Quick lunch break, about 10 empanadas and a selection of wines (which I didn't order), 4 empanadas recommended, all very good. The place is very small, with the option of using the tables outside or sitting in a nearby park. The guy was nice, kind, professional, and on point.

20/09/2025: Average dinner. I ate with colleagues, and the first difficulty was the reservation. The menu for seven people was agreed upon in advance with the restaurant: it doesn't seem like a large enough group to require "different" management. The appetizers were simple and good, but the prices were high. The meat was high-quality, with a selection oriented more towards foreign products than Italian ones, and the prices were higher than average. I don't recommend the meat main courses for those who don't like it rare because, in our case, they couldn't get it medium rare, despite the staff's recommendation. The restaurant is medium-sized, rustic in style, with very pleasant soft lighting and the option to eat both inside and outside. The only downside were the boxes stacked against the walls, right at the entrance and behind our table. The parking lot is small, but there is a public parking lot nearby, a couple of minutes' walk away. The proximity to the train line didn't "disturb" our dinner; fortunately, there are few trains in the evening!

15/09/2025: A place where you can eat excellent meat, with a wide selection and truly well-executed dishes. There are also off-menu options, which are explained very well by the staff. Highly recommended for all meat lovers.

29/09/2025: A typical local trattoria with dedicated parking and several tables inside, but reservations are essential due to high demand. The menu celebrates local tradition with rich and well-prepared dishes. The cured meats appetizer is generous and high-quality, accompanied by torta fritta and bread, for which a slightly larger portion would have better balanced the course. The trio of first courses is a popular option, allowing you to sample different types of tortelli without having to limit yourself to just one: an excellent way to showcase the variety of local cuisine. Among the desserts, the torta paradiso with piping hot zabaglione is a must. It's creamy and well-balanced, without excessive alcohol, and a perfect end to the meal. An authentic trattoria where you can discover and savor the flavors of Parma's tradition.

13/09/2025: Everything you'd expect to find in a historic local trattoria. Warm, unpretentious hospitality, a smile when needed, and all the dishes, from the appetizer onward, are of the highest quality and perfectly executed. I hadn't been here in a few years, and I was afraid the memory would overshadow the reality. Everything was excellent, and the spalla cotta alla san secondo was superb, accompanied by a torta fritta beyond compare. Bravo! 👏👏
