03/03/2026: I met up with friends for an aperitif. The wine list is excellent. I've been here several times for dinner, with a meat and fish menu. The young staff is helpful. I highly recommend coming for both an aperitif and dinner.

The place offers the opportunity to interact with gentle animals and friendly people. The accommodations have kitchens if you prefer, they welcome motorhomes, and there are camping facilities. Mountain cuisine with fresh pasta is available. Enjoying wine amidst such beauty is a truly delightful experience. Thank you so much Mr. Mauro, we loved Ca di Sole and I will certainly recommend it to everyone!

Fast, attentive service, offering traditional dishes, using traditional, seasonal, and high-quality ingredients. Fresh pasta, sublime escarole and olive tart, eggplant parmigiana just like my grandmother used to make with non-industrialized ingredients, and chicken leg and mushrooms that melt in every bite. Highly recommended.

The property is welcoming and well-maintained, and the staff was always kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. The food is good, featuring typical Piacenza dishes. We opted for two first courses and two second courses, a half bottle of wine, water, coffee, and a liqueur, for a total of €102. The portions are average.
The Fassona beef tartare was very good, as were the pisarei and beans.

There's a strong smell of fresh milk inside, likely due to the lab or poor management of the space. I understand the artisanal nature of the place, but personally, it's an unpleasant smell.
The price isn't in line with the area either: €4.50 for three flavors seems a bit high.

Everything was amazing, the pappardelle with wild boar ragù was delicious, the meat dishes were excellent, and the mixed buffet was full of vegetables, cured meats, and more. The crescentine were delicious. The staff were super friendly, the place was welcoming and warm. I highly recommend it!

The quality of the tagliata meat is immediately apparent: tender, flavorful, and enhanced visually by the combination of colors and mushrooms, which make it simply sublime.
The balsamic vinegar ice cream was a real surprise... truly top-notch.
Perhaps the only thing I would improve on, personally, is the platter: for my taste, I found it a bit too bland compared to the quality of the other dishes.
