An almost magical place, I'd say. A perfect combination of quality food, excellent service, and a dream location. The staff makes you feel at home and pampered at the same time. The food is excellent, with fun and unexpected flavors. The after-dinner wine cellar experience was the icing on the cake! Just outside the restaurant is the largest culatelli cellar in the world! I'll definitely be back ❤️

Family lunch Elegant and well-kept venue, with several rooms. Warm and professional welcome. Excellent food, a wide selection of local and international wines. Top service. To finish off, a tour of the cellar—what a spectacle!!! A wonderful experience.

We visited for the first time on a Sunday for lunch. The service was excellent, very attentive and present but never too intrusive. The appetizers, featuring culatello and other typical local cured meats, were excellent. Some of the first courses we tried were good (tortelli alle erbette), while others were more standard (artichoke boats and tagliatelle with venison ragù). The cheese selection and desserts were very good. Good value. We'll definitely be back!

Returned after a long time. The service is always impeccable, and the place is meticulously maintained. The dishes are well-prepared, delicious, and visually stunning. A place to return to.

Five stars because six isn't enough. One of the few restaurants in Parma where it was truly an all-round pleasure. The setting is meticulously curated, the table setting elegant but not overbearing, the wait staff very efficient, discreet yet on-point and competent! The quality of the food is top-notch, as is that of the ingredients. The cheese tasting was a mystical experience, and the boiled meats were excellent. My partner ordered spalla crudo (a pork shoulder that melted in the mouth), a risotto with a superb creaminess and perfectly cooked. The friendliness and warmth of the owner, who chatted with us during dinner, her expertise, and her evident passion for her work, further enhanced the evening. I didn't pay, but I'm certain that whatever the bill was, it was money well spent!!! I hope to return soon.

A Parma excellence and beyond. The food is top-notch; the ingredients are carefully sourced, crafted, and presented beautifully. The service is provided by young but highly skilled staff. The location is impeccably maintained. The guided tour of their cured meats curing facility is fantastic.

26/04/2026: Parma excellence, blending tradition and sophistication Located in the quiet village of Casale, away from the chaos of the city, Trattoria La Ca D'la Gringola was a delightful confirmation. The large parking lot right in front of the restaurant is very convenient. Service and Atmosphere: The welcome was impeccable: we were immediately escorted to the table and presented the menu. The atmosphere is typical of the small Parma towns, relaxed and authentic. The Cuisine: The menu is extensive (about 7-8 options for both first and second courses) and also offers two interesting tasting menus. Appetizers: Excellent quality mixed cured meats, served with crispy giardiniera and a noteworthy fried gnocco: light, dry, and not at all heavy. Main Courses: We opted for the classic tortelli d'erbette (perfect in texture and filling) and an original roast duck with honey and caramelized apples, a dish that expertly balances sweet and savory. Winery: The local Lambrusco was excellent and accompanied the entire meal. Final thoughts: The bill is a few euros higher than the local average, but the expense is more than justified by the meticulous presentation and the high-quality ingredients. Absolutely excellent value.

04/03/2026: Beautiful experience... Refined but not affected service, very beautiful decor for my taste and food at times touching for the goodness of the preparations and combinations.
19/02/2026: I went with my partner for my birthday dinner, and it was excellent. The staff are young but very knowledgeable and make you feel at ease, unlike other Michelin-starred restaurants where the service has been too cold. We chose the six-course Ikigay menu, where Salvatore and his staff took us on a journey into the metaverse. Congratulations to everyone.
