An almost magical place, I'd say. A perfect combination of quality food, excellent service, and a dream location. The staff makes you feel at home and pampered at the same time. The food is excellent, with fun and unexpected flavors.
The after-dinner wine cellar experience was the icing on the cake! Just outside the restaurant is the largest culatelli cellar in the world!

We visited for the first time on a Sunday for lunch. The service was excellent, very attentive and present but never too intrusive. The appetizers, featuring culatello and other typical local cured meats, were excellent. Some of the first courses we tried were good (tortelli alle erbette), while others were more standard (artichoke boats and tagliatelle with venison ragù). The cheese selection and desserts were very good. Good value. We'll definitely be back!

Five stars because six isn't enough. One of the few restaurants in Parma where it was truly an all-round pleasure. The setting is meticulously curated, the table setting elegant but not overbearing, the wait staff very efficient, discreet yet on-point and competent! The quality of the food is top-notch, as is that of the ingredients. The cheese tasting was a mystical experience, and the boiled meats were excellent. My partner ordered spalla crudo (a pork shoulder that melted in the mouth), a risotto with a superb creaminess and perfectly cooked. The friendliness and warmth of the owner, who chatted with us during dinner, her expertise, and her evident passion for her work, further enhanced the evening. I didn't pay, but I'm certain that whatever the bill was, it was money well spent!!! I hope to return soon.
