We come to Montichiari to take a leap into the past... for the environment, the traditional cuisine and the cheerfulness of the owners. Everything was excellent... we will definitely be back

Excellent restaurant where we were able to taste fried dumplings with cured meats, excellent ravioli, a good risotto, pisarei with beans and tomato, grilled meat, braised meat and lamb, the desserts are on the buffet, the very friendly manager entertains customers with his jokes , like draft beer, running water and brandy, the bitters produced by them are very good. We will definitely return.

We went for lunch on a Sunday, what a real tavern! The menu is fixed. As soon as we arrived they started serving the appetizer, a nice tray of cured meats with delicious fried gnocco followed by 3 really well cooked first courses. Meat is off the menu. The price includes water, wine and a dessert buffet, even very good ones. I highly recommend it. The fixed menu is 30 euros

Family atmosphere and good food characterize the tavern, delicious and quality food, exceptional fried gnocco, an experience to be repeated every time, when you return from the parts of Piacenza, a special greeting to Enrica and her husband, exquisite and professional people. Good life to you.

Locale dove torniamo volentieri, ottimo per rimpatriate tra amici. Ristorazione tipica di trattoria piacentina, con prodotti freschi della tradizione. Da non perdere il risotto!

posto molto caratteristico menu degustazione 25 euro antipasti crescentine 3 primi e dolci. finche hai fame te ne portano . tortello i e risotto ai porci i top. proprietario troppo forte

03/04/2024: Absolutely excellent pizza with a thin, crispy base... the way they should be... also with unusual variants like the Pistacciosa, a white pizza with mozzarella, pistachio cream, mortadella, burrata and pistachio pieces. Very friendly and attentive service… Addendum from 4/3/24: ...if it is available...we drove back here from Cremona at lunchtime because our daughter wanted to eat the excellent pizza again...and found ourselves in front of locked doors...the sign on the entrance door (see photo) clearly states that at noon It opens at 12:00 (according to Google Maps from 12:30)… very, very disappointing because it is totally unreliable… we could have saved ourselves the trip…
27/03/2024: Excellent location with lots of traffic, convenient parking, good pizza and ok price, I always come back willingly
