17/08/2025: We were passing by and, not realizing it was only a restaurant, we asked if we could have an aperitif. They said yes, but when we ordered, we were quickly told that since it was a restaurant, they only had Aperol and Campari. They served us two chips on the spot. They would have made a better impression by saying they didn't serve aperitifs. Negative experience

15/08/2025: Enchanting place dominated by the magnificent Malatesta Fortress Delicious outdoor dinner. Friendly, competent, and efficient staff. Food made with top-notch ingredients and absolutely fair prices. I just ordered coffee, and they brought it to me accompanied by six pieces.

28/06/2025: we had dinner at rincon latino and we ate fried plantain and excellent empanadas and pastel de yuca as appetizers. everything was delicious and then arepa with chicken and bandeja paisa. we ate very well and also the service was exceptional one of the best of my life probably the drinks are worth a lot especially for how they are served and how they are presented in conclusion, the girl in the room, really good and passionate, accompanied us in a tasting of rum and aguardiente really interesting and well done. we will definitely return for the delicious food, the attention to detail and the love that shines through the place.

27/06/2025: Friendliness, competence and professionalism. I add, after another visit, fried sardines and stuffed calamari, exceptional. Oil for fried food is changed every day and everything is freshly prepared. With a full restaurant, you have to be patient, but it's worth it. Well done Lucia, Giada and Diego.

13/07/2025: An excellent culinary experience! We opted for the seafood tasting menu: high-quality products, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. For the kids, there was a pizza with incredibly tasty crust—surely one of the best we've ever tasted. A place to recommend without hesitation.

28/06/2025: Ristorante molto accogliente ed elegante con personale gentile e discreto. Il culatello (24 e 36 mesi) veramente speciale ( da bis) e tortelli di erbette con burro fuso e parmigiano ottimi così come il dolce Patrizia per completare in dolcezza un ottimo pranzo. Grazie ad Alessandro per la gentilissima accoglienza per un pranzo veramente molto apprezzato da ripetere senza alcun dubbio.

11/08/2025: Provato spinti dalla buona reputazione del locale. Purtroppo la serata è stata una delusione. Il locale è carino e l’atmosfera piacevole, ma questo non basta a compensare il resto. Alcuni piatti erano passabili, altri davvero sotto tono, con porzioni ridotte e sapori poco convincenti per il prezzo richiesto. Per un posto con questa fama ci aspettavamo più costanza e cura. Il servizio è stato altalenante: personale gentile, ma senza la giusta attenzione nei momenti chiave. I tempi tra una portata e l’altra sono stati lunghi e non sempre giustificati. Rapporto qualità-prezzo deludente: il conto è alto rispetto a quello che si trova nel piatto. In sintesi, un locale con potenziale ma che non riesce a mantenere le promesse. Non credo torneremo.

03/08/2025: I have Sicilian relatives who live in Germany... and when they come down they stop at my place in Salso... and they want to eat torta fritta... over the years I've bought it everywhere. But the one that makes ceriati is unbeatable... the best torta fritta... and also the parmesan cream... which is not cut with cream but is parmesan cream... they are the number 1...

02/08/2025: We visited this trattoria on a summer evening, high in the hills of Salso. I rate it excellent, among the best trattorias in the entire Emilia-Romagna region. Starting with the torta fritta and mixed cured meats, fried polenta with lard, sautéed mushrooms and fried porcini mushrooms, mezzelune pasta with truffles, tagliatelle with meat sauce, and finally tiramisu and coconut semifreddo. The house wine was good. The staff was friendly and quick. We just met you and we're confident we'll always find the same passion and quality in providing the best local flavors. See you next time!

26/07/2025: The Bolognese cutlet is incredible. The owner is very friendly, as is the staff. The outdoor garden is fantastic in the summer.

18/07/2025: We tried soups, lasagne, tagliatelle, ice cream and mascarpone with chocolate, taste of every single dish was amazing, the service is extremely nice, space is very nice and cozy, we loved everything about this place and would come back if we pass through Bologna again.

09/08/2025: I'm not a seafood fan, but I have to say it was all very good. The owner was pleasant and helpful, the prices were fair, and the staff was attentive and quick. I should point out that I'm not a friend or relative, but I extend my compliments to the entire staff. Highly recommended, we'll be back soon.

04/06/2025: I wanted lasagna. The waiter saw me undecided between Bolognese and mushroom, and offered to bring me half of each (first-class service). Both lasagnas were spectacular; every bite was enjoyable, one of those lasagnas you don't want to finish.

08/07/2025: Sublime experience, I had dinner with my husband and my 8-year-old daughter and we were very satisfied, we ate excellent fish, the service was efficient and fast, the staff were kind and friendly, a typical Romagna restaurant with original and characteristic furnishings, excellent value for money, we will definitely be back and highly recommend it.
